Do you love sport?

SPORT is an activity involving physical exertion and skill in which an individual or team competes against another or others for entertainment. Sometimes sport is the way for most people to have fun or enjoy. For others it is considered an occupation or career in life that needs to prove to be good in that field.

I guess we have idols or admired personalities who are good on sport and others also want to reach and achieve where they are now and what they are achieving.

But others have different kinds of opinion about participating in sport.

It is true that sport is a type of exercise that improves the body to be fit. Like popular sports marathon, basketball, volleyball and so on. But we also know that there are sports that are extremely dangerous to the human body, such as boxing, wrestling and mixed martial arts and other types of sports related to pain or physical interaction.

But what exactly should be considered when entering or participating in a sport?

Here are three suggestions and questions to consider about sport...

How dangerous is this sport?

Perhaps others say that it is fun to sport or participate in it. But always remember that preparation will always be a big help. Provide information and knowledge about the sport. Proper precautions and accident prevention in the game.Safety equipment of the player to avoid serious injury or the worst is death.

Is sport a good influence on me?

  • If you are good or good at that sport, your friends or family will probably entice you to join a team or tournament.Others have spend much time on team for the competition they are preparing for. And forcing others to practice more to improve.

  • Sometimes you have teammates that doesn't like you and do not believe in your abilities and insult you down. That offends others.And when being loss are pointing to who was made fault and wrong move.That leads on losing your self confidence in that sport. So we should think about what would be the effect on participating in said sport and its influence in our lives.

How much money and time will you spend on this sport?

  • Some teams are lucky if they have a sponsor or fund. But most sports teams experience stress for sports due to lack of funds to be used to keep the team strong. And sometimes just spend their own money on it.

  • Also think of the time that will be wasted if the team or sport you join is not successful or has no potential, you better just spend time to important things such as studying or earning for a living. Maybe it is not really a sport for you.

"It may be true that it is fun to join to sport or be successful on it, but it also leads to bad experiences or even death. But the more important thing to think about is what are your priorities and where you will be more successful in life."

Joining sports is really fun and it relieves stress. A lot of people depending their life the sports they are in. But some are just joining sports because that is their hobby, they didn't focus on it. Choose a sport that will fit on your body. Don't go to the sports that you can't take, that your body can't injure. Cause you will only put yourself in danger. Don't depend to the sports you are in. Find another way to earn for living because in sports only 1 team can win. Use sport as your hobby, spend some time to relieve your stress. Don't put all your focus on it.

Hello dear....If I love sport? Yes but not all kinds of sport.When I was younger then I had a lot sport hobbies .Now I have only a few like skiing,tennis,walking,swimming....I have family so I havent much free time.But ones a week is my sport day.Sport activities are good for our healt too.Have a blessing day!

Sport is definitely beneficial for human health. However, it is also certain that not every sport is suitable for everyone.
