I still clearly remember when yolanda hit Panay last 2012, that was the nightmare that I wish I could forgot. That I wish I couldn't remember, it destroyed everything..also killed a hundred of people to the places where it is most affected, especially at Leyte.

TYPHOON YOLANDA 2013

The day started nicely, the sun is brighting good and the weather is fine. I still have class this day, but in the afternoon they announced it suspended.

I still remember that it was on the month of November, I can't remember what the date is but it was November 2013. The news announced that there is a super typhoon who will entering PAR, and my dad told a story about Typhoon Romeng who were the reason why there's a flood on their province year back 90's.

Everything seems fine, everything is still good. You can feel the sun's heat that day, you will never known that it was a sign that there will be a huge tragic moment in your life that you will experience once, and the one who cost trauma to the survivors.

We watching news forecast, and we saw what happened to Leyte, I feel sad for some reason because I know it's hard for them. Not knowing that we will experiencing it too soon.

It was already 1Pm, when the wind started to blow. The electricity died 2hrs before the typhoon hit Panay.

We thought it was nothing, not until hours passed the wind was getting worst and worst not until you can hear a sound from it and it was the most creepiest sound of the wind that I hear way back then.

It all started at November, 2013. Around 2PM in the afternoon.

I am at the window, looking outside. Watching the wind dancing like a invisible hurricane that you can't see it but you can feel it.

The rain started pouring, the wind blows howling. All of the trees dancing, some of them already give-up. The rooftop at the CR was also giving up that time, the rooftop at the kitchen was totally give up and you can see them from above.

I can't help it but I cried, seeing some of rooftops were on the road already. As you hear the wind blowing and howling, you can already imagine a demon is singing.

All I can do during that time is to pray, and start hoping that there's nothing worst than that..that it will stop, and it will passed by faster that it should.

But no, during the night all you can hear is the wind, and the rooftop that's tearing apart. It leaves me awaken, a lot of questions were on my mind, if it's the end or not.

It became worst when it was already 7pm, the rooftop of the house was already tear of. My mother was crying and also the people who's inside the house.

It's a death and life situation.

I asked myself if it's time for me to die, because the house was half destroyed because of a tree who landfall in the kitchen. It was a Santol tree, idk what's the english word of santol but it was a huge tree.

All of us where on the one side where the last roof standing, praying and getting hope that it will be not destroyed because of the worst wind.

You can hear the demon is singing and laughing at the same time, you can feel death, you can feel the dangers ahead it it's still continue.

The worst part is, the another huge tree inside the house is already give up and landed into the door. If the house give-up no one can go out because the tree was landed into the door where you need to push it when you open it.

Hour's passed, the wind become weaker and that's the time where I feel relief.

When the sun was already set-up, we destroyed the door and go outside. It was a huge mess.

All of the lamp post and trees was on the ground, some house were standing and some house were not. Others were crying because of the loss of their house and some were wandering around.

I just thankgod, because no worst situation happened when the yolanda hit panay. But yeah, there's no electricity for the whole year.

The electricity cameback at October 2014 already, they can't manage to restore it soon because the 2 bridge was down.

Typhoon Odette 2021

It reminds me of what happened during typhoon Yolanda, seeing the news about what's happening to other places where the Odette landed makes me cry. I really feels sorry especially to the people who was also affected by the typhoon yolanda and affected again by the typhoon Odette. It was a triple trauma since no one wants this and no one wished for this.

Christmas supposed to be a happy Christmas. But no, I can't feel the Christmas presence. I can't feel that this year is full of enjoyment.

Some of the people will celebrate Christmas crying because of their loss. Loss of love ones, loss of home, and loss of their rights because of pandemic then typhoon. Some of them didn't manage to save their things.

Some people making them a business to make a double money, for me you should give it free since y'll affected by Typhoon Odette, there's no problem with that.

This year, people are so greedy with money.

Despite of pandemic and the typhoon, all they care is money. Money, money, money and just money.

The greediness is on the highest level where others who's also affected by the Odette making business with their items like water, food and other equipments.

For me, just give free until the world's back to normal.

• Hi! I know it's hard to appreciate everything right now because of what happened. The Odette destroyed everything especially this Christmas season, a lot of people died and some are still missing because of the flood. Some people loss their homes, love ones and also their communication to the person who's special to them. I'm sending vitual hugs and kisses to everyone who's affected by the typhoon. And also a prayer for everyone who's suffering because of the Typhoon Odette, I wish next year will be the great year for the people who was suffering right now.
