“And when you leave you will never find a person who is better than me for you” I feel like I have heard this line more than I have heard my name. In-fact if I got a dollar every time I hear some say this to another person I would have over a million dollar. Okay maybe I exaggerated a little I guess what I am trying to say it a lot of people use this “ i made you who you are when we were together” line a lot that it is beginning to irritate me. Not that anybody has used it on me I just feel like when people decided to come together they should do so not just only because they love each other, which is a very essential part of course but also because they can build each other’s world and make each other’s life better so that even when things go side ways they can both say with confidence that they helped one another become a better version of themselves.

….Better than we found them

I am of the opinion that whatever we do as people in this earth will reflect and echo in our existence throughout our stay on this earth and as such we should make sure we do the right thing. If today I decided to go into a partnership with anyone be it friendship or romance I would make sure I am adding value to their life. By value I don’t mean just money and gifts, while that is an essential part of adding value to their lives because let’s face it money makes relationships sweeter, when I talk about value I mean their life’s value in general. Maybe help them to live healthier, see the world differently, open their mind to great ideas to see the world in a spectacular way,help build them character wise, boost their self esteem you know may other things that would just make their life better. Now that, that is adding real value.

Friendship

Thankful for the kind of friends I have not just because we have fun together and they make me laugh a lot which is probably the best part of our friendship but also because they make me a better person in general. You see I have friends who have influenced my life positively and not just by giving me good advice or helping in difficult situations but also by just being there as my friends. I have copied a lot from their lifestyle and their approach towards problems which has greatly increase my life’s value in general.

And that is what I feel like friendship should be like. Friends should be able to add value to your life in one way all the other. It doesn’t necessarily mean they must give you money, just by calling your name in a room full or opportunities or supporting your dreams with good advice and guidance is really a good way to add value to your life.

Strangers

There is a popular saying that goes

“you know you have really lived when you show kindness to a person who can’t never pay you back”

We should be reminded that we are put on this earth to show love, to sever one another and to help each other. So when next you find a person in a hard situation do your best to help them out of it regardless of whether you know them or not.

In conclusion

It will be good if someone sees you picture or a post on yours on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter or noise.cash and says “oh isn’t that Levi, he is such a great guy he has helped me a lot” that moment in time is what matters the most. The fact that you are able to make a person’s life better with your actions is a divine blessing be it a friend, a lover or a stranger.
