In our generation, we can rarely witness people who's having an activities that can help on their physical and mental health. One of the examples is exercising, people nowadays are too focused on their gadgets and technology without thinking that they already forgotten their health.

The little movements everyday can even help you to lessen the risk of “not exercising” a 30 minutes exercise every morning will give you changes not only on your physical appearance but also mentally!

So if you are one of those people who choose to use gadgets all day and night, better to change your routine and start breaking your bones even in 30 minutes, start you day in a productive way!

It's undeniable that people will probably think and do abdominal exercises thinking that it can rid their belly fats, on the contrary, one of the studies said that exercises that will give you a fast heart rate, it will burn more calories than abdominal exercises!

Exercises that can burn your fats


High knee running
High knee running or also known as High knees is one of the best cardio  workouts because it can make your heartbeat fast and strengthen your lower body. If you'll do this in a short period of time, make sure that you're this in correct intensity so that it can burn more calories. How can we do this? Run in an open-space place then lift your knees as high as possible.

Butt kick
Butt kick is just like the same of High knee running. You can burn more calories when you exercise in long period of time with high intensity. Their only difference is instead of knees, you will lift your heels until it touched your butt then repeat the process.

Mountain climbers
You can burn more calories on this exercise since it is a full-body exercise. You can also burn more calories in just short period of time. Position yourself like planking, put your shoulders over your hands then move right knee toward your chest, then repeat it with your left knee. Do it quickly.

Swimming
It is a low impact workout where you are consuming your energy while strengthen your muscles, improve your blood flow, heart and lung capacity. Thirty minutes of swimming can burn the same calories when you are jogging for thirty minutes. However, swimming is more recommended for those people who had a joint-problems because it is more less-stressful.

Sprint
Sprint is one of an alternative way instead of running. Generally, running is the best exercise to burn calories but sprint can always do it if you'll do it with a high intensity in a short period of time. Don't forget the warm up before doing this so you can avoid injuries.

At home
If you don't have an access in an open space, you can also did it on your home by just doing these alternative exercises.

Walking
You can burn calories by just simply walking around your house. It is recommended for those people who had an injury because you don't need to put much effort to do it. By simply walking around your house, you can burn calories per minute.

Running
This is the best way to burn more calories, improve your flexibility and increasing your endurance. You don't need a lot of equipment because an open space it the only requirements. The faster you run, the faster you burn your calories.

Dancing
If your find your workouts boring, then you should try dancing. Choose a dance with a large movements so you can burn more calories. It can increase your heart rate and having a fun at the same time.

Jumping jacks
This is a basic cardio exercise that increase your heart rate. It is a full body workout so it is recommended for everyone. No need a lot of space when doing jumping jacks. Sometimes, I'm using jumping jacks as my warm up.

Jumping rope
It looks like you're playing when you are doing this kind of exercise. Just hold one rope and then jump! It increases your heart rate and strengthen your lower legs.

KEEP IN MIND
Before doing these exercises, keep in mind that you need to do warm up first so you can avoid injuries. Also, don't force yourself when you are doing those exercises because it can affect your muscles and can cause a risky injuries if you did it wrong. Always consult your doctor or a physical therapist so you can do these things correctly.

I am doing exercise for month now and it is part of my daily routine now. It helps me not become tired easily and made my body strong and away from sickness. Especially today we have pandemic it is important that we must give time to spend for exercise too.
