Homemade restaurant-flavored Thai soup recipe

To make the soup, you have to make chicken stock first. You will also need a special sauce. If these are prepared properly, the taste of the restaurant will come easily in the soup.

chicken stock:

1 cup of chicken bones with meat, 1 teaspoon of whole black pepper, 1 onion, 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, salt to taste.

Mix all the ingredients of chicken stock in one liter of water. Cover the pot over medium heat and put it in the oven. After five minutes, when the meat is cooked, reduce the heat of the oven and leave it for one hour. When the oil floats on top of the stock, take it down. Drain the meat and other ingredients.

Sauce making:

Mix half a cup of chicken stock with one tablespoon of vinegar, two tablespoons of chili sauce and one tablespoon of soy sauce to make Thai soup sauce.

Ingredients for the soup:

Half a cup of minced chicken breast, half a cup of peeled shrimp, half a teaspoon of white pepper powder, half a teaspoon of paprika powder, one tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste, two slices of large onion, four tablespoons of corn flour, one egg, two Teaspoon sugar, two green chillies, one lemongrass, one piece of ginger, one slice of lemon, the amount of oil

Method:

1. Sprinkle all the spices with the chicken and shrimp and leave for half an hour.

2. Pour oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken and shrimp. Make sure the shrimp is not overcooked.

3. Pour the chicken stock into a large saucepan. Pour the rest of the ingredients except the fried chicken and shrimp, cornflower, eggs, sauce and lemon.

4. Now mix some cornflower well in the chicken stock. Beat the eggs well in a bowl. Now pour in the cornflower and beaten egg stock.

5. Place the saucepan in the oven over medium heat. Now keep stirring.

6. The soup will thicken in 5-6 minutes. Now pour the special sauce of Thai soup and stir for two more minutes.

7. Finally mix the lemon juice and take it down from the oven. Serve hot with Anthony or Momo.
