Kyrsiel y Gersiel no son ángeles puros.  Fueron humanos quienes, por sus acciones, les permitieron convertirse en ángeles así que tienen mucho camino que recorrer para llegar a la perfección que se espera en un ángel.

Sin embargo, no siempre recuerdan que están en un nuevo rol y eso les hace caer en sus viejas costumbres y actitudes.  Tal vez Gersiel no tanto, pero Kyrsiel…¡creo que ni se da cuenta aún de su nuevo rol!

Esto es similar a cuando se cambia de posición en una empresa en la que has estado en una posición de subordinado y de pronto, eres ascendido a un cargo donde debes supervisar a quienes fueron tus compañeros a la par.  Si el cambio ha sido sorpresivo, tal vez lleve un tiempo internalizar el hecho que ahora estamos en un rol de líder y que muchas cosas deberán ajustarse para cumplir con las nuevas responsabilidades.

Eso no quiere decir que la persona tenga que cambiar completamente su actitud hacia los demás y volverse alguien inaccesible, sino entender que ahora eres la cabeza del grupo, el que debe subir a los árboles grandes para avistar el paisaje y poder decir “este es el camino que seguiremos para que las cosas sigan avanzando” y que tal vez, tengas que tomar decisiones fuertes cuando las cosas no estén bien.

El cambio de seguidor a líder debe empezar desde adentro.  Algunos tienen madera natural para serlo, como es el caso de Gersiel, pero a otros les toca aprender a desarrollarlo...¿será capaz Kyrsiel de convertirse en un líder?

Kyrsiel and Gersiel are not pure angels. They were humans who, by their actions, allowed them to become angels so they have a long way to go to reach the perfection expected in an angel.

However, they do not always remember that they are in a new role and that causes them to fall into their old habits and attitudes. Maybe Gersiel not so much, but Kyrsiel ... I don't think he even realizes about his new role yet!

This is similar to when you change your position in a company in which you have been in a subordinate position and suddenly, you are promoted to a position where you must supervise those who were your colleagues. If the change has been surprising, it may take a while to internalize the fact that we are now in a leadership role and that many things will need to be adjusted to meet the new responsibilities.

This does not mean the person has to completely change their attitude towards others and become inaccessible, but to understand that now you are the head of the group, the one who must climb the large trees to see the landscape and be able to say "this is the path that we will follow so things continue to move forward ”and that you may have to make strong decisions when things are not right.

The change from follower to leader must start from the inside. Some have the natural skills to be one, as is the case with Gersiel, but others have to learn to develop it ... will Kyrsiel be able to become a leader?
