Hard times create strong men, strong men create easy time, easy time create weaker men, weaker men create hard times.. and that is how the circle continues..

Hard times create strong men.

“When the going gets tough, the tough gets going”

You must have heard this phrase a thousand times what must it mean?. When things gets tough strong men arise. You hear people say things like “true strength is born from Strive”.

It just means sometimes in life for one to discover their strength and conquer certain challenges one has to go through hard time after which they are reborn or rebranded as a stronger cherish of their old self.

Strong men create easy time.

Do you sometimes sit down and ask yourself this; before cars, planes, trains, even before animals how so people travel half across the world with loads or family members. It must have been very hard or even impossible.

The other day I was lost in thought asking myself this; “in those days how did people know how to treat certain illness or sicknesses that killed thousands and millions of people”. It must have been very scary. The only reason why when we fall sick we can easily visit a clinic, hospital or call a doctor for treatment is because someone has done the hard work of creating a system that can diagnose correctly the cause of the sickness and it adequate treatment.

So when you really think of it the only reason why this generation seem like it enjoys certain sweet benefits is because someone in the past has worked extra time to invent and create for future purposes.

Easy time create weaker men.

In my first 3 weeks on read.cash i once wrote about the effect of innovation and technology to the younger generation. Maybe I was a bit biased with my choice of words at the time but the fact remains that these new innovations and techs we have in the present day is making our present generation a little lazy.

I wouldn’t want to use the word “weak” because that word is too negative but the truth is present day men are relatively weaker compared to our fore-fathers and one of the reasons for this is the fact that a lot of hard works they did in the past has been simplified.

Let me explain, when we face similar problems that have been faced by other people in the past we tend to seek for cheat-codes or easy way from them and if we find it or they give us, we automatically kill the part of us that was ready to strive to conquer that challenge that we were facing. I mean check it nobody likes to stress themselves when there is a easy way out thereby killing their capacity to thinking or work their way out of strong challenges or problems. So yeah easy time create weaker men.

Weaker men create hard time.

Have you ever done a group project where one member of the group is less active in comparison to the rest. They usually make the group work slower and the work harder. When they are suppose to do their part in order to make the general work easier they fail to do so and as such make the group effort of others and their general input little or ineffective.

Now again maybe I shouldn’t be using the word “weak” maybe a suitable word would be unfocused or uninspired either ways this kind of people make life harder in for other people.

My point

Want better, do better, be better, become the thinking man. Open your mind to the world. Try as much as possible to a solution not a problem because nobody wants a problem in their team, everyone values so person that provide so ..
