Chicken Adobo
One of the most famous dish of the Filipino is adobo. We have a variety of adobo, chicken, pork, sitaw, kangkong or mix chicken and pork.
Today im gonna show you my own version of chicken adobo
Ingredient
Cooking oil
1 medium onion, minced
3 gloves garlic, minced
Ginger, cut into stripped
2lbs of chicken meat
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup vinegar
Bay leaves
Whole black pepper
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat a large cooking pot, put in garlic and onion until fragrant. Stir in the the ginger for about 2 minutes.
Put in the chicken meat and let it cook for about 5 minutes
Add soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves and whole black pepper. Let it boil and simmer stirring to avoid burning
Add some sugar, pepper and salt
Served with hot rice. Enjoy!
