Assalamu alaikum

I hope everyone is well by the infinite mercy of Allah. Today I have brought in front of you the recipe of glass chips. I hope everyone will like it.

It is difficult to find children who do not like to eat chips. But the chips available in the market are not healthy. Because the various chemicals given in these chips act as different types of sick vehicles for children. So most mothers are worried about chips in the market. In such a situation, mothers can make delicious glassware chips at home if they want. So let's find out how to make glass chips.

How to make glassware chips

Materials:

# Glass art - 2.

# Salt- to taste.

# Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon.

# Red pepper powder - 1/2 teaspoon.

# Bason- 1/2 cup.

# Corn flower - 2 teaspoons.

# Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon.

# Pepper powder- a little.

# Oil - for frying.

Preparation:

A. First, cut the glass into round thin slices. Sprinkle with salt and turmeric as you cut. If you do not apply it in this way, the glass becomes black very quickly!

B. Now mix turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and corn flour well in a bowl.

C. Mix the besan with a little water and pour it in the mixture of 6 spices. Mix all the ingredients with a little salt.

D. Then add the round cut glassware to this mixture and coat well. In other words, make sure that the spices look good with the glassware.

E. On the other hand, let the oil heat up. Many people bake in the oven without frying in oil. If you don't have an oven, you have to fry it in deep oil.

F. Put the glass chips one by one in hot oil and keep frying till it turns brown.

G. Once fried, place the chips in the kitchen tissue to absorb the extra oil. Now sprinkle a little black pepper powder on top. Yes, the glass chips were made!
