A Week's Worth of Report
September 3, 2022
Hello! How are you, friends? It's been a while. Three days? I missed it a lot. There's so much on my plate these days and I hardly have time to sleep and even come home. Last weekend, we went to a town and strolled then took videos of their tourist spot for their promotional video. The office is in charge of that and so we spent the whole weekend last week with jam-packed fun activities and adventure.
It's fun anyway though I wasn't able to come home. Of course, being tired is the twin sister of fun. The moment I step into my boarding house last Sunday, I was off to bed not minding unpacking my bag and cleaning the room. It's tiring but it's worth it. I love the vibe and the experiences that I gained.
After that, it was a holiday. National Heroes Day. We've contemplated what would be the design of our infographics as the boss requested for it. Some prefer the classical way of honouring the heroes while others want to pay tribute to our modern heroes-the front liners.
Days passed by so fast and it is already September. Others may want to be wakened up when September ends, while others are being hyped as they are now starting to prepare and put on Christmas stuff for the Christmas season. Time flies so fast right? Before we know it. We will be heating pasta and exchanging gifts.
By the way, it's been two months I guess since I submitted a video as a requirement for a Vietnamese ESL however I didn't get any update about that. Maybe it didn't pass their requirement. Just when I forgot about that application, the centre owner messaged me informing me that she send it to a Korean ESL company and I got in. Thanks, God.
I was a bit hesitant as I don't think my body could make it. My day job is already demanding and the pressure of online teaching in a new ESL company is another headache but I gave it a go since I already passed and the centre owner is rooting for me.
That's the main reason why I'm inactive here and on Hive. I'm getting the hang of it. If I couldn't juggle my time well, I will quit. But I would have to try for at least a month cause I have bills to pay and I got a brother as a college student. I want to help him in ways that I can. So, help me God and bear with me guys.
Sometimes, I just want to go back to my younger self where I'm carefree and have fewer worries. However, we can't turn back the hands of time. We need to move forward and accept how things are. So no matter how hard life is, let's keep going because the world won't stop revolving and life wouldn't be kinder just because we are confused. Things may go out of hand, and life might be uncertain but still, we have to keep going.
Thanks for reading. Until next time.
