Aprender a afrontar la responsabilidad de nuestros actos es una lección dura de aprender.
Se nos enseña tanto a ser perfectos, a sentir que es un fracaso el no lograr los objetivos, a avergonzarnos de nuestros errores que la respuesta natural termina convirtiéndose en el rechazo de la aceptación de la responsabilidad. ¡Es mejor que haya otra cosa que tomara el control de la situación y desviara el resultado esperado!
Es duro tener que admitir “No lo hice”, “Me equivoqué”, “No supe hacerlo”, “No fui constante”, “Fui desordenado”. Y más duro aún es asumir las consecuencias de los actos, pero … ¿acaso errar no es parte del proceso de aprendizaje? Una vez que se entiende esto, es mucho más fácil aceptar que habrá momentos en los que las cosas saldrán bien, de acuerdo con lo esperado y otras no tanto, así como aceptar la cuota de responsabilidad que se tenga en los resultados.
Es una de las primeras lecciones que tendrá que aprender Kyrsiel, algo que ya Gersiel conoce muy bien, por lo que no se atreve ni a intentar refutar algo.

Learning to face responsibility for our actions is a hard lesson to learn.
We are taught so much to be perfect, to feel that it is a failure not to achieve the objectives, to be ashamed of our mistakes that the natural response ends up becoming the rejection of the acceptance of responsibility. It is better that there is something else that will take control of the situation and deviate the expected result!
It's hard to have to admit “I didn't do it”, “I was wrong”, “I didn't know how to do it”, “I wasn't consistent”, “I was messy”. And it is even harder to assume the consequences of actions, but ... is not making mistakes part of the learning process? Once this is understood, it is much easier to accept that there will be times when things will go well, according to expectations and others not, as well as to accept the share of responsibility that we had in the results.
It is one of the first lessons that Kyrsiel will have to learn, something that Gersiel already knows very well, so he does not dare to try to refute anything.
