Sabi po nila kapag napapanaginipan mo ang isang tao ay iniisip ka nito. Hindi ko nga lang po alam kung true po yan. Baka po naalala lang po kayo ng mga ex nyo po kaya napapanaginipan nyo po sila. Kung may babaguhin din po ako sa sarili ay yunh self esteem din po. Marami po kasing namimissed na opputunity ang isang taong mababa ang self esteem, katulad ko po.

I believe we all have our strengths when it comes to different aspects of life. Those people that can solve complex maths problem easily aren't that good in some other aspects. Like I'm pretty sure there are some things you excel in better than those guys. Your zombie killing team is supeb 👌An experienced soldier to bring battle tactics, someone that can handle a rifle and a medic to treat the party in case of an injury and also to create an antidote. Looks like a very good RPG game 😆

I think we will never forget traumatic events in our lives but as time passes by we try to accept that they happened and your life still goes on. I have low self esteem too! Yung tipong I should have been the one in the stage pero dahil sobrang mahiyain ko nung bata ako I let others take my answers. If my zombie apocalypse. I'll just prolly be alone eating chips inside a bunker that I build hahahhaah

I also had such an experience while growing up. I suffered from low self-esteem. I had opportunities to sky rock to the top but I was too timid to help myself. Even during the days of my uni, it dealt with me in my first and second years. Low self-esteem isn't good, it will keep one stagnant and never grow. I wish I was this bold when I was younger...
