Sleep is the best form of meditation.
Hi readers, a beautiful morning to you all, how are you all, well for me am not fine. Am serving my boyfriend breakfast today, it's painful but I guess I have to leave the relationship...I know he has been there for and every other thing but finding out they he has a female best friend, am feeling the lies are too much and I can't take it again. Because the girl is in Lagos not in calabar, so am just feeling his using me here in calabar, since her location is far....he did not respect my decision. Is better we stay away, am feeling sad like I can't do it..but I need to. I decided to write this article because sleep help me yesterday, I try to forget things but I guess I couldn't.
Am feeling so bad, like I have been to, my sisters came to comfort me, finding out that am not my boyfriend best friend and who is his best a female. I can't take it because his best friend, and if he can't reciprocate same I have to leave. And he has been lying all this while, it was sleep that helped me scale through yesterday
Getting a good night’s sleep is incredibly important for your health. In fact, it’s just as important as eating a balanced, nutritious diet and exercising. Sleep deprivation can also affect our ability to respond to humor and show empathy, and may even result in withdrawing from social events or experiencing loneliness
Having sufficient sleep also helps to support a healthy immune system. Lack of sleep has been shown to impair immune function. Getting at least 7 hours of sleep can improve your immune function and help fight against common diseases.
Along with nutrition and exercise, taking care of your sleep is definitely one of the pillars of health. Lack of sleep is associated with many negative health effects. Remember how we always say “sleep is for the weak” when grinding for wl? Well, quite literally, no sleep will definitely make you weak, both physically and mentally.
Remember, everything you do, you will usually do better with a good night’s sleep. Take care of your self first, before you think of anyone, and have a good day ahead. Don't hurt your feelings trying to please someone. Stay safe
