Cooking ingredients: 500 grams of pork, sliced ​​according to desired lake, 3 pieces of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon whole grains, 3 laurel leaves, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt and oil

How to cook Adobong Pork

1. Mix pork, garlic, laurel leaves, pepper and soy sauce in a pan and cook for 30 minutes.

2. Place pan on low heat for 40 minutes or until meat is tender. Add water as needed.

3. Add the vinegar and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Put salt and sugar according to your taste.

5. Make the meat and set aside the broth or sauce first.

6. In a frying pan, fry the meat until brown.

7. Return the meat to the broth or sauce and boil for 1 minute.

8. Put the Egg Pork in a container and prepare it at the dinner table.

When soft it can be translated into container. It tastes better when we have vinegar here but it is easier when we really vinegar. It smells of laurel that we put on so it smells better. That's Adobong Pinoy.
