Because of so many messages, asking me about the number of exact years of imprisonment... they are confused and begging for clarity. I believe the people of the Philippines, the parents , the youth , all those who since day one have shared the pain and suffering of the family, and have extended their love , financial assistance, and sympathy, and have offered their time to pray deserve to know... Maraming salamat po sa inyong pagsubaybay and pagmamalasakit.

Many were even shocked with how the parents behaved as seen in the videos. The scenes were just the tip of how much they have suffered mentally and emotionally. The agony was killing them both all this time but they tried their best to stay sane and alive for the justice we are all praying for. Ako po yang naka black na tshirt. That very moment it felt like, para po silang namatayan ulit... felt like naulit ang pagpatay sa kanilang dalawang anak. They were actually shaking those moments, trembling with so much pain and anger that nobody can ever fathom! Ramdam mo yung panginginig. Theirs was the cry for maximum justice that they were denied and deprived of. THEY ARE THE PARENTS, LET THAT SINK IN! Helpless parents!!! Sweetie screamed, "WE DON'T DESERVE THIS!" Kuya used the words, halimaw, impakto, hindi tao, referring to the perpetrators who brutally killed their children. Tinadtad po ng saksak and taga. There were more than 30 stab wounds si Boyboy. Halos maputol ang leeg ni Ate Gwynn... Kalunos lunos at karumal dumal !!!!

Ate Gwynn(18) and Boyboy (16) two loving, beautiful and promising children were ruthlessly killed last Dec. 10, 2021. Boyboy was asleep, lying down on his side in their living room when stabbed. He was hacked on his neck with kitchen knives, and butcher's knives many times. He was choked with a rope and his head and body were hit with a hammer several times. Ate Gwynn, she was murdered by two killers helping one another with the use of knives, breakable pitcher, frying pan, baseball bat, hammer, bottles, vase and rope.

With all of these, the killers who are MINORS (BELOW 18 YEARS OLD) will be punished with (without eligibility for parole):

Female Murderer (for Boyboy)

minimum: 10yrs

maximum: 17 yrs

Female Murderer (for Ate Gwynn)

minimum: 8 years

maximum: 14 years

Male Murderer (for Boyboy)

minimum: 12 yrs

maximum: 20 yrs

Male Murderer (for Ate Gwynn)

minimum: 10 yrs

maximum: 17 yrs

Ibig sabihin po, if nakapatay ang isang minor, minor man ang napatay niya or nasa hustong edad, no matter how barbaric the manner is, lalo if nag plead guilty, may special discount tayo dyan, at ang posibleng kaparusahan po ay minimum of 8 years only. Imagine!

NOW, IT IS UP TO US TO THINK WHAT FUTURE AWAITS FOR THIS COUNTRY IF THIS EVIL LAW AUTHORED BY SIR KIKO PANGILINAN WONT GET AMENDED, OR REPEALED.

Minors will be getting message of how little and bearable punishment can be for a henious crime one can commit. Ang lahat po ng hinanakit and katanungan nating lahat ang sagot po ay Juvenile Law. Pls do research para mas maging informed tayo. Sincerely praying we can all unite to call out our new leaders for this matter. Hindi po ito biro. May the death of these 2 wonderful kids be not in vain. That we hope this can reach the higher authorities and this story shall be the instrument God has allowed for a deeper purpose.

By the way, we are also disheartened, that people surrounding us especially the parents weren't even considerate of their feelings. Required po bang itaboy ng guard ang isang ama na naghihinagpis and naglalabas ng kanyang sama ng loob, pighati, dalamhati, and galit? Kung yung mga nagrarally po sa govt. offices are nirerespito ang freedom to express and voice their sentiments and complaints, bakit po ganun. You should have offered a glass of water instead, a chair, given a tap on his shoulder, a manly brotherly hug and words of sympathy before trying to request that he calms down and little by little guide him assist him to go their way. Hindi po sila nanggugulo, they felt HELPLESS AND VOICELESS! Ni hindi po nakapag lunch yang mag asawa because of so much tense and indescribable feeling, they were filled with mixed emotions that they can't even get appetite to eat. Pinilit at sinikap lang nilang magpakatatag sa ngalan ng hustisya para sa kanilang mga anak. Sana man lang naging mas makatao tayo. Sa mga nakiramay po ang yumakap, nagbigay ng words of encouragement and moral support that time sa mag asawa, maraming salamat po.

To the people who also have chance makasama yung mga bata as what they call them, minors, killers to be harsh and realistic, why, why is it they were not even humble and didnt show any sign of remorse. Weren't they advised to face the parents and ask for forgiveness. Weren't they given pangaral, Bible Study, or guidance counseling. That's what the parents were waiting and hoping for to atleast give them peace, so they can atleast find in their hearts to release forgiveness. But no. It didn't happen. The female murderer was too arrogant. Thats why Sweetie got provoked. She was triggered with that glance from her before getting out of court as if telling us WELL ANG BABA NG PUNISHMENT KO. She even whispered EH DI WOW when instructed to remove her mask. She was unbelievably wicked.

To all of us who wanted Pilipinas to be better, please let us raise our voices so we can be heard. Sa lahat ng ina na kagaya ko, this face of a mother begging, screaming, fighting for justice is a reflection of what that law is all about. Sana panghuling ina na siya sa ganyang eksena. 💔 Praying!

Kuya Dodong (the father) posted that they are open for press con. We kept encouraging them to do so noon pa man but they weren't ready yet... Finally, this time they are ready... is their only hope to be heard.

Conclusion

While Reading the statements above, I felt so angry and sad. This case has been running months ago and this happenings has been done last year. I am so sad and feel so angry to those suspect because they didn't even feel sorry about what they do, instead they set high pride because they feel protected. Juvenile Law was established by Kiko Pangilinan and I do not agree with this law. Even you aren't 18 above, let's just we say minor. If you committed murder, it means you still need to pay what you did. The law and justice here in the Philippines is so slow and ugly. Indeed, only the rich have the right and justice.

This law should be revised in the Senate. I do hope and pray that no other people will suffer in this kind of law. The family Maguad didn't get the Justce they want. I prayed that im the hearts and minds of the parents will have peace, because of what happened. If the Court done judge what will happen to the minors, then God will be the one to punish those suspect to the point they will realize ther wrongdoings. The fact that God didn't sleep, He sees all the pain and sufferings of the parents.

Maybe, the parents hearts will hard to move on right now because of what happened. Surely, there is a great planned ahead of them. There is also a purpose why God let it happened.
