Patronage 2021 Week 27: Call for your nominations - you can nominate yourself

What's up, folks! I hope y'all are having a lovely week and staying safe wherever you find yourself. It's the last day of June, how the month passed by in a blink of an eye. It is also another beautiful Wednesday. And as always, here at Patronage, it is the day of the week when we officially announce the nomination round of the next Patronage week. We call on Patronage supporters to participate in the nomination of other users for the beneficiaries of the succeeding week and we expect users to honour our call and nominate the users they feel may appreciate the little support we have to offer. But before going into the Patronage nomination round proper, let's talk about other events In relation to mortals, a man cannot trust a fellow man until he knows that man. You cannot expect me to just trust a total stranger free of charge. I cannot give my property to a total stranger to keep. That's how a lady arrived Lagos for the first time and gave her *'Ghana must go' bag* to someone to keep in his custody until she returns from easing her self around some corner. In the next one minute, her baf was gone. Fellow Nigerians will understand the meaning of *'Ghana must go'*. I just hope that's how it's written in English. For those that don't know, 'Ghana must go' bag is a type of luggage bag, just like the one in the below:

So what I'm saying is that you cannot truly trust a person you haven't known. We can only really trust what and who we know. Nevertheless, concerning the Absolute Divine you call God, you cannot know Him unless by trusting Him. When it happens to be God, you'd have to just trust Him first. It is in trusting God you know Him. It is true that you cannot trust a man except you know him first. But in God's case, you cannot know Him except you trust Him first. It is simply the other way round. So even when you do not fully know or understand what He's doing with you, to you and for you; just trust Him. God is not a being we can subject to mental or carnal reasoning. He's bigger than our minds. Scientists, philosophers and logicians fail to understand that you'd have to be a **FAITHician** in order to know and understand God. Yes, He can be known and understood but it is by first of all trusting in the Spirit that He is, to reveal the God that He is and His absolute workings in your life. It is His duty to bring your mind to the place of knowing Him but you'd have to leave that to His Spirit and avoid letting the frame of carnal reasoning separate you from His truth. Your mind alone cannot take you to the place where God dwells. It is the place of Absolute Truth. So even when you don't see Him, feel Him and are yet to understand all that He's doing, still trust Him. Have faith, for it is in trusting God that we truly know Him. Faith isn't blindness at all. It is openness and awareness of the fact that it is impossible for God to do something that isn't for our best interest. Faith is what opens your eye. So even when you do not like it or understand it, just have faith. Trust that He's working for your good. God is different! Selah - pause and consider. Back to the Patronage The Patronage is currently in the 26th week. And we have @Bloghound and @Peter-Molnar as the beneficiaries of the week. So far, I have subscribed and offered sponsorship to them and I've also tipped a few of the articles they have published within the week. I look forward to more days of active and quality posting. **Patronage Week 26 Nomination Round** This is the 26th nomination round of the Patronage initiative. As usual, I ask the simple question: *Which read.cash user(s) deserves a little encouragement and should be supported by me for a whole week?* **How to Nominate Newbies?** Nominating users for beneficiaries of each Patronage week has always been simple. All you have to do is come up with the users you wish to nominate and mention their correct username in the comments section of this post, and you are done. The not so simple part is coming up with the right user to nominate. It's possible you don't know any new users on the platform. Above all, let's avoid nominating older users who are earning a good amount. **You can nominate yourself** Often in the last nomination round of the month, I permit users to nominate themselves and one other user. Here it is, you can nominate yourself and any other user of your choice. **All** **Nominations end on Sunday and beneficiaries will be announced the same day.** **Please, don't nominate previous beneficiaries** We have had sixty-seven (67) unique beneficiaries since the start of the Patronage initiative. I always share the list of previous beneficiaries in the weekly nomination round posts so we don't have to renominate them. We aim to have new users become the beneficiaries each week.
