Photography, on the loose!

My shots were never, - impressive! My son took some nice pictures and use an image to submit to a company activity for August “Mobile Photography”. Already submitted our “DIY for Kids” entry, now this.

He has good shots but, early today he came home to take his school records as he was transferring to provincial school where he will be staying for a while. Oh! I was so heartbroken! But, before he could leave, I briefed him and let him see who we are competing against on the “Mobile Photography” contest. They’re professionals with iphones/Huawei phones whose cameras are really amazing, while never mind ours! Lolz.

Showing you some of his photos and be the judge of it. While I told him to give me options especially on night shots so I can add up a very good caption, which is part of the criteria.

Criteria:

• Adherence to the Theme (Nature) 30%

• Composition 20%

• Photographic Quality 20 %

• Visual Impact 20%

• Caption 10%

Hmmm. I already have some night shots almost silhouettes. Thinking of captions like “Let’s give darkness its glory for no tomorrow commences without the night. After all, “tomorrow is another day” by Scarlett O'Hara.

Let’s enjoy the evening to its finest!” Or “Dancing in the air. Soaring up high in the skies! Up, up and away!” Some of the captions I have thought of… hihihi! Loving it but it drains me too! Lolz.

For this one, the caption I have in mind is…

• “Tomorrow is another day… by Scarlet O'Hara…

  Darkness falls and comes the night. Into the darkness, the moon shines. The creatures of the night awake! Another scary bedtime story to tell!”

Or below maybe?

I like to scare kids even my own, then ending it with Maleficent-like-laughter “hahahaha!”. Which makes it all the scarier… hahaha! I love how my kids react with chills and goosebumps.

• Ah! Nothing beats outdoor photography! Simple and serene... When mother nature collides with man, captivating fun and excitement, going into an adventure of the unknown mysteries offered by nature. A fun ride I should say! The cool breeze of the gentle wind, in an afternoon ride into the suburbs! So relaxing...

I was considering monetizing my son's photos and finding somewhere on the net to submit these photos. I would say this will be an endeavor but, I can always try, right? What do you think?
