Leadership style of the leader

Hello hello there my fellow readers and writers Its me once again your lazy writer lazysnail. It's a gloomy Saturday, whenever I'm opening my social media, like facebook apps, tiktok, and twitter the same issues is what I'm alwaysss seeing and it's the candidate for the presidency. Netizens keeps on bragging their president and destroying the image of their opposition but it's only two side of candidates who's fighting actually. That's why an idea come up to my mind and it is the leadership of the leader. I then think of the leaders that I remember and let's talk about their leadership style.

Rodrigo Road Duterte

Let's start with our President. Rodrigo Roa Duterte the 16th and currently the President of the Philippines. In his campaign he 5ole that he will kill all those who are involved in drugs, that's why a lot of people got hype and admire him because of his uniqueness and braveness. Him, together with his government officials are doing their best to maintain and resolve the current big issue which is the covid-19 until now, after the ups and downs, a lot of people are still positive in virus. The citizens of the Philippines has different opinions about their government. This is because Rodrigo Duterte is very different from other past presidents of the Philippines. He's frankness was loved by people, and hate by others. He's straight to the point and not use mince words. He's a hard working president who can't be read by many because of his unpredictable unique actions. That's why some people have told him as a strategic leader. He get the trust of china and Russia while maintaining the connection with Western countries and many more.

Nelson Mandela

Nelson Mandela is one of the greatest leader that has existed in this world. He because a president of south-africa. He shows a remarkable leadership who advocate the peace, high level of forgiveness and positive thinking I'm life. Because of what Mandela has experienced in his life. He then visualize a world wherein everyone is equal. He believed that we can socialize with each another despite the races and ethnicity. Nelson Mandela just not only managed to run his country but his leadership motivated others for a better place to live on. Nelson mandela has a democratic leadership because of what he believed that all people is equal.He's a president who advocate to eliminate the discrimination in this world we live.

Adolf Hitler

The man that bring dooms to the world. Adolf Hitler, he who ordered to kill a lot of people who has different belief in him. Despite being scared by many,He was still being worship by his men.Adolf hitler used a lassie-faire dictatorial leadership. That's order everyone to go into war. He just told them to kill their enemy without having a second thought of their feelings. Because of his charisma, many people got attracted t him he also find a way and solution to solve their problem in money, food, family, etc. That's why his fellowmen are willingly to follow him no matter what. His words and iron fist become devine that rule his Country.

Steve Jobs

An iconic leader, a visionary, smart, genius, charismatic, authentic, almost every praise adjective can be used to describe him as a leader. He had clear vision, an ability to gain trust and passion to motivate his people and for his company. In fact, Steve made sure that every staff member of his company believed in the same vision, his ethical leadership style can also be shows by the trust of his employees had on him. That's why their business "Apple" become one of the most successful business in terms of technology. He has passion to his goals that he really want to achieve but he doesn't stop that he even motivated his employees to do so. He says that "stay hungry, stay foolish" we shouldn't be satisfied on what we are, our intelligence is not that enough so we need to improve we need to learn a lot of things in order to become the better person of ourselves. He's not a type of leader who gave task to his staff

Different style of Leadership plays a significant role in the job or activities they have and the way they communicate. Beating aware of your personality style can allow you to communicate better, assess others' needs, and forge productive relationships.
