Uniting people as a leader

It doesn't matter the type of business you're running, it's very important to be grateful for the hard work of the people that work. Any leader that takes time to acknowledge the effort his workers put in will be assured of building a strong and formidable team. While on the other hand, a leader who just gives orders without any appreciation for the efforts and contribution that anyone else makes is not going to earn respect from them.
A leader who counts it important to acknowledge the hard work of his staff is sure to build a very strong team of workers.
It is important that you're grateful for the efforts of those who work for you. When you express appreciation, it builds confidence and respect. These are one of the parts of essential ingredients for a healthy and productive team of workers.
No matter what role you play in a company, I'm sure you want to feel appreciated. And as a leader, it's important that you express gratitude to your workers.
When you take out time to express your gratitude, that shows that you appreciate the hard work your workers are putting into making things successful. It also builds the confidence and strengthens relationships in the workplace. On the other hand, leaders who don't show appreciation are not going to earn any respect and will make people loose confidence.
