Fast food type foods generally contain a very high amount of calories to provide you with energy in a short time. The inevitable result of consuming such calorie-dense foods frequently is weight gain. Fast food returns to you first as weight and unwanted weight, and in the long term with more difficult diseases such as obesity.

Hamburger, pizza and crispy chicken, which entered our lives with the fast food chain years ago, are very popular today. Although we constantly talk about the harms of fast food that we consume without saying big or small, in fact, we get the damage from outside.

-Crispy Chicken Legs Ingredients:
-12 pieces of chicken thigh meat
-1.5- 2 cups corn chips
-4 tablespoons of olive oil
-1 tablespoon of honey

Preparation of Crispy Chicken Legs

-1.5 cups of flour

-1 teaspoon of fresh yeast
-1 teaspoon of granulated sugar

For the tomato sauce:
-2 sprigs of fresh basil
-1 sprig of fresh thyme
-half clove of garlic
-1 pinch of salt
-1 pinch of black pepper
For the above:
-Half a glass of grated cheese
-10-11 slices of sausage
-4-5 slices of sausage
-4-5 slices of ham
-10-12 pieces of mozzarella cheese or ball cheese
Preparation of pizza with plenty of ingredients:
For the dough, dissolve the yeast in warm water. Sift the flour into a wide bowl. Add salt and powdered sugar and mix. Open the middle like a pool. Add olive oil and knead until you get a smooth dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in the refrigerator for two hours.
Put all the ingredients for the tomato sauce in the food processor until you get a smooth sauce. Take the rested dough on a floured counter and open it. Spread the tomato sauce you prepared on it.
Sprinkle the grated tongue cheese over the tomato sauce. Add the sausage, sausage, ham sliced into strips, shallots cut in half and mozzarella cheese. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Slice and serve hot.
