COMENTARIOS
El inicio de algo nuevo es siempre una gran aventura. ¿Recuerdan el primer día de clases? ¡Estábamos muy emocionados por comenzar, empezar a usar los cuadernos y los creyones nuevos!
No nos deteníamos a pensar si el nuevo conocimiento de ese año sería complicado, si nos llevaríamos bien con los otros compañeros o si entenderíamos lo que nos explicaran los maestros. ¡A veces no podíamos ni dormir la noche anterior de la emoción!
Ese mismo entusiasmo lo sentimos de adultos cuando estamos por iniciar un nuevo proyecto o emprendimiento. Queremos hacer el lanzamiento pronto, hablar a todo el mundo de lo que queremos hacer y la emoción nos hace ver todo color de rosa.
Sin embargo, es necesario controlar la emoción para dar paso a la razón. Planificar bien los pasos a dar, estudiar bien la estrategia que se implementará, el mercado al que se quiere llegar, las herramientas que se usarán.
Debe buscarse un balance entre emoción, pasión y razón porque algo realizado con mucha pasión, pero sin nada de planificación termina sin dar los resultados esperados y es allí donde nos preguntamos ¿en qué fallé, si le puse todo el empeño del mundo?
Por el contrario, hacer algo desde una perspectiva más fría y racional sin inyectarle emoción y pasión hará a la larga que nos sintamos aburridos y quemados hasta el punto que se terminará abandonando.
Gersiel debe poner algo de equilibrio al exceso de entusiasmo de su alumno, pero también debe aprender de él que no sólo es cumplir con objetivos y metas sino también aprender a disfrutar el camino que se recorre.

The start of something new is always a great adventure. Do you remember the first day of school? We were so excited to get started, to start using the new notebooks and crayons!
We did not stop to think if the new knowledge of that year would be complicated, if we would get along well with the other classmates or if we would understand what the teachers would explain to us. Sometimes we couldn't even sleep the night before from the excitement!
We feel that same enthusiasm as adults when we are about to start a new project or undertaking. We want to launch it soon, talk to everyone about what we want to do and the emotion makes us see everything rosy.
However, it is necessary to control the emotion to give way to reason. Plannning well the steps to be taken, studying well the strategy to be implemented, the market you want to reach, the tools that will be used.
A balance must be sought between emotion, passion and reason because something done with a lot of passion, but without any planning ends without giving the expected results and that is where we ask ourselves, where did I fail, if I put all the effort in the world?
By the opposite, doing something from a cooler and more rational perspective without injecting emotion and passion in the long run will make us feel bored and burned out to the point that we will end up giving up.
Gersiel must put some balance to the excess of enthusiasm of his student, but he must also learn from him that it is not only to meet objectives and goals but also to learn to enjoy the path that is traveled.
