We know how bad our world situation now a days. We cannot deny that every year the situation of the world becomes worse. The beautiful mountains are becoming subdivisions, the fish are slowly dying the rivers are no longer blue (because of the garbage), our ozone layer is not good anymore, reason why we suffer excessive heat, even the air is polluted. It hurts to think that the next generations will not be able to see the beautiful scenery of nature anymore,and that is all because of our lack of discipline and wrong doing.
Here are some ways that may we apply to help and save our Mother Earth:
*Recycle everything you can, newspapers, cans, glass, bottles and jars aluminum foil, motor oil, scrap metal etc.
* Tell your mom not to use cold water in the washer whenever possible; using cold water will consume more energy.*
* Advice all your family members not to use electrical appliances for thing's you can easily do by hand like opening cans or washing clothes.
* Schedule the use of the washing machine and flatiron such as once a week to conserve energy.
* Keep your mom's grocery bags to line your trashcan instead of using plastic liners. Then tell your mom to bring a shopping bag when going to the market.
*Store food in re-usable containers instead of plastic wrap or aluminum foil.
* Give unwanted re-usable items to the poor or to a charitable organization or thrift shops.
*Don't leave water running needlessly, Install a water saving showerhead.
* Set your air- conditioning thermostat at Low to save energy.
* Turn off the lights, TV and other electrical appliances when you're out of the room.
I hope these ways will help us and please appreciate nature for the next generations, let's think about them, their future and their future life.
