Crying is a natural response of people to various emotions, including sadness, pain, disappointment and even joy. But the question is - is crying really good for health? What are the reasons why it's okay to cry?
Crying is part of being a human. The fact that we cry has several effects on us. People need to recognize their feelings to organize their thoughts and think about what they really want. You do not have to wear a fake mask to fake what you are feeling inside because it will just let you feel more pain inside. So, let it flow.
In turn, crying can help people improve sleep, strengthen the immune system, and helpful also by reducing stress levels, which could lower blood pressure.

We have here several reasons why it's okay to cry.
To be very emotional, no one should look down on those who deal with their feelings by shed tears. Next time you need to cry, do not stop yourself from doing so, do not hesitate to do it, for we are all human, and it is normal to cry.
Crying is good for your health and can help you deal with the first signs of health.
When you are still a baby, the first seconds and moments on earth when you are taken out of your mother's womb are crucial to determine whether your lungs are functioning properly. That was the beginning of our lives. Since we are exposed to a new environment, we cry right away.
Crying is the first thing we do when we are born. The louder the scream, the happier the doctor. The first cry is significant, and it helps the child adapt to the world around them and to begin to breathe spontaneously.
It is worth telling that crying help us recover from pain.
There are events and circumstances which include periods of pain, numbness, inwardness, and anger. We all have our own way of dealing with these things, but one thing is for sure: crying will help ease the heaviness we feel inside. The loss of a loved one has long-term consequences. People must go through the process of grief to be healed.
When we cry because of these things, it does not mean that we are weak. It does show our vulnerable side but that doesn't mean we do not have the strength to endure it. It is just that, it is the way where we can be stronger the next time we stand. Stronger in the sense that we are again ready to face life circumstances. We may feel pain, we may cry, but we will again stand up.
Crying can help us reduce stress and make you feel better, even if only a little bit.
As what I have said, people are emotional beings. Interpersonal relationships with other people are of great importance in our life. Without it, it can cause our own death. Because just like what they say, no man is an island.
After letting the tears to flow down through our eyes, there is a feeling of relief. It may not went away totally, but it helped in making us feel better.
Crying provides comfort.
When our parents or friends find that we are crying, their first reaction is to comfort us. We feel the support of people, and crying does provide comfort. The environment can quickly improve your mood and spirit.
In times of difficulty, crying will help you build a social support network. It lightens up the mood and it is very comforting.
It restores emotional balance.
We do not just cry when we are sad. When we are angry, stressed, or even happy, we also cry. It is believed that crying helps calm and restore the emotional balance we need in everyday circumstances.
Crying may be a mechanism for the body to adapt to such strong emotions or feelings. Just like what I have said a while ago, just because we cry does not mean we can no longer have the strength to endure things.
It is one way of coping up and one way of making ourselves feel that we are humans. Admit it or not, we sometimes forget the fact that we feel pain among others just to do the things we think are best for us. Again, crying is natural. So if you feel that any moment, your tears flow down, let it flow. That is a good sign that you have feelings.
Summary:
Next time you need to cry, do not stop yourself from doing so, do not hesitate to do it, for we are all human, we have feelings and it is normal to cry. We all have our own way of dealing with these things, but one thing is for sure: crying will help ease the heaviness we feel inside.
