Depression is a common and serious medical illness that negatively affects how you feel, the way you think, and how you act. Fortunately, it is also treatable. Depression causes feelings of sadness and/or a loss of interest in activities once enjoyed. It can lead to a variety of emotional and physical problems and can decrease a personβs ability to function at work and at home.
A lot of people disagree with depression and they mock people who are agreeable with this term
They say "you have money, life, and food, they why such bullshit?" But the main fact is depression comes with mental health or mental state.
You may have a lot of money to buy whatever you want or what food you like but if it doesn't give you any mental satisfaction there's no use of this money.
Recently an Indian Actor committed suicide named " Sushant Singh Rajput" he had everything including money, food shelter, and most importantly, he had fame. But then again, why he committed suicide?
A report says that he was under mental health treatment for three months before committing that attempt.
A matter comes to my mind even after having so much money or fame why he committed suicide?
Because he was not satisfied, he wasn't getting the happiness he wanted.
And a report revealed that he lost his 6 upcoming films within 6 months.
He was not happy with the money he had.
His true happiness was his Acting. Doing that work gave him peace. A lot of co-workers acclaimed that Sushant was such a talented actor that sometimes they didn't have to take several shots. And he was a genius student also who was filled with immense knowledge of science and engineering.
My whole point is that" Money can't buy Happiness"
Depression is real.but a good fact is that it can be cured.
Depression may come from many sources but the fact is can be controlled.
Most of the time people who feel lonely are more likely to get attacked by Depression. They need someone to share their pain with, their feelings with. In grief, self-esteem is usually maintained. In major depression, feelings of worthlessness and self-loathing are common For some people, the death of a loved one can bring on major depression. Losing a job or being a victim of a physical assault or a major disaster can lead to depression for some people. When grief and depression co-exist, grief is more severe and lasts longer than grief without depression.Β People with low self-esteem, who are easily overwhelmed by stress, or who are generally pessimistic appear to be more likely to experience depression.
In major Cases, Depression can be cured with diagnosis and psychotherapy.
But it can also be cured making social attractions and let the depressed person feel that he is not alone. He can think of his relatives or friend in his comfort zone. It has been a great deal of time to make sure that he is with someone he is comfortable with.
Listen to music and playing any instrument helps you reduce Depression and you can go around and play any games you like football, cricket, etc. Playing helps our limbs to work and boost up our blood circulation and keeps our metabolic system clean which helps to reduce more dopamine.
And last but not least, we should be careful with his mood swings.
He should be cared for with much love and affection when he gets panicked.
Depression is real and it can be deadly if we do not act on it.
Keep your friends and family Happy and try to keep yourself happy and try to do what makes you feel better.
The reality of this abstract emotion can't be over stressed. Run from it.
