In every sphere of life people are in search of what we call, "expert", "professionals" and the likes, nobody would see excellence and go for mediocrity, except such a person can't afford excellence. 




The field of life is not also left behind, in life people are looking for those ready made people, that's the truth, if you say you are not looking for a financial ready made man/ woman,  you might be looking for a character ready made man/ woman, or emotional or one aspect or the other and if you are patient,you might prefer a person above average. 




Take a look at the Rolls Royce it's made for 6months and can last for 100 years and a toyato is made for 13 hours and can last for just 10-15 years,  so also we humans are like that, how long do we spend developing ourselves?? 




The time you spend developing yourself would determine how long you would last in the field of life, take time to develop yourself, sometimes if it means, withdrawing from the world and making sacrifices, please  do and develop yourself, you wouldn't regret it.
