Balanced Diet provides correct nutrients, minerals, vitamins in the body so that the mind will be strong also. If you eat correctly you would not get sick as diseases and health complications will not arise. Eating a well balance meal helps to provide healthy body weight, there is more energy, more sleep as well, and a functioning brain.Â

Well it is proper proportions of correct carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals, and liquids. Fats and carbohydrates are essential and should be consumed but with proper portions.

Variety of healthy nutrient dense food groups will make you full than eating those junk foods or unhealthy foods that not only makes you hungry easily but over eat more plus they provide little to no nutritional value which will make your body to store rather than use as energy. Healthy carbohydrate examples are whole grains, oats, vegetables, fruits, legumes, quinoa along with lean proteins such as chicken, seafood, eggs, etc.

If you eat balance diet the essential nutrients produce higher immunity thus preventing disease and improve vascularity of the blood circulation. If there is deficiency in vitamins such as A, B, C, E, zinc and iron there is impaired immune function. Fruits and green leafy vegetables prevent this.

Food that we eat have great effect on our energy levels throughout the day. The key is eating nutrient dense food because they digest longer which makes us feel more full and have more energy. If you eat sugary or simple carbohydrates, it digest so fast which makes you hungry quickly. So eating low glycemic carbohydrates and proteins every 4 hrs is good.Â
You can sleep better with a balanced diet
If you eat foods that have high acidity levels it would be hard to sleep since the mucosa of the intestines would be aggravated such as carbonated drinks which would not only disturb your sleep but you will also develop diseases. Also if you sleep right away just after eating, it will disturb your stomach and intestines, better to sleep after eating for an hour.Â

Who says fats are bad? Not all fats are bad. Omega 3 fatty acids found in fishes especially salmon, tuna, avocado, nuts, milk, eggs, walnuts are healthy for the brain. Your memory and learning will be quicker, also if you feel anxious and your mood is low this will help as well. It also prevents dementia, schizophrenia, and other brain related diseases, like parkinson’s disease.
