Leaders that empower and develop workers

Let's do a quick review of yesterday's article.
Naturally people are mostly drawn to strong leaders who have the ability to unite and inspire people. When a leader is not a ashamed to show that he's vulnerable, it helps to build trust with the workers. I this still, they need to be aware of the vulnerabilities of others and to take necessary steps in order to unite the staff.
Things like gossip and petty conflict can destroy the unity and workflow of a workplace. A workplace with positivity is one where every member of the team is valued and respected. And as a leader, it’s your responsibility to ensure that this kind of environment and atmosphere is created and sustained .
It is a great thing if as a leader, you show your team that you are also human. You need to be vulnerable enough and let them know that you also make mistakes just like they do. You must not present yourself as the best person I everything. And also it's essential to see the vulnerabilities of others and help to ensure that they're united with others.
If there's any case of gossip or dissent taking place among the workers, a strong and good leader will make it know to everyone that there is no place for gossip or petty conflict to be sustaine. By doing so, you will build a sense of trust and unity among your workers.
