Here I am again with another recipe. In which my sister have prepared. I want to share this lovely recipe with you ladies and bros.

Ingredients:

2 cups of all purpose flour

3 tablespoons of sugar

Pinch of salt

1 egg

Half cup of warm milk

1/3 stick of butter

1 packet of dry yeast

Cooking oil

Glaze:

2 cups of powdered sugar

Butter

3 tablespoons milk

2 drops vanilla essence

Procedure

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl

Which is the Flour, sugar and salt, yeast

Mix the wet ingredients in another glass

Which is the Warm milk, egg, melted butter

Mix them for 3 mins with spatula if you don’t have mixer..

Finally, kneed the dough for 15 mins. Transfer it into greased bowl.. cover with damped towel.

Rise the dough for an hour..

Finally roll the dough and shape into donut circles

Place them donuts into parchment papers and rise again for 15 mins

Finally try them until light golden in “low heat”

Glazed them and enjoy..

I wonder what a stick of butter is. Once tried several recipes but it all was not what I expected from it. I might try this one once.

I assume the dough needs to be mixed with the milk, egg, etc? Better write it down for those who never cooked in their live and might try it.
