You might be wondering why I am asking your time to read this but I know that this can help you in the future or maybe now. We all know that everyone has a problem and it is natural for an individual, but in some cases, those problems may lead into a serious situation that can cause stress and depression.
What is stress?
Stress is a feeling of being pressure d about something. This pressure came from different aspects of our life such as; problem in financial, work-related problems, family problems, low self-esteem and etc.
Stress and depression is a serious topic because it can lead into different cases such as losing your appetite, having a hard time of sleeps, and worst is death. Why death? It simply because stress is the main reason of suicide. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), "Close to 800 000 people die due to suicide every year, which is one person every 40 seconds." Imagine how many people died because of depression and of course we don't want anyone experience it so I am here to explain and share what I have learned in a process of researching.
Symptoms of stress
1. Feeling unwell
2. Sweating
3. Anxiety
4. Struggling when you want to sleep
5. Low self-esteem
6. Lost of appetite
7. Changing mood also known as Moodswings
8. You eat fewer than usual
9. Uncheerful
10. You chose to be alone than interacting to others.
If you're experiencing these kind of symptoms, it's better to consult to a professional specifically psychiatrist so you'll know the right solution to your problems.
Sometimes, people misinterpret "consulting to the psychiatrist" because they are thinking that consulting to a psychiatrist is the meaning of being crazy person but in fact, you're just helping yourself to solve your problems.
How to prevent stress?
1. Identify the causes
Identify where these symptoms started to be able to start your plan in solving your problems.
2. Track your lifestyle
Tracking your lifestyle can also be a start to identify the causes of the symptoms. It can help you to know its causes. Ask yourself such as "Am I doing things to much?, Did I do the wrong thimg?". These questions can help you to determine the causes and problems.
3. Realization
Realizing what you have done in your day-to-day life can help you to track and identify the things that you are struggling.
How can we manage our stress?
Eat healthy foods
•Eating healthy foods has a lot of advantage to everyone that's why I put it on the top of the list. It can boost your immune system and leads into producing different hormone including the happy hormones. The study shows that eating foods when you're stress can lessen your worries. Personally, I believe on this because I am just eating a lot of foods especially when I have a problems and worries on my mind and it's quite effective! You know, placebo effect.
Think a solution
•Thinking a solution to your problem is the best thing that you can do when you're in a challenging situation. I have this quotation that I am applying on myself, "Think of a solution, not your problems." thinking your problems can't help you, it will makes you more stress. Let's use this very well-known idiom as an analogy in this statement, "Adding a fuel to the fire" let us assume that the fire is your problem and your negative thoughts are the fuel, instead of turning out the fire, it will burn more.
Do not overthink
•Overthinking is hard to stop but you can do this by doing different activities. It is one of the reason why people are stressed. They are always jumping in different conclusions without confirmation. Again, I have this belief, "Don't make any conclusion without confirmation" because it's hard to expect and assume.
Take sweet foods
•I personally doing this, when I am thinking too much I always eat chocolates and sweet foods to prevent stress and headaches. The study also shows that eating sweet foods can prevent your stress because it can help to reduce the production of stress-hormones.
Exercise
•This can help to prevent stress since it can help to produce a happy hormones. Research shows that exercising can enlighten up your mood.
Relax
•Many of us forget this effective tool to avoid stress. Be mindful and learn to relax yourself. We are thinking too much and ended up in cramming so you can't keep your calmness. Give yourself a free time and breathe a fresh air.
Sleep
•Taking a sleep when you are stress are effective. When we are sleeping, we're also giving ourselves a free time and to relax our mind.
Stop doing your bad habits
•This can help to prevent your stress. Doing your bad habits when you are stress are not a good sign. Some people do their bad habits to forget their problems for the meantime and thinking that it is the best solution but in fact, it is not. Smoking and drinking an alcohol is not the best solution to prevent your stress.
This article may help you when you are struggling and experiencing a stress. Always remember that every problem has a solution, we will not experience one thing if we can't do it. Just like what I've said on my recent article, "We're the only one who limit ourselves". Take note that our mind is a powertool to manipulate us, don't let your emotions bring you down. You can also help your friend or family to avoid stress by sharing this article to them.

I think the whole world is under stress. I have been due to financial and family problems for years. I try to overcome that with work and a cheerful spirit. But we are not all positive.
