Hi everyone it's me again @Kris2310 saying happy Wensday to all of you. Hope you are all fine.

As a Filipino it is typical for us the common situation as parents would like to give a better future to our loved ones especially to our Children. I know all the parents there will agree with me. And working Abroad is one way to fullfill these dreams. isn't it?

Brain drain happens when the professionals of a country migrate and work abroad. And those who chose to work and render services abroad cannot be blamed. Undeniably our country is not abundant and suffers their loss.

Bad effect are, we will suffer the lack of teachers, short of medical personnel and the development of our country might slowed down due to lack of engineers.

But one Bad effect is sometimes our Children that left on the custody of our relatives were not guided properly. Long seperation also creates gap between the parents and their children and closeness is not strong and firm anymore.

However, there is good news. Not all people chose a life of comfort abroad or embrace the promise of wealth. Some also choose to die so that others may live. (One best example is our doctors and front liners). Our modern day heroes.

Sacrifices cannot be avoided. But those hardships and sacrifices should bear a good fruit.

Lastly I'm hoping and wishing you all a better life.

am trying to connect brain drain and the content, it made me read it twice coz I really don't know the definition. so I conclude that it is talking about professionals whom we see as our hope leaving the country

Yes po I focus on the professional and well educated people that left our country just to work abroad to have a better life. Although na mas kainlangan naman sila ng country natin . Magulo po ba? Sensya po di ko kase ma express talaga kong ano, limited din ang brain ko kase hehe.

Young, well-educated, healthy individuals are most likely to migrate, especially in pursuit of higher education and economic improvement. In many cases, the country is not only losing its investment in the education of health professionals, but also the contribution of these workers to health care.

this is the most common problem when parents are working abroad. Bad effect is sometimes our Children that left on the custody of our relatives were not guided properly. Long seperation also creates gap between the parents and their children and closeness is not strong and firm anymore. there are other situation that family will be broke after how many years to work hard in abroad,so in the end your hard work result in disaster...the painful situation that i can never imagine,it happened in my cousins life.
