Yep! You heard me right. In this article I'll be telling you how to build good habits effectively. As building good habits is different building habits.
Habits are of two types. Good Habits are the habits which make you productive and are helpful to you. These habits are difficult to build and this task is not easy. Whereas on the other hand we have bad habits. These habits are the opposite of good habits. Bad Habits are easy to build. But difficult to lose them .Also your life depends on the type of habits you build.
Tips:
Motivation and Environment
Just motivation alone cannot be helpful. Environment matters a lot too. What if you had motivation but the people around you are not supporting you? Can you build the habit effectively? Not a chance. Take a look at the environment and understand the cues which distract you from the habit and prevent the cues at all costs.
Self Control
This is on hell of a thing. Having self control is most important but it's not easy as you think. Read this quote and you can understand it's importance
"If you win your self, you win the world"
