Good evening guys. How are you doing today? I trust you had a great day. Let's do a quick review of yesterday's article.

A very good pointer to an outstanding leaders is that they lead with consistency of character. They know that their actions more or less creates a culture of action for their entire team that's been led, and also they understand that they influence many others even beyond their reach. Character can be defined as who you are and also it is who you are when no one is watching. It is one of the foundations of a great and successful leadership.

Wherever you see great leadership, there are two interconnected qualities that make that leadership a successful one, they are; consistency and character. Leaders that lead with character endeavor to always do the right thing everytime, whether someone is watching or not. And they do consider that the benefits of cheating are great.

Leaders with consistency of character does not mean that you make perfect decision every time, it's about making decisions that confirm to the values they uphold regardless of the consequences it might cause. When they do this, they are able to build trust, create a worthy example for other people to follow, and allow the followers achieve great things together.

And, we all agree that a great leader is only as great as his followers.

To become a consistent, value oriented and principled leader? Here are three tips I can share with you.

1. First of all, you establish clearly the values and principles that you stand and work with.

2. Sevondly ensure that you're authentic and true to yourself.

3. Value yourself and those around you to the highest you can gos.

As an outstanding leader, you know that it's important to be accessible and available to your team. However, with your success comes the temptation to become less accessible. Unfortunately, this can lead to a disconnection between you and your team.

Outstanding leaders make a concentrated effort to be accessible and available to those who need them. They understand that it's essential to maintain open communication in order to maintain a productive and cohesive team. By being intentional about being accessible, you too can foster a culture of connectivity and success.

Being an outstanding leader is a challenging task. You have to be competent in your field, inspire your team, and make sound decisions. However, one of the most important underrated aspects of leadership is accessibility.

Generally speaking, the more successful you become, the less accessible you will be. Competing demands, busy schedules, and other factors make it tempting to fire off a few emails to your team and call it a day.

Outstanding leaders make a concentrated effort to be accessible and available to those who need them. They understand that accessibility builds trust and strengthens relationships. Leaders who are inaccessible are often viewed with suspicion and may even experience rebellion from their team.

Make an intentional effort to be accessible to your team. It doesn’t matter if you’re the CEO or a manager; everyone can benefit from being more accessible. Schedule regular office hours, make yourself available for meetings, and take the time to answer emails and phone calls.

You are a absolutely right. With more responsibilities, you become less accessible by your followers due to busy schedules but making out time for others and listening to their perspective and contributions is also needed to become an outstanding leader.

This article made me remember when I was younger and my siblings and I only got to see our dad on Saturdays. Sometimes, the nature of ones' job could make it really difficult to be accessible 🤧🤧.

Well... It's good, good leaders have to make themselves accessible at least, It helps build a good relationship with their followers.

also when the leaders are accessible to their subordinates, the subordinates feel a part of the team rather than having feeling of working for the boss. and they get a good image of you and never talks bad behind you. Overall they become too loyal.
