The outbreak of the pandemic caused changes in our lives. It limit our activities.
We are stucked in our homes during pandemic. Things we do isn't much more productive than the usual. We lingered in our home back and forth. We spent most of our time in sitting and lying. Although we do some activities it doesn't really helped us to maintain our weigh.
Food is one of our companion during distressed and without noticing, we gained weigh.
Some people take this time as a chance to look for themselves and do some health care. Exercising at home becomes in trends. Celebrities blogs doing their workouts are gaining more views and admiration from many.
There are people who wants to lose weight but feeling lazy to diet and exercise, and I am one of the example.
We are a society of a doers. We must take action if we want to gain what we want. If we want to lose weight we must take action. We must sweat and work hard.
But did you know that their are things we can do without a bucket of sweat and diet?
Here are some tips to lose weight.
Make Healthy Foods Prominent and Hide Unhealthy Foods. The food we see is the one we eat. If we see less food, we can limit our eating habit. We must be aware of the food we eat. Put healthy foods front and center and hide the guilty pleasure food in hard to reach place or better get them out of our grocery list.
Clear the desk and counters of food. Seeing foods, even an image makes is salivate. It increases the level of hormones that makes us hungry.
Drink lots of water. A study shows that a person that drinks two cups of water before eating can loss an average of 9.5 pounds over the course of twelve weeks.
Chew some gum. Chewing flavorless gum can prevent the reduce of appetite and help prevent impulsive eating as much as we actually eat.
Take a minute to enjoy the food. Mindful eating has the power to make food more pleasurable and may help overeating.
Take a nap. Getting enough sleep is crucial for healthy weight loss. Based on study, a sub-par sleep could determine weight loss by as much as 55 percent.
