Not One but Thrice

Today is a special day. It is special because my second was born this day. She is a melancholy, multi-performer, beautiful outside and inside, approachable, loving, preacher, teacher and one of the toughest people I've known. It becomes more special because we will also celebrate the other achievements. Not one but thrice celebration.

I woke up at 3:30 in the morning to prepare myself for dawn travel to avoid traffic. A trip with some of my church mates and my first trip in 2022. Flashback, last Sunday, January 2, 2022 when our Pastor and Pastora open it up about her celebration in Samal Island, I felt that I will not able to join nor come with them but with the friends influence I am also able to convince hahaha. Excitedly I went home to inform Mama about it but then sad news shocked me when my sister's partner had a lock in jaw problem. They went to the hospital but none of them accepted them. They roam the hospital in our city one by one hoping to cure but from one. two. three. four. five, six, seven and eight hospital no one accepts them co'z it is complicated and badly needs a specialist to perform. 

My sister doesn't give up and is still finding another hospital and finally the ninth hospital accepts them and luckily they have a specialist but not available this time around. He is cured around 2:00 in the morning with the help of the senior doctor. These events discourage me from attending because the money is being used.

Days forward, Pastora asked me "if I am able to join?" I told her, "No pastora because of the emergency the money is used but she is so preserved and encouraged me more to join that she even offered to pay my entrance fee and foods". Very tempting but I still decline and reason out again "I do have class that time" and more reasoning but later on because of her perseverance together with Pastor in convincing me I was able to say "yes to them". Of course I pay like the others for fairness.

First celebration, today is her birthday like what I mentioned above and yesterday most of the church members did their greetings and declaring while I still haven't.

"Pastora, you are so amazing for being still in the calm in the wilderness. You taught me how to give importances the things I have. You taught me to be taught even something dying inside. You taught me to be a better version of me by helping me to discover my passion and talents that I never expected. Thank you so much for every lesson you've thought of. Thank you for inspiring me to be a blessing to others."

Second celebration, last 2021 when they got their car that proves how God is faithful to answered our prayer but of course it need and require action to fulfill it. It is a car pray over to that car. Pastor announced to everyone that it can be used for emergencies or for outings but they must be informed ahead of time.

Third celebration, another biggest achievement she unlocked last 2021 when she took an LET examination. Last December the results are being release and her name is included in the list. Her dream is to become a teacher but God called her to be a Pastoral and she accepts it heartily. Through the years she still wants to become one and thanks to God her dream finally comes true. 

Allow me to be a MIA (missing in action) because my body really badly needs rest.
