Travel in Christmas Season
December 23, 2021
I can smell the excitement and happiness roaming around. I have two days to go charan Christmas day na. Does everyone already buy Christmas preparations such as ingredients for viands, desserts and gifts to our loved ones? Hope you did to avoid rush buying tomorrow. While me and Mama are still undecided about what to preparate and what to cook, maybe we will be one of those rushing buyers tomorrow. Throughout our conversation she will not miss mentioning about the games that I must prepare. Geez, she is so excited.
It was yesterday night when we had a meeting regarding the upcoming Christmas. I opened up about Mama's plans, he also mentioned that he missed our Christmas vibes before where they were full of laughter, happiness and joy. Gosh, I misses it all🤧. The dialect we used is our mother tongue "Bisaya" . Let me translate the main thought of our conversation into the English language. Also Kuya agrees about the gaming portion and he even initiated to include exchange gifts for kids. Meanwhile I will provide different games for everyone and Kuya will give additional prizes and suggest that we do the chip in. If you were asking why I didn't talk to him personally? It is because he is assigned to a different place and today is his coming back home.
Today is thursday and it is known as "throwback thursday" and luckily facebook memories reminded me of those bondings and the place I stepped in before the pandemic.
Without further ado, lemme start😊
Happy to see you in sponsors block❣️
Picture of us at Maxima Beach Resort in Samal on December 21, 2017. It was our FY bonding with my church mate within two days and one night with the budget of 1000 pesos or $40 for all our foods, entrances and fare. It was indeed memorable. We travel around 2:00 am to avoid traffic and to arrive earlier. Some of our churchmates are not included in that photo because they are roaming around to see the beauty of Maxima. @BCH_Genesis, find yourself in the picture, you're too young at that time.
Prior to that, while enjoying the sea we decided to play with that picture because when we roamed around we saw a bunch of pictures and we saw that style taking one. So, we tried it. We find it beautiful and mesmerizing. We wear that life jacket because some of them didn't know how to swim and for safety purposes.
Evening comes, I thought everyone are exhausted to my surprise they play the common game "Truth and Dare" at first but when our Pastor joined the game becomes "truth and truth" to interrogate everyone as usual crush and love life which I decided not to joined hahaha safety first baka malaman ni crush, lol. Some reveal their crush and why they crush that person. Shocking because someone has a crush on me which I never expected hahaha. I felt overwhelmed, you know Dalagang Filipina yeah😂. Until now the spoon used in spinning is being kept as a souvenir.
Another is December 23, 2019 in Bansalan with all church members but what makes it memorable is when we are going home because we decided to roam around in Kapatagan to see the beauty and first experience motorcycle rides. It was around 5:00 pm when that picture was captured . Mind you, the fog is showing, which makes the wind more cold. We landed on the highway at approximately 8:00 pm and drove back home.
Closing Thought
It is good taking pictures for us to remember the memories that happened on that day. Technology today helps a lot in storing memorable events. We might not go back to that place but through our pictures we can.
Pictures from facebook memories of mine.
What wonderful memories inday and Merry Christmas
