Beautiful, well-groomed feet are imperative in the summer days, but also during the whole fall and winter, it is necessary to take care of them so as not to neglected them, considering that the foot is often "trapped" in socks and shoes.

The ideal solution is a home pedicure, which can give better effects than the one in the salon, while saving us money. Also, we should keep in mind the great tricks that work wonders for our feet!

1. One of the simplest and cheapest tricks is banana peel - it is enough to rub the inside of the peel well on the feet.

Then rinse your feet with lukewarm water or better yet soak them in a basin of warm water and a little baking soda. Finally, apply a thick layer of cream, put on socks and wait at least 15 minutes for it to absorb nicely.

Bananas are great for a pedicure - in the peel itself there are a number of amino acids and vitamins that quickly turn cracked and dry feet into smooth and soft.

2. Once a week you can do a foot peeling with Parasoftin sock. They are extremely easy to apply: the socks are pulled on, stand for 60 to 90 minutes and after that the feet are washed nicely. They soften the feet, hydrate the skin and perform exfoliation, ie. they remove dead cells from the thickened parts. They should not be used only in case of injuries or damage to the skin or in case of hypersensitivity.

3.On the feet you can apply natural ingredients such as coconut oil, which has been proven to have highly hydrating properties, and which is generally recommended in body care, including facial skin, or olive oil, and also, cocoa and shea butter for the body.

However, whatever you put in, the key is actually what you wrap your feet in after that. After applying, wrap your feet in aluminum foil, which is the best choice because it retains heat, which means that the pores on the skin will be open throughout the night, so they will best be able to absorb all the nutrients. The cream or oil that you apply to your feet therefore does not need to be rubbed in particular, as the foil will definitely do its job. However, the advice is to put socks over the foil, so that you don't fall asleep during the night.

If you apply this treatment regularly, the skin on your feet will be much softer, and even the one on your heels, which is always rougher.
