Learn what our habits say about our personality, every little thing

We make these habits through every moment of our lives, and more than anything, these are the habits that define our personality. Most of the habits in your life today are formed over time.

We all have some habit in our life. Habits are patterns of our behavior that are automatic. We make these habits through every moment of our lives, and more than anything, these are the habits that define our personality. Most of the habits that you have in your life today are formed over time - some you feel proud of, while there are some habits that you want to change. Whether it’s making a New Year’s resolution on New Year’s Eve or developing new “good habits” or replacing old “bad habits”, we adapt our habits to gain better control over our lives and health in many ways. Let's try. Frankly, there is a lot going on in this whole process.

How are habits formed?

Our body and most importantly our brain works like an automatic sorting machine that is programmed to find the right state of balance within itself. What will happens when the body finds out that a virus has entered our body? The body works on its own and produces as strong and powerful antibodies as possible so that the immune system can fight this chaotic enemy and drive it out of the body. Similarly, our mind and body create a system to restore balance by detecting all kinds of internal and external imbalances.

The daily routine that we follow, whether awake or unconscious, is a way for the body to maintain its balance and nothing more. A cup of coffee that we drink, the way we stand, knowing that we are overwriting the extra mouthful we eat or some day when we sleep an extra half hour - all these actions There are those that ignore the logic of our brilliant mind, but there are basically ways in which our body motivates us to move in a certain direction so that we can achieve our goal.

Why did I do that? I knew I shouldn't do that. Thoughts like this come to our mind but in that moment, it seems as if some hidden force takes these steps to save you from falling into a vicious cycle and it emphasizes the need to maintain the balance of our body.

Why is it even more difficult to get rid of your habits?

It is our memory of all the actions that have helped us to maintain the balance of the body in the past. Our mind, surprisingly, stores all the memories that we do. Then whether we did those things last week, last year, last decade or in childhood. Once again, it is automatic, natural and without any conscious effort. Our mind, which is engaged in the service of our body, diligently categorizes all our experiences as to which of these experiences are helpful and which are not, towards moment-to-moment survival and our existence, that is Is the task that nature has assigned to our mind.

Research has shown that many organisms have the ability to remember their experiences; Even in organisms with species that do not have the same neurological system as humans. Given how advanced we humans ’neurological systems are, imagine how efficient and effective our brains are in ensuring that we not only survive but also pass this automatic knowledge or learning to future generations.

The next time you feel hard on yourself, feel defeated and ruined, remember the truth and the fact that you are against the most powerful system in the world. While this may seem unbeatable at times, it can be done with the right tools.

All our habits are acquired thanks to the environment and conditions in which we live. Our parents are an example of how we should behave and we adopt it from an early age. Only later, when we mature, can our consciousness consciously change some of the acquired habits, depending on whether we like them or not.

I absolutely agree with you. All of our habits depend on the the environment where we born and its also depend how our parent teach us to run our life.
