The mind is so powerful that it is what leads us to act in certain ways in different situations in our lives.
Part of personal development is to build a kind of balance between our mind and the actions we have, since a destabilizing behavior of the mind can lead us to make bad decisions.
Today I will show you the three ways that the mind has to act, that although we know about them, most of the time we are not aware of the power that we would have the day we control the three in our favor.
Unconscious moment:
It is known as the reptilian mind, the animal mind and this is because it is superior to us and we are hardly able to point it out in order to attack it.
In it we capture signs of danger, the brain sends us thoughts or sensations where we witness the danger.
Has it not happened to you, that you are in a place and that you feel a heavy energy throughout your body that makes you think that something bad could happen?
Or surely it has happened to you, that you are going through a slippery place and you are more careful because you feel that you may fall?
Well this is due to our unconscious mind, it is the one that comes suddenly and we do not realize it until after going through that emotion or maybe you never realize it.
It also appears in moments of pleasure, that's why it's called the animal mind, because surely you've heard the typical phrase that I don't like about "Human beings are animals" that despite being an excuse for not taking responsibility for our actions , if it has to do with a kind of instinct that is difficult to control and that comes from places outside our mental control.
Conscious moment:
It is when our mind is under total control of ourselves, it is that moment where we make decisions, analyze, use logic and above all develop our character.
In this way, being aware of some situation that we are analyzing, we will see things with a worked perspective, it is our total responsibility that moment.
If you ever decided to end a relationship, you made the decision, you were aware of the effect of your mind, you were controlling it and you were having totally rational thought.
If a human being manages to develop this ability, he can use it to his advantage to build great businesses, visions of the future, improvements in work environments, emotional and any other.
This is when we stop making excuses and start taking responsibility because we know that we are so powerful over our body that our mind can be dominated by ourselves.
Subconscious moment:
Of the three ways, this is my favorite, because it is the midpoint of the previous two, besides it is also when our mind is guided by the heart, emotions, feelings.
Our mind begins to create thoughts or feelings that come from past events, from our memory, from our current feelings.
For example, you see your BCH wallet on the phone and you can see how $10 has disappeared from your wallet due to the drop it had today, then you start to feel bad, because of events that have not happened or that have already happened before because your subconscious created that kind of thoughts that makes you feel that way in your present.
The subconscious mind also appears in dreams, when the brain sends us memories, sensations from the past or the future.
All these ways or moments that our mind elaborates, can be used in our favor.
If we can catch all those acts that we commit unconsciously, we can avoid them in the future.
If we can always act consciously, we would be much more rational when making decisions.
If we understand our subconscious moments we can discover what it is that we must work on or change.
