The power of focus

Hi my dear beautiful friends. How are you all. I hope you guys are completely fine. I am also good. I hope you guys like it. We all need focus for every work. I always like to write inspiration. So today I sat down to write again. Because some beautiful stories affect our lives. When we read something, we have to try to understand it with the mind.Then it will work for us.

The power of focus.

If we try to look everywhere with magnifying glass.Nothing will happen but then.If you hold a magnifying glass in one place, it catches fire in that place.Magnifine glass but shows up directly to a point in the sun.It is the work of magnifying glass. Focuses the whole solar system on one point.

To get this focus, I read a very beautiful story in one place.

There was a coach. The coach has brought all his players together.Bring the room that has the dressing room in that room,There is a small board in that group.That board is placed in the middle of a 2-seat chair.Then he said come all of you, and one by one you will cross this board.Everyone climbed comfortably on the board, got into one chair and went down with another.The coach asked everyone, how difficult was this task? Not everyone said it was not difficult at all.Then the coach said if I could give this seam board 50 feet and tell you to cross, would you cross?Everyone said no. If it falls.Now that I have given what you thought you will fall.No, it is not possible to get out of here, which is a very easy task.Then the coach said, that's it. If you pass over a 50 foot building, it will be the same.But even then, many of you are afraid of falling. And I know some of you might fall.If I had gone myself, I might have fallen once.Then the players said, hmm, in fact, I will fall.Then the coach said, the thing you need in this place is focus.When I moved this board from one chair to another, your focus was on how fast you could cross it.Comfort is passed.The focus for you was on how quickly you can relax and show your teammates.But when this thin leaf is placed 50 feet in the middle of two buildings, your focus will be on the fall.Then your focus will be if you fall and die.And that's what happens to you when your focus is on dying or falling.In fact, if you cut your legs and dry your throat, you will fall.

So always remember, wherever your focus is, you can always do the job well.Your focus will increase the positivity of your life if you cover up the positive thoughts.Your mind thinks in a positive way day by day.And you will soon succeed in that task.

And if you give that focus away from negativity then your life will be filled with negativity.Negative thoughts will come to mind before you go to work.And that is why you will not succeed in any endeavor.

So try to bring your focus not only in work, but also in thought.There are good things to think about. Stay away from negative or anxious ones.Focus is something without which you cannot succeed.We need to focus on that before we do anything.
