Some of us this time of pandemic is our stress reliever is food, but we didn't know what is the real cause of belly fat. Some of us had a big belly fat and don't know how to make it slim without exercises. Just like me i have belly fat and i want to make it slim yet i don't want to do some exercise, because you know im lazy when it comes in exercises(hahahaha LOL).
Anyway the most common of our belly fat is not just of too much eating but also due to we didn't chew it properly. Yes guys number one of that is we did not chew our food properly. That's why it cause us also bloated and full.
You should know about this because this is very important for us to know.
Chewing our food properly makes our digestion system digest properly and prevent from bloating, gasses or uric acid in our stomach. And also it help us to relax and enjoy our food we eat and we can taste the real taste of every food.
And not just that once we chew our food slowly, we cannot eat to much unlike if we eat faster and not chewing our food. It will cause us big belly and lazy to work. Its important to prevent that kind of style of eating.
Though there is a situation like nurse, doctors, firemen or some jobs that needs to ate your brunch faster, but it needs some juice or fruits to eat or drink of to maintain your digestion.
For some people like me that always in our home, so we need to minimize our food intake or food intolerance. I have an experience between when we chew our food properly and in not.
Before i discover about chewing our food, i ate faster before and that cause me bloated always, more gas pain in stomach, difficult of breathing and not good digestion. I always had difficulty in passing stool.
But as i observed when i try chewing my food little by little, i feel less in constipation, less in gas pain and i feel full easily. So we can see that chewing our food properly makes our digestive system work properly and also keep us healthy.
Food intolerance is not really good actually, i know that food is life but if you are on my case, you will also stop in eating unhealthy foods and in too much food intake.

Having a big belly fat is a sign of unhealthy body and bad digestion. So no wonder that one day if we still continue that habbit, we surprise that there is a findings of high cholesterol, stroke, cyst, cancer in intestine or tumor. Having that illness is not a joke. Aside that expending too much money, you will also ready if you gonna survive the operation or going to die.
But if you cannot prevent that habbit just be sure to eat more fruits and vegetables and also do an exercise like yoga.
By the way there is another one, after you ate do not sleep immediately or lying down on your bed. Because it also cause you vomit and having hyper acidity. It makes your food intake stuck on your pancreas and cannot digest in your small and big intestine.
