Leaving the family for a while
It was September in 2020. I am called by the uncle to the school where I was studying a year ago. And I was told not to call someone else. I did that. But when I reached there I found one of my friend came before me. So I asked him for the reason.
He gestured me to get money. I was happy but I thought I am getting money! Then all of my friends also will get money. Because it wasn't only my achievement. They also achieved the same amount of money. So, I said him( tawfiq),
: Call them.
He called them and said to come here immediately.
After few moment, Salim, Korban, Munna, Hossain also joined with us. And I was also hearing that the management committee called them too. My happiness reached so far😀
We all got the money and decided to go somewhere.
Ok, let have some introduction.
Salim: He is one of my school friend. And he was older then all of us. And my best friend.
Munna: He was a naughty person of our friend circle.
Korban: he also one as Munna. But also intelligent.
Hossain: A cricket player. Loose body 😀😀
Illias: a honest boy. But sometimes he behave like Munna and Korban.
And last one myself: I am an innocent boy 😎.
We aren't at the same school now. After completing grade 10 we get admitted different college.
So, when we decide to go somewhere we need to by clothes. So we as soon as possible reached to the market and brought some clothes.
And we selected one day for the journey.
And it was a train journey! 😯
We reached to the station early in the morning on the appointed day. And bring the ticket for the journey.
When the 🚆 train arrived we got on the train. One DSLR 📷 was with us.
We were enjoying the journey in the train. There we got a little cute boy. We clicked photo of him. And ourselves too. We was singing songs by sitting there.
After 5-6 station we had reached to the destination. And we came down from the train. Ànd had also a little bit road journey for the destination.
When we had completed the road journey we have reached a beautiful place.
All day we wandered here and there a lot. So we was so much tired. We needed a place to spend a night. So we decided to go to a friend's house.
And for that we needed to journey more. When we complete the journey, it was about 10:00 pm.
And next day we came back home.
It was a great journey to me. I experienced a lot happiness. And I have witnessed some extraordinary moments.

I myself having a moment when I can't do anything without showing my generosity. And really I think I should do something but it isn't possibly happened by me alone.
On the one side most of the country having trouble for this pandemic, on the other side some of countries are creating trouble by itself.
I didn't mention any name. But, it's happening. You guess it.
Ok. Let it go.
If I know that I am doing wrong then I should make it right and I should sorry. Shouldn't I?
But, what we are doing? Although,I know I am wrong. To keep myself on the top, I am protesting against right.
Now, at this moment we count our soldiers that how much died. We count the dead body. But, how much life we losed. we don't think how much family fallen down.
We forget that soldiers also human like us. They aren't machine that after passing away it will be made again.
We all want peace in this world.
We want to live peacefully.
We want to make sure our rights as a human being. It will happen, when everyone will sound on same tune.
We have to understand that war isn't the solution. It's one of the most worst thing by which we lose a lot. Even we have lost a lot. It has been proven before. We have seen a lot of avoidances.
So it isn't the solution. Then why we are making troubles by doing war or something like this. And at the same time, we claim that we are advanced. How funny it is!
When we have proofs a lot about the horror of war then why we always select it as a solution. Why we stand against each-other. Isn't it a stupidity?

The incidence of winter has increased since last week. So, winter clothes are being sold in the clothe shop of Joypurhat city.
Abdullah is a child of very rich family. They have their own home, own car in Dhaka city. It can be said that he grew up in in a kind of aristocracy. He came to joypurhat with his family to spend the vacation time. Because, the school is closed for the pandemic.
He went to different shops and bought many clothes. Sheets, gloves, hats, sweater, overcoat and so more like this.
After buying so many things his heart is not full yet. As soon as the shopping was finished a friend of Abdullah called him and asked him to go to a restaurant. If had not called his friend, buying his clothes would not have ended all night.😁
After coming up to the restaurant Abdullah saw that his three friends are chatting a lot. He also chatted with them. After having some fun and eating-drinking. It's about 10 p.m. Abdullah did not let more he started journey to home.
Abdullah is sitting in the car and the driver is driving. When the car came to next to the railway the car got stuck.
Suddenly he looked out of the car window at the sidewalk and saw several people lying on the side of the road. It goes without saying that they do not have winter clothes on their body. He opened the car window and looked at it carefully. The cold wind inside the car gave him thorns. It seems to be freezing in all the veins. He thought that, how cruel the nature is!
In the dim darkness, Abdullah sees an old man lying on the ground barefoot.She's coughing. Abdullah thought for a few moments. Suddenly he took out the sheet he had bought a little earlier and walked towards the old man.
The old man is trembling when he sees Abdullah. Breathing loudly. Abdullah once thought he would call the man. But at the last moment, he matched the handkerchief and wrapped it around the old man's body. Abdullah felt a sigh of relief.
The driver called Abdullah, sir the road is clear.
Abdullah get up on the car very quickly.
He sees that the old man is pulling the sheet properly on himself. His car was moving slowly on the cold road covered with fog.

তোমাকে নব্বই দশকে ফিরে যেতে হবে না বর্তমানেই থাকো। একবিংশ শতাব্দীর তরুণী হয়ে না হয়ে নিজের সংস্কৃতিকে আঁকড়ে রাখ। সুগন্ধি তেল এ অস্বস্তি লাগে? শ্যাম্পু করে রাখ। শুধু ওই বিচ্ছিরি মেকাপের পিছনে না ছুটে উপরওয়ালা যেটা দিয়েছেন সেটা নিয়েই সন্তুষ্ট থাকো। বেশি হলে না হয় একটু কাজল দিও চোখের নিচে। আর কপালে টিপ। মোবাইল ফোনের যুগে ল্যান্ডফোনে ফিরে যেতে হবে না। শুধু মোবাইলটা হাতে একটু কম রেখো। সেলফি টা একটু কম তুলে আয়নার সামনে না হয় কয়েক মিনিট বসে থেক। বিশেষ দিনের শাড়ি এখনো পরো। সেই দিনগুলো নাহয় একটু বাড়িয়ে নাও। শাড়িতে যদি পড়ে যাওয়ার ভয় থাকে তাহলে সালোয়ার-কামিজ পড়ো। তবুও ওই পশ্চিমা পোশাকের মধ্যে কম ঢোকো। বন্ধুবান্ধব যেগুলো আছে সেগুলো নিয়ে শুধু রেস্টুরেন্ট এর মধ্যে কম যেও। ক্যাম্পাসে কোন গাছ তলায় বসে আড্ডা হতেই পারে সিঙ্গারা খাওয়া যেতেই পারে। আড্ডাটা না হয় বন্ধ দরজার বাইরে খোলা বাতাস এই হতে পারে। খালি গলায় গানও ধরা যেতে পারে। প্রেমিক এখনো আছে শুধু সঠিক মানুষটাকে খুঁজে নিও। না পেলে অপেক্ষা করো। ভিডিও কলে কথাটা না হয় একটু কম বল । রুম ডেট এর মত বিদেশি শব্দ না হয় ভুলে যাও। সারারাত কথা না বলে সকালে ক্লাস এর আগে না হয় কল বা মেসেজ দিয়ে বলো অনেক ঘুম হয়েছে এবার উঠে ক্লাসে যান।
অবসরের চায়ের কাপ হাতে নিয়ে সুনীল কিংবা শীর্ষেন্দুর বই যদি নাও পড় অন্তত হুমায়ূন আহমেদ এর বই পড়। মন চাইলে একটা কবিতাও লিখতে পারো করোর জন্য। অথবা ইউটিউব দেখে রান্না টাও শিখতে পারো কারোর জন্য।
বিশ্বাস করো বিকেলে সাদা নীল আকাশ এখনও দেখা যায় সময় নিয়ে মাঝে মাঝে একটু তাকাও। তোমার ঘরের চার দেয়ালের বাইরে আকাশটা কিন্তু এখনো বিশালি আছে। তুমি একবিংশ শতাব্দীর তরুণীই হয়ে থাক।
রাত্রিতে মাঝেমাঝে বাতি নিভিয়ে বারান্দায় হেলান দিয়ে ব্যস্ত নগরীর গাড়িগুলোর আনাগোনা দেখ। পূর্ণিমাতে চাঁদের খোঁজ রাখো। দেয়ালের আড়ালে জোসনা দেখ। রাত্রিবেলায় ঘুমুতে না পেরে হেমন্ত মুখোপাধ্যায় কিংবা রবীন্দ্র সংগীত শুনে ঘুমিয়ে পড়তে পারো।
শুধু নিজেকে একাকিত্বের অতল গহবরে হারিয়ে ফেলো না, এই নীল সাদা দুনিয়ায়। বর্তমানে থাকো, তোমাতে থাকো, তোমার অস্তিত্বে থাকো, তুমি বর্তমানে থাকো।

An unforgettable journey with friends ❤️🥰
The story is of this day when we are having a boring moment in this pandemic time.
A group of friends including me we are decided to go anywhere for making some fun and enjoy the moment. Because we are having boring time right? 😁
So we decided it 19 September to go teesta barrage.
On this day which day we decided,
In the morning we all contacted each other to be together. It was a train journey. So so one of my friend came early to this station for making the ticket and at 8:00 a.m. we all became together. This moment was really enjoyable I can't express the feeling that I was feeling on this moment.
When we arrived together the friend who you had come to manage big ticket have managed the ticket.
So we all was waiting for the train. And gossiping about our past days. It's about two years go away from each other. We are together in school time. It's about two years we have gone random colleges.
When we are busy in gossiping. Suddenly the train arrived and we wondered.
We are preparing very fast to to go into the train. The train arrived at the station and we got the seat that was selected for us.
In the train we were having a beautiful moment. The camera was with us so so we started to capture our photos and when the train was stopping different station we were capturing natural beauties.
There was a little boy he maybe 5 years old was looking to us. Once the time one of my friend, call him to us. But the boy was feeling shame. There was his mother also. Mother also was pressurizing him to come to us. But the boy was not coming. By the way, we captured some of his photos and showed to his mother.
After about 4 hours journey at least we had reached to the destination.
After coming down to the train we had to go 60 kilometre more. This 60km we had passed bhai by some of local vehicles. And then at least we had reached our destination.
It was so far to our house so so we decided to having a familiar person in this place.
There was a friend of mine whose home was near to this place not actually near but it was near then our house.
We had finally find out an uncle and this place. And we called him get join with us. He joined with us.
I loved to clicking pictures so I was clicking photos of nature, people and so like this. My friends were taking many style for making pictures. And I was just clicking.
After finishing beautiful time now we had to to come back to our home. So so before that we had to passed away 60 km to reached the station. It was afternoon time, we started to journey back to the station. But there was a problem that there was no train for an accident.
So we decided to go our friends house to spend the night. So when we reached our friends house, it's about 9:00 p.m. the parents of the friend have arranged dinner for us. After having dinner we went to sleep.
In the morning, I captured some of pictures of nature and of my friends.
After having breakfast now we have to to come back to the station. But the family could not let us go.
After much insistence we started to come back to the station, it was about 1 p.m. when we reached to the station there was only One train. But the problem is there was no ticket for this train. 😃
So I decided to take a risk of coming back by the train without ticket. 😇
We got up on the train and the train started moving. After passing one station one officer approached to us and wanted to see the ticket.
That time we scared so much. After passing second station when the train reached to the 3rd station, we get down from the train and started coming back with local vehicles.
and after passing a lot of horrible time at least we have reached to our district. It was about 9:30 p.m. it's 10 o'clock to get home.
It was really an unforgettable journey of my life. I always keep reminding in my life about this journey. We were five friends.

A life changing email.

I sat on the front row listening to my friend and mentor, Lennon Ledbetter.
I was 23 years old and passionately hungry for success.
Most of my growing up years were filled with financial stress and pressure.
I was ready to take a ride to the other side of wealth and see how the rich lived.
The auditorium was filled over 20,000 people. I was back stage, watching Lennon from just behind the curtains.
“Membership has it privileges,” I thought to myself.
I was Lennon’s office manager, gopher boy, and “handler”. I made sure he had everything he needed, both going onto stage and coming off.
As he talked about planting corn, my heart beat fast and my head swirled with excitement.
I just new that this idea was my ticket to financial freedom.
So, I modeled and mirrored everything Lennon did.
He was worth millions. Drove a Ferrari, a Rolls Royce, and lived in a 12,000 square foot home. He had a beautiful wife and lovely children.
To me, it looked like he had it all.
And, I wanted it all.
So I talked like him, walked like him, and tried to dress like him.
You see, when Lennon said you have to model people, what I heard was, “Follow the processes and procedures of their business. That is the ticket.”
In other words… look at the tasks they are doing and replicate those.
But something went horribly wrong…
**After 5 years of replicating tasks, systems and procedures, I was still broke.**
I couldn’t understand it.
I eventually left working with Lennon and struck out on my own gigs… first a software company… then public speaking and training… then politics… then non-profit fundraising.
Over a 10 year period of time, I tried sooo many things.
All the time I was looking at tasks, systems, blueprints, and plans and doing everything I could to implement those things to create the success I wanted.
But nothing “clicked”.
Today, I want to talk with you about a core secret to success that took me over 18 years to learn… but, when I did, I was able to finally realize my dreams.

Have you been working hard for years… doing all the “right things” and taking all the right steps… but not seeing the results in life you really want?

I really believe that I could have achieved my dreams 15 years earlier.
Before I give you this simple principle of success, let’s review what we’ve been talking about for the past week…

We started talking about “Opportunity Awareness”.
You can’t land the clients and capture the opportunities that you can’t see.
We talked about how every project, every client, every gig has a hundred or a thousand other opportunities inside of it, if you just know how to find them.
And the key to find them?
Questions!
Get really curious!
That’s when I outlined the three steps to my formula…
**Step One: Curiosity**
**Step Two: Connection**
**Step Three: Creation**
So, today, we are on the “Connection” step.
When you ask questions, you get answers.
Data. Insights. Strategies.
But what do you do with all that?
As I just told you, I used to think my job was to take all of that and uncover the systems, the process, the tasks.
And, you know what?
That stuff is REALLY important!
So the first aspect of “Connection” is to literally connect the dots.
You’ve got to figure out how to implement and use all the data you uncovered with your quality questions.
I love doing this by sitting down and doing what I call a “brain dump”.
I open a blank document and type out this question on the top…
“What do I know about__________ [product, service, industry, person, systems, etc…]?
And then I just start typing.
I don’t worry about grammar, punctuation, or any of that stuff.
I just write and write.
When I slow down I ask follow up questions and keep on going.
This usually results in 2-20 pages of ramblings.
But, in the middle of all that something magical happens.
My brain starts connecting the dots.
I see patterns. I see ideas. I see new angles. I see processes.
It is really powerful.
But, that is not the MOST important part of “Connections”... in fact, it is only about 20% of the power I get from being “Curious”.
The second part - the most important part - is the Human Connection.
What have I learned about the human beings that I’m dealing with - not the tasks, systems or processes.
***You see, the one thing that Lennon did that I never thought to model was make people feel like kings and queens.***
He - and other super successful people I have studied - know how to increase the perceived significance of those around them.
For example, Dale Carnegie, the world’s most famous and powerful steel and manufacturing tycoon, was fond of saying that he didn’t know anything about steel.
He hired people that knew about all that stuff.
What he really knew about was how to lift people up, get them to see their own greatness, and get them to work together.
There is wealth and magic and power in that statement.
I realized a long time ago that I companies and computers don’t hire copywriters.
The only “thing” that hires
copywriters are human beings.
And computers and companies and statistics don’t buy products, services, and information… only human beings do that.
It was a transformational moment in my life when I realized that I'm not in the copywriting business…
***I am actually in the people business.***
Every aspect of what I do deals with real human beings.
If you disconnect your work from the human beings and focus on templates, strategies, processes, and tasks, you will fail.
Just like I did for over 10 years… even though I was modeling the best in the business!
Step two is Connection… learn how to mentally and emotionally connect with other human beings.
Figure out how to lift their perceived significance and social status.

Connecting with people is one thing… and essential… but there is one last thing you need to land HUGE clients automatically…
You need the secrets to negotiating and closing the deal… over and over and over again.

The life story of a legend(একজন কিংবদন্তির গল্প)
Rabindranath Tagore was born on 7 May 1861 in the Jorasanko Tagore family of Calcutta. His father was Debendranath Tagore and his mother was Sarada Devi. World Poet Rabindranath Tagore is the first successful short story writer in Bengali literature and the best artist of Bengali short stories. Bengali short stories originated, developed and flourished in his writings. His short stories are the equivalent of the best short stories in world literature. He made his debut as a short story writer in the year 1284 at the age of just 16 by composing the story "Vikharini". In the long 64 years since then, until the last day of his life, he has written 95 short stories in a series of unbroken stories. More of his stories have been compiled in "se", "Soto golpo", and "Lipika". The latest story compiled by Rabindranath is called "Musolmanir golpo".
Rabindranath wrote short stories during his stay at Shilaidaha in Kushtia under the supervision of family zamindari. He composed the best poems of "Sonar Tari" at the same time.
The best asset of Rabindragalpa is the lyrical universal expression of life by placing life in the fold of nature. However, in the stories written in the twentieth century, nature and lyricism and lyricism have been replaced by reality.
As a storyteller, he has a definite place in Bengali literature as a novelist. Among the novels written by him, 'Chokher Bali', 'Gora', Chaturanga, Ghare Baire, the last poem, communication, are the best resources of Bengali novels.
Rabindranath's excellence in composing plays is undeniable. Particularly notable plays written by him are: Raja, Achalayatan, Dakghar, Muktadhara, Raktakarbi.
Rabindranath Tagore died at Jorasanko's Thakurbari in 1941.

Why the points stop increasing suddenly?
At the starting, when you are in new in readcash and having enjoy with BCH points increasing. Suddenly, your point is stopped increasing and it seems like freezing.
As a new member I thought that when you started in read cash you have gotten properly without having problem. But, when the author of readcash started to observe your article and your activities then your points have freezed.
After passing some of time or a day or a couple of day it's happens.
At once time, all had faced the trouble.
How can I be secured from the punishment of readcash author?

The answer of all the questions is that at first you have to be honest and you have to make sure you aren't copying others article.
When you started to write article by yourself. It must be unique and interesting. Then you will get points.
You can get points by commenting. When you will read a article with you full consciousness and make commentation about this article honestly, you will be paid.
Never use slang languages, and always be good, and great full with other members.

According to the dictionary, introvert means, a shy, reticent person.
An introvert person who always prefers to keep himself alone.
He doesn't like to having fun with friends, family, neighbors.
He always feel shy of being in front of people.
They always stay quiet when they are in public.
They love to think alone, work alone, stay alone.
Accept all the category of introvert people's that I mentioned above ( could be more) they have an extra power.
That is thinking power. They have an extra ordinary thinking power by which they can make changes with their life. Because of being alone always they get more time to think about any specific thought fully. And they can carry out some specific solutions.
We should always care of themselves. If they can get any chance to make changes they would.
