Dowry A Social Disorder! Dowry is a disgusting and cursed custom. The lavish and heartless men of the society are the inventors and inheritors of this custom. Although this custom is not recognized in legal terms, it has been prevalent in the society since ancient times. The dowry system is actually a horrible form of violence against women. Women have been the ruthless victims of this custom for ages. They enter the husband's house with the dream of happiness of the husband-world, but soon their dream ends in the darkness of the nightmare due to the poisonous vapor of the dowry system. Hundreds of women's pure aspirations have been shattered by the ruthless practice of dowry. The saddest thing is that this custom still exists in this civilized society of the 21st century. It is an incurable disease that infects all classes of people, rich and poor alike. Dowry system is the special condition of the debt imposed on the parents of the daughter at the time of marriage. According to this condition, the guardian of the daughter is obliged to provide cash, furniture, gold ornaments, motor vehicle, flat-house, land etc. to the recipient. Such gift items are given for the purpose of giving the bride to a suitable or attractive vessel. If this donation is not voluntary, it becomes a dowry. However, the dowry of marriage is not considered as a dowry in the Muslim society. Some modern sociologists want to consider this as a parental support in the beginning of their family life. Dowry system was at the root of gambling system in Hindu society. According to Hindu law, a married daughter cannot inherit the father's property. That is why the father used to give his daughter as many gifts as possible during the marriage. In addition, in Hindu culture, the bride has to pay a certain amount of money as a price for marrying her daughter. The nobility system introduced by Raja Ballal Sen is also responsible for this. The parents of the Hindu community wanted to share the respect and dignity of the aristocratic community by providing adequate amounts of gifts. This tendency to give dowry by tempting the potter gradually became a social custom. At one time, almost fortnightly, this greedy tendency took shape in mutual bargaining. As a result, the dowry system became a heinous tool of violence against women by putting pressure on the disabled girl. Although the practice of dowry is strictly forbidden in Islam and Islamic law, the practice gradually spread to the Muslim community in neighboring Hindu communities. First, the daughter side goes to pay the dowry. But due to the boundless lust of the pot party, this practice gradually reached the stage of torture. This is a poisonous evil in our current society. While the social outlook against this practice is negative, the expectation of the couple gaining wealth through marriage is often realized. As a result, the signs of a complete end to the dowry system are far from over. No matter how many statements we make in favor of women's emancipation and women's emancipation at present, women society has not been freed from the disrespectful dowry of dowry system. Although the progress of women and men in the field of education is almost equal, it is women who are the victims of torture. Even though the status of women in career selection and employment has improved considerably, the issue of dowry has not proved irrelevant. The recipient has the idea that the girl he will marry will bring with him a bunch of gifts which will be worth mentioning. In addition, the wife's paternal property also has a greedy view of the groom. The inhumane nature of the dowry system begins with the promise of a gift from the daughter's parents. This promise is forced to be expressed by the daughter in the face of pressure in most cases. The guardian of the daughter may not be fully capable of fulfilling the promise. As a result dowry is paid as installment. It is not easy for the pot party to accept and force the girl to come from the patriarchal house to dress it. When the guardian of the daughter is incapable in this case, the torture on the daughter begins. The mother, son, father and groom themselves participated in the torture. The nature of the torture is beatings, insults, mental and physical abuse and forcing the girl to return to her father's house. The incidents of killing women as a result of dowry-related torture are not insignificant. Many women choose the path of suicide thinking of the helplessness of their parents or suffering from self-loathing. Literature has also reflected the context of the ruthless social degradation of the dowry system. Rabindranath Tagore's famous 'Haimanti' or 'Dena Paona' story is noteworthy in this context. Dowry is a condemned practice. It has been prevalent in this country for a long time. It is said that dowry system has originated and spread in our society due to economic reasons. Many fall into poverty and helplessness and accept dowry. But in most cases, this practice is prevalent in the society due to the skyrocketing desire of people for unlimited love and financial gain. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is not financially able to lead a married life in poverty. Prohibited to do with thak. So the argument of taking dowry and getting married in poverty does not survive. Much of the stereotype and bargaining power that existed between the parties over dowry two decades ago has now been resolved. Anti-dowry legislation and punishment system, anti-dowry movement and propaganda of various non-governmental development organizations and development of women's education, profession and career orientation have reduced the heat of dowry practice in recent times. But now, especially in rural areas, the dowry system has an impact. At the alarming level. The Anti-Dowry Act was enacted in **1980** to abolish the dowry system. There is a provision of severe punishment against those who break the law. The Violence Against Women and Children Act, **1995**, has also made provision against the dowry system. But it could not be eradicated by law alone. *The following steps can be taken to get rid of this curse:* ***Firstly, proper implementation of anti-dowry law,** **"Secondly, creating public awareness against dowry acceptance,** ***Thirdly, taking public oath against dowry giving and taking,** ***Fourthly, educating women and taking care of women's domestic labor.** ***Sixth, the establishment of equal rights for men and women,** ***The eighth is the establishment of a society where dowry is forbidden from a religious point of view,** ***The ninth is the elimination of gender inequality,** ***The tenth is the provision of legal aid for women victims of dowry, the tenth is the nationwide anti-dowry movement.** Women are no longer backward in asserting their rights. They have gained the strength, courage and ability to build their fortunes. Various development activities are being completed with their participation. There is no corner of the country and the state where the contribution of women is not being added. In this case, giving or taking dowry is a socially disgusting act and an insult to them. The conscious effort of all is essential to eradicate this cursed practice of giving dowry to helpless women from the society forever.

Child Labor: Effect and Remedy! Children are like flowers. Every child comes into the world with the claim of being a footballer and developing beautifully according to the flower, but due to unequal distribution of wealth and social inequality, most of the children in the third world fail to get a favorable opportunity for development. Their young hands became tools of labor. The latent talents wither and fall off. Bad society and inhumane state apparatus i.e. government is pushing the nation backwards without exposing the potential of innocent children. As one of the poorest countries in the third world, child labor in Bangladesh is at an inhumane level. In general, those who are immature are children. Any activity that provides them with livelihood is called child labor. Childhood is officially recognized in Bangladesh up to the age of eighteen. The International Labor Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) have banned people from engaging in any form of physical or mental labor until the age of 18, calling it "child labor". The Government of Bangladesh has signed the International Convention on the Rights of the Child and has declared a National Child Policy. Child labor is widespread in Bangladesh. And the main cause of child labor in Bangladesh is extreme poverty. Many parents send their children to work instead of going to school because of insecurity. Children are employed in hard work, factories, markets and household chores. The field of child labor is quite widespread in this country. The children are engaged in various activities ranging from small mills to breaking stones, selling various items by ferry, driving rickshaws etc. Nowadays, children are also being employed in the bone-crushing work of the garment industry. Besides, children are the main workers in the household work of the city dwellers. Thus, millions of children in Bangladesh are living a dehumanized life due to lack of proper care and education. In Dhaka city alone, there are about 20 lakh slum dwellers and floating lakes. More than half of them are children. They are almost all laborers. About 30% of the population of Bangladesh is under 18 years of age. On the other hand, 48 percent of the country's population is now living below the poverty line. These poverty-stricken mothers and fathers force their children to take up labor due to poverty. Besides, the parents of this country send their children to work at an early age as there is no job security after receiving education. Political disasters, natural disasters, and the brutal behavior of unruly parents are largely responsible for this problem. Family size and overpopulation are also major causes of this problem. In a family where there are many children, the family will not survive if the children are not raised to support the family. As a result, the growth rate of child labor has been steadily increasing. Children work everywhere. Sometimes they are involved in more risky work than adults. Some children go abroad or are sent abroad for labor. Some of the children in the village contribute to the family earning work. Many are sent to the homes of well-to-do people. While their young earnings do not alleviate the poverty of their parents, they do alleviate some of the hardships. They do all the household chores from raising cattle in the field along with the farmer-master. Even if they work hard in the rain, they are not given food, begging and affection according to their physical and social development. The workplace of urban child labor is complex and extensive. Factories, garments, garages, shops are full of child laborers. In many cases, working hours, work environment and type of work are risky for healthy normal people. But the children are working in these cases with difficulty. A large number of children work in the homes of people working as boys or girls. In the jinjira and dhaleikhal industries of Dhaka, 80 per cent of the workforce is children. At the age when children are supposed to go to school with books, forget the world with innocent smiles, children have to be engaged in hard labor. They are deprived of basic human rights even when they are born in a human home. The son or daughter of the housework of educated people does not get a little sweet language, so much leisure, little begging or even the opportunity of healthy accommodation. From morning till late at night, they run here and there according to the spider's web. They fall from the earth one day under the weight of long accumulated fatigue. Otherwise, he grows up with a slender body and faces an embarrassing career. Children risk their lives working in a woodwork workshop or welding factory. Child laborers working in chemical factories are on the verge of certain death. Unspeakable physical and mental torture is inflicted on child laborers everywhere. **Things to do to stop child labor:** *It is very important to do the following things to stop child labor:* 1. The law on child and women abuse enacted by the government must be strictly enforced. 2. Everyone must respect international law and principles in the field of child labor. 3. Poor parents need to be able to reduce their dependence on their children through financial assistance. 4. People from all walks of life should be involved in the anti-child labor social movement. 5. We need to show affection towards children as a whole. 6.‘Effective measures need to be taken to enroll and retain every child in school under the Education for All program. 7.Punishment for child labor should be provided. 8.New laws should be enacted to curb child abuse and opportunities should be created so that children can benefit from that law. It is to be hoped that in order to eradicate child labor, the government has provided employment to 5,000 parents of child laborers in the fiscal year 2008-09 by providing micro-loans worth Tk 3.56 crore. Today's children are the citizens of tomorrow, the welfare of the country depends on them. It is the responsibility of all of us to spread the fragrance of innocent children and give them the opportunity to develop their lives. However, the responsibility of the government is the most. The nation can be freed from the curse of child labor only if the government takes strict measures in this regard. However, the government as well as every conscious citizen should play a role in discouraging child labor. In particular, the issue of non-employment of children must be complied with. We should all ensure a conducive environment for children.

The role of Blood Donation in saving lives! "**People are for people, life is for life"** - educated people inspired by this mantra in times of human danger. If another man does not come forward, then humanity is suspended, humanity is humiliated. We notice that people have always been in danger. Such a humanitarian work is voluntary blood donation to save human life. It is an excellent medium for humanitarian work. The best human sign is to benefit others by donating one's own blood. People survive because there is blood flow in human body. Blood is an essential element of the body. I say life force and life force, blood gives that warmth, that energy, that exuberance, flow. On the other hand, when there is a lack of blood, there is a tension in the life force. If the blood is low in the body or the amount of hemaglobin in the blood is not as desired, the human body becomes ill. Again, in a corner accident, deep wounds are inflicted on the corners of human organs, but there is a shortage of blood. Then the blood of another's body is needed to fill that anemia. Because, although it is possible to make medicine, it is not possible to make artificial blood. That is, he who dies due to lack of blood or who does not recover without blood, has to collect blood from the body of another. In these cases, healthy and interested people come forward to donate their own blood. In this way people gain longevity, live and be healthy. Nowadays, blood donation has to be done not only for the person who has had an accident but also for surgery, bleeding during the birth of a newborn, long-term surgery in Muscat or any other long-term surgery. Even if there is anemia, blood has to be given. Rage also requires extra blood for heart and bone marrow transplants. Blood transfusion is also essential in the treatment of cancer. According to the complex dengue fever, when the rage has to be transfused directly into the bloodstream, there is no alternative but to donate blood and fill in the blood. So it is essential to donate blood due to various physical problems of human beings. There are many great people who love to donate blood to others. If they have such a need, they can't stay without donating blood. They think this work is part of their responsibility. But it can be seen that blood is not available or interested people are not available when needed. In this case, blood bank or blood transfusion agency is required. Blood is collected. Those who donate blood are usually the mother, father, brother, sister, relatives or well-wishers of the recipient. Anyone with a healthy, strong body between the ages of 18 and 60 can donate blood. However, before donating blood, one has to check to see if there are any germs in the blood. Again, blood group verification and confirmation is also an important issue. For those who are healthy, those who do not have high blood pressure, 250 cc of blood can be taken from their body at a time. This does not harm the donor's corner. If blood is given, it is filled again within a week. A healthy person who is not suffering from anemia can donate and store 1400 cc of blood for 4 weeks at 350 cc per week if there is no objection from before the pre-planned surgery. During the operation, the same speaker can take it in his body again. It is safest to take your own blood in your own body. There are no side effects or allergic reactions. The first thing to note when taking blood is whether the blood donor and the blood recipient are entitled to the same rap. Or it is recommended to have a compatible bargup. Failure to do so can result in side effects and even rapid death. In addition, if there is a contagious virus in the blood of the blood donor or if sterile needles, bags and equipment are not used in the blood donation process, the blood recipient can also be infected with various complex diseases including jaundice. Blood from professional blood donors, poor and unhealthy blood donors is always at risk. Blood donors or relatives and acquaintances can take blood from them. Blood Respect is playing an important role in Bangladesh. Arrangements are being made for safe blood supply and circulation in 198 hospitals including various hospitals, special hospitals, military hospitals and district hospitals. One of the auspicious aspects for Bangladesh is that there is no shortage of people to donate blood voluntarily. Especially young people donate blood from time to time. The organization that is working tirelessly to take forward the voluntary blood donation program is 'Sandhani'. Sandhani's bulls are collected and preserved by setting up various units across the country and supplying them to the ragis in a timely manner. In their campaign, the conscious society of the country is being motivated to donate blood voluntarily. Human blood is always red. In this case, external differences like religion, caste, gender or color are not a problem. Blood donation is a universal humanitarian service. With this, the question of human survival and death. So the more you can participate in this service work, the better for the people.

Role of the Student Community in Eradicating illiteracy! Those who are students today are the leaders of the nation in the future. So students need to be aware of their responsibilities and duties. It is not enough to keep oneself engaged only in biblical education or study related activities. They have to prepare themselves as future leaders by fulfilling their responsibilities towards the society and the nation. And the biggest and most important field for the students to fulfill this social responsibility may be to eradicate the curse of illiteracy from the country. The more students become involved in the literacy movement, the faster the country will become illiterate. The nation expects effective contribution from them in this regard. Literacy in Bangladesh at present Image: Bangladesh is one of the poorest countries in the world. There are many problems in this country, but there are insufficient resources to solve the problem. Evidence of backwardness in various fields can be found in the field of education as well. According to the 2009 survey, the literacy rate in the country was 57.6 percent. Although the literacy rate has increased significantly in recent times, it is now not more than 72 percent. It is, of course, official. According to experts, the literacy rate in Bangladesh will not be above 50 percent. Although the government estimates are correct, 37 percent of the population is illiterate. With so many illiterate people, the nation cannot stand on its own two feet in the world. So the issue of building an illiterate country is very important. Education begins with literacy. Education is called light and illiteracy is called darkness. Illiteracy plunges people into the darkness of ignorance and hinders the development of life step by step. And illiterate people are the equivalent of the blind. The development, talent and moral power given by the Creator cannot be achieved in it. Physical strength is the mainstay of his contribution at the individual and national level. In modern times, people can only survive with physical strength, but they cannot survive well. Therefore, illiterate people are considered as a burden for the country and the nation. In order to take the country forward, first of all, its people have to be freed from the curse of illiteracy. The main reason why Bangladesh has not yet achieved the desired progress in the socio-economic field is illiteracy and backwardness in the field of education. Therefore, in the interest of national development, first of all the country must be made illiterate. The government has taken various programs to eradicate the curse of illiteracy from the country. The government has made primary education compulsory so that every child between the ages of 8-11 in the country can be enrolled in school and receive primary education. In order to ensure the enrollment of children in schools, the government has taken steps to make primary education unpaid as well as provide free textbooks, food for education, stipends for education, etc. Besides, it has taken up programs like adult education, mass education, non-formal education and overall literacy movement. Besides, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) are also contributing to the eradication of illiteracy. Despite these measures, about 35 percent of the country's people are still illiterate. Student society can play an important role in freeing the country from the curse of illiteracy. *The areas and processes in which they can play this role are shown below:* **Awareness raising:** The people of our country are not fully aware of education. Therefore, it is possible to make the literacy movement successful only by making the general public aware about education. Uneducated people in our country are not aware of the importance of literacy. Students can successfully do the oil work by removing their ignorance and unawareness and being interested in education. If students conduct education awareness movement within its own perimeter then it's will be more effective than the government program. Because people have an acceptable attitude towards students. Although not organizationally, at the individual level, students can easily make illiterate people aware of illiteracy in their familiar quarters. **Involvement in government programs**: Students can involve themselves in government programs such as non-formal education, universal literacy movement (TLM), mass education, etc. to eradicate illiteracy. They can volunteer at night schools, especially for adult education. The participation of students is especially desirable in the success of various campaigns, motivational programs, rallies, etc. of the government. **Creation of social institutions**: Students can form various clubs, social organizations and associations and conduct literacy programs through them. It is very easy to conduct nocturnal adult education activities on the initiative of one's own club or association. In the meantime, the success of such institutional initiatives in different parts of the country has been proved. They can get involved with various NGOs or seek help to make their organizational activities successful. **Playing a role in their own environment:** Each student has an illiterate lake in his own home, in the vicinity of the house and in the relatives' quarters. The country and the nation will benefit if they sign these illiterate people on a personal level. A student can easily do the oil work by signing the children of his homeworker or workaholic. Neighbors and relatives who are close to each other can easily spread the word about literacy at certain times of the day or during long vacations. **Involvement in Institutional Education:** The authorities of the educational institution can easily involve the students in the literacy program. Illiteracy can be incorporated into a co-curricular program. Students can be given the responsibility of oil by signing a certain number of illiterate people during a certain period. In return, arrangements can be made to get a certain number in the exam. Benefits can be obtained by organizing literacy camps in educational institutions by students during holidays. Our students are the symbol of hope for the future. They are the brightest and most promising people in the society. Their number is also huge. So the country and the nation will prosper if we can inspire them in the spirit of volunteerism to prepare them as future citizens. If we can involve them in eradicating illiteracy, the liberation of the country is really possible.

Communal Harmony! The feeling of friendship, camaraderie and brotherhood between people of different races, ethnicities, communities and religions is therefore communal harmony. However, to say precisely communal harmony does not mean the possibility of people of different religions. From time immemorial, our liberal fields of Bangladesh - deserts, green trees and clear streams of innumerable rivers have taught us generosity of heart, affection and love for each other. It is the character of the nature of this green Bengal that is love, not violence. Love for each other this is like the people and nature of this country. No country or nation can be made up of a single ethnicity and religious community. People of different ethnicities, castes and religions come together to form a society and a state. Communal harmony is a cordial and friendly relationship between different castes and religions, such as Bengalis, tribes, Hindus, Buddhists, Christians and Muslims. Today, communal conflicts are undermining everything from world peace to social order. Against this background, the need for communal harmony has intensified. The poison of communal disharmony; Throughout the ages, humanity has been overwhelmed by communal conflicts in different countries. Inter-religious and inner-religious conflicts of different religions have shed the most blood on the face of the earth. Conflicts between sects such as Catholics, Protestants, Orthodox, etc. among Christians created a long period of instability throughout Europe. Shia, Sunni and sectarian conflicts among Muslims have claimed thousands of lives. Thousands of men and women have died in Hindu-Muslim riots in India. Muslim-Christian conflicts in Eastern Europe, Serb-Croat-Albanian, Turkish-Cypriot, Indonesian and Muslim-Christian conflicts in Sudan have not yet been eradicated. In this way, sectarian discrimination has given birth to a toxic environment around the world. Communal harmony is a prerequisite for social progress and economic development. It is also important for the safety of human life and the preservation of human values. Many countries in the world have failed to achieve the desired progress due to communal conflicts. It is the work of communal evil to play with people's precious lives. Some people are always trying to take advantage of the situation by drawing a line between people. It is an irrational act to risk one's own life and the beautiful future of the next generation. Everyone should try to protect everyone, irrespective of race and religion, from the shadow of evil and evil. The winds of communal harmony have been blowing in the subcontinent for many centuries. During the Sultanate period, a heavenly atmosphere of Hindu-Muslim harmony existed in Bangladesh. Even in the Mughal period, people of all religions, castes and nationalities lived in this country in a cordial atmosphere due to the sincerity of the ruling community. But the British ruling class was trying to gain political advantage by destroying communal harmony in this country. They did not treat Hindus and Muslims equally. In addition, the government adopted the policy of divide and rule to intensify the Hindu-Muslim divide. As a result, the idea of communal division became entrenched. In particular, with the abolition of the Partition of Bengal in 1905 and the Partition of Bengal in 1911, the communal poison was intensified. Partition of Bengal - In the post-war political climate, communal conflict in our subcontinent brings a catastrophe for humanity. After the partition of the country in 1947 on the basis of biracialism, the lives of millions of men and women fell into riots. Due to the communal conflict, Hindus left everything in Pakistan and Muslims migrated to Pakistan from India. The Hindu-Muslim riots of 1971 were horrific all over India. The rise of Hindutva political power in India in the nineties wreaked havoc on communal harmony. Thousands of men and women lost their lives due to this. In recent times (2002) Hindu-Muslim riots in Gujarat, India have been a stigma of the 21st century. Another scandal is the 2012 communal riots in Myanmar. A large number of Muslims were killed in the riots and their houses were set on fire. There is a glorious tradition of communal harmony in Bangladesh. Even after that, in the first half of the twentieth century, in the post-1947 period and in 1971, there was a serious rift between Hindus and Muslims in Bangladesh. During the political upheaval in 1971 and 1973, there were incidents of persecution of the minority community in some parts of the country. In response to the demolition of the Babri Masjid in India in 1992, there was intense anger in this country as well. Many old Buddhist temples and Buddha statues were destroyed in communal riots in Ramu, Cox's Bazar in 2013. Basically, it cannot be called a communal riot in the broadest sense. Because it was the work of some miscreants. It did not have the participation of a large population. In short, a tradition of communal harmony is still intact in this country. People of all communities including Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists and Christians are living in harmony in this country. Bangladesh has set an example in the world of communal harmony. There is no place for communalism in any corner of the world. Basically, human welfare is the only goal of all religions. The holy religion of Islam has not only encouraged communal harmony, it has made it obligatory to maintain harmony. Islam considers the creation of sedition in society to be a heinous crime rather than murder. The Islamic State has special arrangements for the security of the lives and property of followers of other religions. In other words, communalism is hated by all religions, although religious businessmen use religion to destroy communal harmony. What we have to do; Every well-meaning person should spread the message of welfare to remove communal poison from the society. We have to remember that immortal saying of Chandidas. Every human being must be viewed from a human point of view outside our religious identity. Happiness - Peace, economic prosperity, security above all, communal harmony must be upheld at any cost.

Public Service! Society has been built by man since the dawn of creation. The people of the society make life beautiful and happy through interdependence. And the environment of public service or social service has been developed by taking shelter of interdependence. People in society. Not everyone is equal. Different classes of people live through various adversities. Sometimes disaster strikes. Then people have to go ahead to save people. The idea of public service was born out of this empathy and responsibility of the people of the society. The main melody of all religions of the world is the welfare of human beings in this world and in the hereafter. The consciousness of social service is related to the welfare of worldly life. In fact, social service is a part of human moral responsibility. Because, people are able to develop themselves with the help of society. Therefore, it is necessary for him to contribute to the welfare of the society. The command to contribute to human welfare has come from the Absolute Creator. God has forbidden selfishness, miserliness, greed, violence, hatred and misconduct. Instructed to make life overall benevolent. There is no need for anything in the silent and silent corner of Allah. Yet he begs for mercy from those who can afford it. Social service has become a profession for many today. In fact, these professional social workers are only servants of their own interests. In fact, in the name of social service in our country, the pursuit of self-interest is going on. Capitalizing on the misery of the common people, some lakes are busy planting their own sugarcane. In fact, public service must be spontaneous and voluntary. The way we worry about our relatives - suffering or danger; The way we devote ourselves to their welfare; In the same way, we should be dedicated to every person in the society. Public service can be said to be a tool of self interest, either for show or for social and political gain. There should be no corner of interest with the service. Some do social work to become leaders, some do social work to evade government taxes, and some do social work to get applause from ten people. But it has been said in the hadith that if one donates with the right hand, even the left hand should not know. The spirit of social service has been inculcated in people since time immemorial. An abstract organization called society was born on the day when people came together in self-defense for fear of wild animals. And due to the interdependence and cooperation of each other, various welfare organizations have been created in the society. As a result, since ancient times, efforts have been made for the welfare of the society from both institutional and personal levels. In that historical continuity, social service or public service is today. The world has taken the form of service. Today, various organizations are working relentlessly for human welfare worldwide. International Red Cross and Red Crescent Society, various organizations of the United Nations, Green Peace, Scout Movement, etc. are the larger organizational forms of social service. There are separate ministries of social welfare in all countries of the world. Although various government departments take charge of social services, the importance of social services from the personal level is the highest. Even today, innumerable people from all over the society openly come to the benevolent people with their problems. Through personal or joint efforts, people keep the society moving in a beautiful and comfortable way. Throughout the ages, many great human beings have sacrificed their lives for the welfare of many people. Many great people have spent all their lives for others. They never accepted selfishness as the norm. Therefore, in all countries, in all ages, sacrificing one's interests for the next has been recognized as the best human quality. Religious leaders have preached in their lives, deeds and ideals that it is a pity for the welfare of mankind. If attaining the Creator is the ultimate goal of human life, then it is not by denying man, but by loving man. Public service can be done with money, services nursing, love-affection, labor, comfort etc. Many have a lot of money but do not help the needy, many have money and help the poor and needy. But public service is artificial for the sake of self-fame or reputation, while public service is impure in the hope of saving virtue. So public service should be voluntary and selfless. Man must be anxious for the sorrows of his relatives just as he is anxious for the sorrows of his relatives. Only then will public service be successful. We should have this question in mind. "It simply came to our notice then. Why solid rock? "A selfless public servant who is united in money, compassion, labor and service. He is engaged in public welfare activities in his personal capacity as well as in various development activities of the government. Anyone can play a role in the welfare of the country and the nation by declaring solidarity with the humanitarian program. As human beings, we should be humane and conscientious. I have to meet the demand of the helpless lak with money, service, all because he is helpless, he must have the right to get help from me.

@Tilka_Muntarin_123

Humanity! Organism and humanity are two human natures. The function of the organism is to preserve life and self-preservation. And humanity is humanity. Humanity is the means of developing the inherent power of man. Man is the best creature of creation today as a result of the pursuit of humanity. Through the full development of humanity, man has built this world as a beautiful and livable abode. Man's only pursuit is the pursuit of humanity, the pursuit of beauty. Inhuman people are therefore equal to animals. Therefore, humanity is the main source of excellence in human life. *First of all we have to know what is humanity?* The idea or religion of man is the lexical meaning of the word 'humanity'. In other words, the human being who should be obedient is called humanity. The pursuit of humanity is the only pursuit and goal of man. All the great human beings who have come to the world have done the pursuit of humanity. Man is the highest peak of all creatures in the world. Basically man has come to this position today with the pursuit of his humanity. In the pursuit of humanity, man begins to seek or know himself, gaining the respect of the Creator. Even today, people are pursuing humanity with the aim of creating an absolutely desirable and livable world through the pursuit of humanity. The body-mind, the chest-face, the thought-consciousness, the way-action, the spiritual philosophy, the nature-behavior, the life-death, the pursuit of humanity by making oneself beautiful and loving. Beautiful life and humanity are the same thing. Independent country, favorable environment, well-regulated state system, liberal and rational religion and reform-free aesthetics make human achievement successful and fruitful. It is through human pursuits that man makes the path to eternal welfare. Discovering the beauty in building the path of peace, immersing in culture. ***The best example of humanity:*** There have been many wise men in the world who were known to all as ideal human beings through their humanity. They have proved this through their behavior and personality, race, religion and caste are not important to people in the world, the main issue is humanity. Only when a person pursues humanity does he become a real human being. All the famous people of the world have pursued humanity. Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH), Jesus Christ, Gautama Buddha, Sri Chaitanyadev all had human beings as the real issue rather than race-religion. In all kinds of human happiness and sorrow, they have gone ahead like absolute loved ones. They are the best example of humanitarianism. Good education is the only way to achieve humanity. Education and humanity are inseparable. The nature of humanity is revealed through proper education. Education awakens the inherent strength and potential of man. It is through education that knowledge flows and morality and values are created. The main goal of education is the formation of the moral character of the student and the development of humanity. It is through education that people can learn about all kinds of good and bad things, do's and don'ts. As a result, students never set foot in immoral ways if they are educated in the real world. In all spheres of life, the identity of the human being is found in the real education. So one should get education to become a real person only by getting education in the hope of certificate and job. In order to achieve humanity, it is necessary to take the following points: Patience, courage, loyalty, honesty, courtesy, trustworthiness, gratitude, easy amiability, altruism, etc. as a combination of human qualities; Discipline, punctuality, tolerance, etiquette, etc., are the habits of overall conduct; Patriotism, secularism, nationalism, international brotherhood, humanitarianism, etc. Real humanism will be awakened in a person only if he can avoid the mentality of violence, hatred, crookedness etc. and suppress the bad habits or instincts and accept the human qualities like justice, human welfare, benevolence etc. as the driving force of life. Man is the best creature of creation. And the reason for this excellence is that people have a beautiful mind. This beautiful mind is the hallmark of humanity. At present, the practice of humanity around us is almost lost. Now the sorrow of another does not make the other's heart cry. Everyone is busy with themselves. Everyone is busy with how to take themselves to greater heights, how to make more money. Everyone is running after money. In this case, he is hesitant to insult humanity. So today there is a kind of instability all over the world. One country is thinking how to surpass another country. But no one is taking anyone as a friend. They seem to be competing with each other. It can be said that this world will become uninhabitable in the future if humanity is not awakened by putting an end to this vile cunning among human beings. In the opinion of animals, one cannot become a human being just by living, in this case, by using one's own mind, a person can identify the real humanity through proper conscience consideration. Failure to acquire human qualities will not awaken humanity. That is to say, we should all strive for humanity for our eternal well-being and prosperity.

Self-Reliance! Analyzing self-reliance is either self + reliance, that is, reliance on oneself. The literal meaning is self-reliance. Self-reliance is the name of learning to stand on one's own feet without being dependent on others for any work. It is better to do it yourself without relying on others for what is possible through your own efforts and initiatives. Dependence is hated by all. He becomes more dependent and dies than lives. It is better to go. Such a person is comparable to a parasite. If human interdependence is essential in social life, it is not possible to develop humanity without self-reliance. Because in social dependence, just as a person depends on others, others also depend on him. Self-reliance is the real power. There is no merit in being strong in the power of others self-reliance is really the great power. Evidence of this exists in all fauna, starting from the flora. In the botanical world, such as bot, ash, pine or fir trees do not depend on caring for them, they grow on their own. They are as long-lived as they are long-lived. It is also seen in the animal kingdom that in the newborn corner, the cubs at first tremble and fall down, then rise up on their own and find the motherhood. The picture of his self-reliance starts from the first moment of his life. Human life is similar. Those who are self-reliant win the battle of life. Those who are self-reliant, those who guide their body and mind, those who walk the path, those who consider self-power as the only source of energy can walk alone on the path of family. The mountainous obstacles to their indomitable zeal and enthusiasm are bound to be overcome. The key to success in life is in their hands. They became memorable and admirable in the society. Examples of self-reliance: The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), Jesus Christ, Gautama Buddha and other great human beings are shining examples of self-reliance. Their lives are a source of self-reliance, a foundation of open self-confidence and perseverance. Hundreds of thousands of obstacles, adversity, torture , oppression could not shake them so much. Without self-reliance, the achievements and glory of the scientists Archimedes, Galileo, Newton, Louis Pasteur, Darwin, Madame Curie, Acharya Jagadish Chandra Bose, Einstein would not have spread all over the world. Goethe, Dante, Shakespeare, Dickens, Balzac, Tolstoy, Aristotle, Rabindranath and many other great thinkers are still unforgettable in the world. Also the composer Beethoven, the painters Leonardo da Vinci and Michael Angel; Politicians Abraham Lincoln, Lenin, Mao Zedong, Kamal Ataturk, Mahatma Gandhi, Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, revolutionary Masterda Suryasen, Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and others. Kirtiman's name will forever be written in gold in the history of the world only because of his strong self-confidence and self-reliance. It is important to remember that self-reliance is the only key to success. Students who rely on the help of a tutor or other caregiver may not have a special talent sign in the future. Poor students who cannot hire a tutor or do not get help from anyone try to master their subjects on their own, which greatly improves their mental skills and they improve in the future. The great men were able to improve later on as they did not have to depend on caravans for housework and study in their childhood. Childhood self-reliance leads to improvement in later life. There is a saying in English - “Self help is the best help". Not only that, Allah has stated in the Holy Qur'an that He does not change the destiny of a nation that does not want to change its own destiny. The more self-reliant a nation is, the more developed it is. The nation that learns to stand on its own two feet without being dependent on it, takes the hard work as its path and moves forward and is able to emerge as the best nation in the world. There are many countries in Japan, Korea, China, America, Russia and other parts of the world who have established themselves in the court of the world through self-reliance. The same is true in personal life. The person who is confident in his own strength, who thinks that self-power is the real power, it is the real happiness in life. Insult, which is dependent on every step of life, is his constant companion. Farmers, laborers, laborers, porters, employees, if they are not self-sufficient, it can continue. No one teaches anyone to be self-reliant, it is the biological manifestation of animals. There are some vile creatures who learn to walk, eat and run on their own from birth. The human child also turns around on its own, turns upside down, learns to sit, learns to walk. It is his nature - religion. Instinctual religion is insulted if it is not given a chance to develop that habit-religion with age. As a result, even though we have reached old age from youth, human life does not end as expected. Life becomes meaningless and meaningless. Basically, you have to learn to be self-reliant in your student life. Be strong in self-confidence and rely on your own strength to become a novice in education. Only then will it be seen that the door of great possibilities has been opened before them, the door to reach the desired goal has been opened. A student without self-confidence will never be able to cross the threshold of possibility. Many times the other love of the parents brings a curse in the life of the child. Their affection stands in the way of their child's self-reliance. As a result, they stumble over and over again in the course of life. So every parent should teach the child to be self-reliant. Everyone has to make a habit of being self-reliant from childhood. In fact, student life is the real and appropriate time to achieve this absolute quality. Students have to develop the habit of completing their work on their own from student life. They have to try to solve any work on their own without relying on others. Only then will they become self-reliant.

Tolerance! All the unique common qualities in human life that make people happy and successful. The audacity to overcome the situation; Tolerance is one of the qualities that people never feel the pain of defeat. This is one of the qualities by which man finds immortality. What is tolerance? *Adapting to all situations;* Tolerance is the ability to endure all sorrows, hardships and adversities and to be victorious in any adverse environment. Human life revolves around various complex obstacles. Situation under the pressure of the environment, he becomes disoriented. Many times people surrender to the hostile environment in a helpless state. But the strength and courage that man acquires to remain steadfast in the real and eternal truth is made possible by the name of tolerance. People are able to overcome various adversities in the way of life through infinite tolerance. The role of tolerance in all spheres of human life is inevitable. However, its extent is not only in human life, but also in the non-human animal world. In prehistoric times, there were countless giant creatures on Earth, but many of them have been lost in the course of time. Again, many tiny creatures have survived. The main reason for this is tolerance. The natural world is no exception. With unlimited endurance, the mountain accepts the severe blows of lightning. The soil contains grasses, trees and forests. It is difficult to imagine an alternative to tolerance in the world. Success and failure of people start from family life. Family receipts, non-receipts, expectations - failures affect social life. The family and society revolve around various values and consciousness. But in some places special features play a controlling role in family and social life. Tolerance is one of them. The role of tolerance at all levels of life is immense. Patience, tolerance makes the individual and social life worthwhile. People have to spend most of their lives in misery, despair and pain. The hostile environment makes people intolerant and reckless. Such a situation is not conducive to a peaceful and prosperous life. People whose minds are calm, whose hearts are restless, whose vision is intensely focused, who are constantly tolerant of the flow of action, are able to deal with all the sorrows of the world with miserable patience. Failure can never make a home in their lives. They are victorious in the battle of life. Tolerance is needed between relatives, neighbors and people in the community. Mutual harmony is essential to live in the same society. If one person or a group of people does not have friendship with another person or another group of people, then step by step various conflicting situations arise. In this situation, social peace, friendship, friendship, understanding, etc. are definitely disrupted. In such an environment, what is most desirable is tolerant attitude. Naturally people are not patient. But the most important thing to be established in life is patience and endurance. The quality of tolerance is what makes a person successful in life, whether in the family, in the society, or in the state. In today's world, the race of competition is observed everywhere. Competition in many cases is transformed into competition. In cases where the competition is strong and active, there is a mutual intolerance. In such a context, conflicts, wars and civil wars started in the country. Recently, about 200 innocent people were killed in terrorist activities in Mumbai, India. They were militant members of the neighboring country. If India had not tolerated this terrorist attack, the people of the world would have witnessed a war in Ara. Numerous casualties and economic disasters were witnessed. Intolerance has led to subversive and destructive activities by rival factions in many countries in Africa and Latin America. The US invasion of Iraq or the outbreak of war in the wake of Hitler's so-called nationalism in World War II is indicative of extreme intolerance. The peace-loving people of the world have been witnessing the intolerant behavior of various religions in recent times. Tolerance has been given the highest importance in all religions of the world. But due to the intolerant ideology of some religious extremists, terrorist activities and sabotage activities are going on all over the world. As a result innocent peace loving people are being killed, peace and order in the country is being destroyed, the economy is being disrupted. Tolerance is an invaluable human virtue. From the beginning of the world until today, human life - there is no end to the war. He achieves success by being strong in the power of endurance. Tolerance is a virtue that must be achieved through the strong role of a strong heart. Patience and endurance are most needed in times of danger. But a person whose heart is weak, whose mind is weak, cannot be expected to have a proper identity of tolerance. A firm mind is able to take a decision or action in a calm and steady manner. This quality has to be mastered by practicing. The quality of tolerance can be achieved if there is empathy, compassion and love for others. Seeing tolerant people, some people think that it is because of weakness that they are nip in seeing everything. But the reality is not that. Tolerance does not mean indulging in injustice. That which is unjust, ugly and unwholesome to mankind must be called unjust, ugly and unwholesome. Protest against injustice. Because, those who do wrong and those who endure wrong are both equally accused. Tolerance does not neglect human humanity, it is inspired by inspiration. The abuse of tolerance will be silently tolerated by the evil forces that seek to undermine freedom. It is a great shame for mankind to be inactive in witnessing injustice and iniquity. The spirit of tolerance in human life is very high. This is a rare resource. Success is inevitable in the person who acquires this great quality and is able to reflect it in life. The lack of tolerance is evident in our society. Intolerant movement of intolerant lakes is observed in the society and family. But if we practice the virtue of tolerance in every sphere of life, nurture tolerance in life, consider everything with a tolerant attitude, then it is not impossible to achieve happiness, prosperity and success in family, society and state life.

Greenhouse Gas! Greenhouse reactions are one of the negative characteristics of nature. For various man-made reasons, the greenhouse effect has created a great crisis in our country. The various gaseous conditions in nature are responsible for causing the greenhouse effect. The sun is not seen for a long time of the year in the extreme cold regions of the polar regions of the world. At this time there was an acute shortage of green vegetables. In this context, scientists invented a special type of glass house. The roof and walls of this house are made of special type of glass that resists heat radiation. In summer, sunlight and heat enter the house, but it cannot go away in response to radiation. It is possible to produce vegetables by using the stored sun heat. Scientists have named such a scientific house 'Greenhouse' in winter country. The word greenhouse literally means 'green house' but now it is widely used as a 'glass house'. Think of a house whose walls and roof are made of glass. As a result, it can easily enter the ala. But even if it can enter Ala easily, it cannot come out according to Ala's refraction formula. As a result, the temperature of the glass room increases. Needless to say, this temperature exceeds the outside height. This abnormal condition is called the ‘greenhouse effect’. According to this glass house of the earth, the atmosphere has 30 km from the surface. As far as ozone is concerned, however, the concentration of this layer is not the same everywhere. 23 km Above this the density is relatively low or weak. This layer contains carbon dioxide and a few other gases. These gases are called 'greenhouse gases'. This is because the way the walls of the glass house retain their inner temperature without being radiated, this gas enclosure or screen prevents radiation from the surface heat. As a result, global warming is normal, and the earth is home to animals and plants. As of November 2009, the Protocol has been ratified by 17 countries (including the European Union). The protocol was not ratified by Kazakhstan and the United States. Although China and India play significant roles in greenhouse gas emissions, the level of EU emissions does not apply to them. The list of selected countries in the world emitting greenhouse gases is shown in the table.Environmental International Agency) Scientists are worried about the dangers of the ‘greenhouse effect’ in the world to come. They identified excessive population growth and unplanned activity as the cause of the potential catastrophe. Unplanned urbanization is going on to meet the needs of the large population, mills and factories are being set up everywhere, and transportation is on the rise. Different types of engine driven vehicles. Forests and vegetation are being cleared for settlement and industry. As a result, the amount of oxygen in the air decreases and carbon dioxide increases, creating a very harmful gas called 'chlorofluorocarbon' in the atmosphere. This gas destroys the ozone layer, which produces ultraviolet rays produced by the greenhouse effect. Vehicle smoke, toxic industrial wastes and fumes are also causing severe damage to the ozone layer. More food is needed to feed the extra population. And the use of fertilizers and pesticides on crops is increasing every moment to produce more food. Scientists are destroying the normality of the ozone layer by exploding hydrogen bombs and causing nuclear explosions, intoxicated with the deadly game of making lethal weapons. In a word, people themselves are constantly calling for their own defeat today. As a result of the greenhouse effect, the surface temperature and the resulting gas increase. As a result, the ozone layer in the atmosphere is inevitably being severely damaged. Outbreaks appear to be exacerbated during exposure to the sun's harmful ultraviolet rays. Natural disasters such as storms, floods, tidal floods, etc. have occurred due to the rising sea water due to the melting of frozen ice in the polar region. Geologists and meteorologists fear that there will be catastrophic changes in the surface and atmosphere at the end of the present century. Panic over submergence of towns, cities and ports has now become a strong greenhouse effect in the global environment; Scientists are now worried about the global environment, in some cases panicked. There is a lot of research going on in tropical countries. Professor at the University of Marburg in West Germany. Jenner Heber's study found that the effects of harmful ultraviolet rays have already exceeded 5%. As a result, the phytoplankton of the ice country Antarctica is being severely damaged. If this process continues, all life in the Southern Hemisphere will be exhausted. According to a report by the Japanese Environment Agency, global warming will increase by 1.5 degrees Celsius to 3.5 degrees Celsius by 2030. Scientists think; As a result, the sea level will rise by one and a half meters as glaciers and ice melt. About half of the world's population, including SAARC countries. Researchers fear that this could lead to flooding. Most of the fears that scientists have raised apply to Bangladesh. Due to its location in the tropics, the warming of Bangladesh continues and deforestation is taking place. As a result, the normality of the atmosphere is being destroyed, the temperature is rising. Even all the southern parts of the country are likely to be submerged; And the effects of salinity and desertification are being felt right now. Possible remedies for the greenhouse effect: To save mankind from the greenhouse effect, remedial action must be taken now. Such as: 1. Deforestation must be stopped. 2. Appropriate arrangements have to be made for the disposal of these wastes by setting up industrial factories in a planned manner. 3. Arrangements should be made to reduce the smoke in the vehicle. 4, to avoid floods and inundation to build the necessary dams . 5. Care should be taken to prevent saline water from entering the reservoirs or rivers. In order to increase public awareness, there should be a massive campaign in the media about the deadly evils of the greenhouse effect. At all levels of education, from the lowest to the highest level, greenhouse related articles should be included in the curriculum. ‘The greenhouse effect is terribly harmful to the human race. And the fear of this loss, the possibility is more applicable for Bangladesh. It is therefore imperative that concerted efforts be made to take the necessary remedial action against the greenhouse effect.

Sexual Harassment! Sexual Harassment is one of the epidemics of public life in Bangladesh. This is now our main social problem, overcoming many problems in the country. In recent times, our society and family have been badly injured by this terrible problem. The teenagers and their parents, relatives are not getting rid of its terrible aggression. The time has come to get rid of the problem of social values, principles - ethics, norms and the order of life. **What is sexual harassment**: Even a few days ago, sexual harassment was identified by the phrase 'eveteasing'. Eveteasing is a slang language of sexual harassment that refers to Eve, the first woman mentioned in the Holy Qur'an and the Bible. The Bengali synonym of the word ‘eveteasing’ prevalent in the Indian subcontinent is ‘teasing women’. Every woman, including school-going college students, teachers, working women commuters, is often harassed on the way to and from work. Mobile phone, internet as well as technical abuse tactics, including verbal, non-verbal or physical harassment by bullies. Obscene remarks, whistling, intentionally sexually explicit songs, threats, illegal sex claims, etc. fall into the category of verbal harassment. Examples of unsolicited harassment include lewd gestures, obscene gestures, sexually explicit images or videos, uncomfortable staring, retreats, texting or texting on mobile phones, hints of flying kisses, obstruction of walking, etc. Moreover, putting hands on the neck and shoulders, standing close to the body, hugging, kissing, using unpredictable sexual desire according to the physical relationship, pushing in the crowd, taking still or moving images for the purpose of blackmail or character assassination etc. Examples of physical harassment. Sexual harassment is the most horrible experience of a woman's life. Its impact on women's lives is miserable and negative. Such behavior harms women emotionally. It hinders a woman's freedom of movement, deprives her of her inexhaustible vitality. This oppression is not only on the victim girl; Instead, it hit his entire family. Sad but true is the fact that 75 to 80 percent of these incidents of harassment take place in the vicinity of educational institutions. School or college going girls are the main victims. As a result, a significant number of female students dropped out of school prematurely to survive. As a result, the trend of child marriage increases, which is one of our social problems. **Causes of sexual harassment**: The severity of sexual harassment in our society is as deadly as cancer. Its prevalence is spread everywhere in villages or cities. Due to this, the suicide of women has increased. In modern society, the victims of this deadly disease are not only women, but also protesting teachers, parents or guardians. *Notable causes of sexual harassment include:* ***Decline of moral values in social, cultural, and family life.** *** Lack of respectful attitude towards women.** ***Introducing women as advertising products and objects.** ***Pornography is rampant.** *** Free and uncontrolled display of satellite TV Lack of healthy culture.** *** The unawareness of the parents and the family in raising the child and creating awareness.** *** Not implementing a proper religious education curriculum that is conducive to healthy character building in the education system.** *** Lack of effective laws to remedy and prevent sexual harassment and ignorance in this regard.** *Prevention of Harassment Day:* For the first time on 13 June 2010, the Prevention of Harassment of Students was observed across the country with the aim of building a joint resistance for the overall security of the students. Earlier, on **May 14, 2009**, the High Court Division of the Supreme Court issued a landmark judgment banning eve-teasing as sexual harassment. The judgment of the High Court Division has been asked to be complied with as per the law till a law is made in this regard in the Parliament. Suicide of women who are scared and emotionally disturbed due to sexual harassment is now one of the social problems in the country. In this age of extreme excellence in science and technology, such harassment must first be stopped in the long-awaited development of the world. It is important to find out the real source of this and take family, social and state initiatives. As well as removing the limitations of the required legal framework and coordinating initiatives at all levels. Besides, effective steps should be taken to prevent violence and abuse against women by preventing them from committing suicide. *The following can be considered in this case:* ***The appropriate role of the family in the child's upbringing and socialization.** ***Establishment of religious values, ethics and ideals.** ***Strengthen social movements and resistance.** ***Socially boycott the perpetrators and give exemplary punishment.** ***Strict restrictions on mobile phones, the Internet and open-air culture - to ensure prohibited and controlled use.** ***Not presenting women as vulnerable products.** ***Increasing the practice of healthy speech and healthy culture, creating the mentality of women to wear decent clothes and to behave decently.** ***Obstructing the aggression of obscenity, sexual perversion, vulgar literature, movies and subcultures everywhere.** ***To play an active role in local administration and law enforcement agencies.** ***To keep the unemployed youth away from immoral good and evil by arranging employment.** *** The protection of women and the courage to be self-confident is invaluable.** ***Strict implementation of separate laws against sexual harassment and making it public.** In the hope that women will be free from the fear of sexual harassment, stay safe and secure at home and find their dream life, so let's build a comprehensive anti-violence against women and establish a clean and orderly society. In this case, the state and the government must come forward together.

Teenages Crime! Crime is human nature. People become victims of the environment and the situation and engage in criminal activities. In general, we think that only people of mature intellect and mature age go into the world of crime. But the exception is not uncommon. In the country, immature children and adolescents are also involved in various criminal misdeeds and all the doors of possibility of their life are closed in adolescence. Such a situation is indicative of dire consequences for the country and the nation. **And first of all,we have to know, "What is a crime?"** In the eyes of an individual or a society, unwanted and unacceptable behavior is a 'crime'. Crime destroys social order and morality. The process of rescuing one's own interests by following a hateful and illegal path by avoiding the universally accepted path can be called a 'crime'. Boys and girls between the ages of seven and nineteen are usually called teenage. The crime committed by them is the crime of Teenage Crime . There are differences of opinion in different countries about the age of teenager's crime. 13 to 22 years in every corner of the country; Again, in every corner of the country, if a boy or a girl between the ages of 18 and 21 commits a crime, his name is teenager's crime. Teenager's crime is not punishable in Japan under the age of 14. In the Philippines, crimes against children under the age of 9 and under the age of 6 in Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka and Burma are not punishable. **Rabindranath Tagore** wrote in his '**Holiday**' story, "There is no such evil in the opinion of a boy of thirteen or fourteen years. This statement of the world poet about the characteristics of adolescence is very accurate. Children of this age are given a lot of hope; They became very curious about life and everything in the world. But when those curiosities and expectations are shattered, they become overwhelmed with despair. This frustration drags them to the dark world. According to a survey, 20 per cent of crime in Bangladesh is due to family instability and strife. Of course, the issue of economic hardship is also associated with it. Apart from these, teenage crime is also committed for the well-planned misdeeds of a class of evil lakes. These people forcibly take the teenagers and force them to commit theft, pickpocketing, snatching, black marketing, creating chaos in different places, getting drunk, gambling, throwing acid, eve teasing etc. Teenager's are our children. They are the craftsmen to build a beautiful country and a beautiful world in the future. Our responsibilities and duties towards them are immense. It is not possible to eradicate the crime of Teenage by enacting laws alone, it requires the concerted efforts of people at all levels. *The following steps can be taken to stop teenager's crime:* 1.Compulsory education for all disadvantaged sections of the society. 2. As children and adolescents grow up, close parental supervision, care and attention are essential. Children - Adolescents have a keen eye for their mental inclinations and needs, to act accordingly, and to play and have easy relationships with their children. Evaluating the good and bad of the child by considering everything from the modern point of view of the parents. 3. One of the responsibilities of teachers is to guide the teenagers in the right path. Teachers can create dreams in their minds about their beautiful mental development and bright future by using the opinions of friends with children and teenagers. 4. Teenagers are emerging and talented people. Their talents and creativity should be highlighted in different media and various cultural, social organizations and organizations should be formed and various programs should be formulated there. According to the Maths Olympiad, various steps have to be taken for the development of knowledge and talent. Remember, teenager's age is full of curiosity and creativity. This curiosity and creativity must be engaged in building values. Adolescence is the happiest and most promising time of human life. At this time in his eyes there is a lot of self-remembering intense hope. This dream, this hope should not be led astray by failure. For that, it is essential for all to play their due role as conscious fathers, teachers and citizens.

The role of moral education and values! In the current socio-economic reality, the need for moral education is being felt the most. If we can ensure a better way of life through the values acquired through moral education, we will be able to overcome the misery of decaying times. Moral education and values are inseparable. The product of moral education is improved values. And by nurturing values, individuals and society can move forward on the path of beautiful life. The fall in prices destroys the individual, the family and society. Morality is a positive suffix that is desired in human life. The Bengali synonym of the English word 'Ethics' is morality. The essence of morality is the human consciousness and behavior determined by ethics. Morality is firstly a matter of consciousness and secondly it is a behavioral manifestation that people in social life prove in terms of mutual communication. The assurance of what is good and beneficial for people and society lies in morality. Different societies may have different standards of morality, but the principle of morality is the same in all cases. In this tune, the consonant of bad Mars, the expression of humanity. Society sets the standard for morality. So the nature of morality lies in the direction of social customs, justice. The Bengali synonym of English Value is Value. Values and morality are almost synonymous. Values are also a positive motivation in terms of transcendence that is related to human humanity and discretion. Valuation is a combination of all the valuable Aryan qualities. This is a matter of consciousness. According to morality, values are also expressed by people in their actions and behavioral processes. The good news of disciplining one's life in accordance with beauty, humanity, social norms and religious teachings is valued. Following these values is at the root of good citizenship. The essence of values is the consciousness of adherence to the principles and ideals of the wider society while protecting personal freedom. Moral education is not a form of formal education. This teaching is parallel to the better expression of the human mind. It cannot be said that only successful people in formal education will be enriched in moral education. Again, there are examples of many being elevated to moral education without entering the boundaries of formal education. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) he is the one who has left the most ideal teaching of morality for the world humanity. Evidence of moral education has to be kept in mind by applying the spirit of obedience to the motto in all spheres of life. The teaching of morality is not a matter of words but of deeds. The so-called good human performance is also lacking in moral education. All-round welfare determines the nature of moral education by grasping the truth and arranging beautiful posara. Morals and values are related to each other and can be said to be complementary. Just as values are not formed without the teaching of morality, so moral education without the rule of values seems meaningless. It can be said that moral education is the blossoming flower and its value is its color and fragrance. In many cases the issue seems confusing to us. For example, even though many have been taught moral values, there is no evidence of values. That is, there is no guarantee that the moral education of the family or the educational institution will always make people valuable. In fact, the heredity, consciousness and physical characteristics of an individual play a controlling role in this regard. Ashraful Makhlukat is related to morality and values. A person who has no place in ethics and values in his life is a human being, but his place is determined by animals. The prerequisite for human hope or civility is to protect ethics and conduct all conduct in a just manner. A person gets a seat of honor and dignity in the service of moral education and values. Human life became meaningful. Let the moral values of the individual lead the society in a benevolent manner. Discipline and security in social life are inextricably linked with the moral values of people's personal lives. In a society where people's moral values are weak, the society is weak and insecure. In this case, if we look at the life of our current society, we can understand the real situation. In order to inculcate the insecure and difficult life of the people in the society, we must try to increase the power of moral values. The family is the smallest and oldest institution in society. The family not only breeds and nurtures people, but also imparts moral education to them. It is in the family that people take the first lessons of principles and values. Adults give guidance to children about what to do, what not to do in life, what is the result of any work. The family also observes and controls human behavior in the process of growing up. If morality is taught in the family at an early age, then a person will be able to lead a good life. It is unfortunate but true that nowadays there is a rift between family members and there is a decline in the practice of morality among adults. As a result, the family is failing to play the expected role in imparting moral education to the children. This is a matter of concern. In our society, there is a serious decline in morality and values. As a result, our society is becoming increasingly hostile to healthy living and development. Bribery, corruption, terrorism, robbery, deception, drug addiction, adultery have corrupted the society today. Just as these will create obstacles in the way of the formation of morality and values, so injustice will increase due to the lack of moral values. So we have to work from both sides. On the one hand, we have to try to uplift moral education and values, on the other hand, we have to work to prevent all kinds of injustices. Only then can we be saved from this decay. For the formation of moral and values, we have to abide by the prevailing social customs, rules and regulations of religion. In this case, we have to develop the environment and curriculum of formal education in a new form. Restructuring in fragile family structures should be considered. The role of teachers and religious personalities is especially important in this case. Everyone must play an active role in caring for moral values in order to build a healthy and beautiful society for our future generations.

The goal of your life! There is a saying in English - Morning shows the day '- "Looking at the morning, one can understand how the day will go in Bengali" In these two statements there is a wide range of action hints for the future of human life. That is, there is a continuum from childhood to adulthood. In this continuity lies the future course of action, success and failure. People can never walk aimlessly. Those who go, they become confused, failed and failed. A scientist moves forward by making a hypothetical decision before reaching the ultimate success of his discovery. A political party announces a manifesto or program before going to the polls. Before composing a literary novel formulates an outline of its central character or central story. In the same way, a student needs guidance on where to go and what to do in the future. Men will never find an arrow in the midst of uncertainty. Before crossing the sea, Columbus decided that he would return to a new land. The farmer who has decided to reap the harvest has to go ahead with a specific goal, he has to work hard. But he is not tired in this work. Because he knows, what will he do? In the same way, we have to set a goal in our life. Otherwise, there is a strong risk of getting lost. If the goal is fixed, it is not difficult to reach the destination. We also see its truth in English proverbs. An aimless Than is like a slip without a rudder. We have to pave the way first. Then along that path we will be able to reach the edge of the path. When you have to set goals: If you want to achieve success in life, you have to set goals in your student life. Because student life is a time of preparation. Student life must be chosen to achieve a successful and fulfilling life. The curriculum that is started at the beginning of the year in student life is aimed at passing the final examination at the end of the year. The beginning of student life means the forecast of going out for the purpose of career with full preparation. Therefore, it is clear that the goal of the future life must be decided in the student life. However, it is also true that success is not guaranteed only by setting goals, for which tireless work and pursuit is required. Determining the subject of the study: If what will happen in the future is determined or identified, then the beginning of preparation will follow that goal. That is, if I choose a profession involving a doctor, an engineer or a mechanic, the subject of my study will be a science-based curriculum. And if business-oriented care is my goal, then I need to study business education related courses. If I want to be a teacher, a lawyer, a politician, etc., then I have to choose the ‘Humanities’ group. In other words, no matter what profession I set my goal to go to, I have to start preparing accordingly. Needless to say, this task has to be done by the student, not the parent. Imagination or dream people can see a lot, but in real life not all imagination, not all dreams succeed. Especially if there is a lack of effort and pursuit, then the dream may remain a dream, the imagination will not be able to see its intended goal. I am a student. I too have set goals for my future life. Because, it is not possible to achieve better without a goal. I want to be a computer engineer. Many may say, why Bapu is aspiring to be a computer engineer by becoming an ordinary student of town or village! I want to say firmly, yes, I will be a computer engineer. This is my firm conviction, this is my thunderous oath. No matter where I live, I will make my dream come true. I have thought a lot, this is the age of scientific progress. All kinds of opportunities in science can be taken from anywhere today. Now it is becoming a nightmare to take internet connection even in the upazila cities. And who doesn't know, the whole world can be realized by sitting at home through the internet. For the benefit of print media, various unknown information of science can be collected at home today. Hack in the village or hack in any town, if there is electricity, then you have the right to browse or program at will by running the computer. So even though I am a student from a backward area, I don't think it is unrealistic to see the goal of my dream as a reality. Just as the computer is a wonderful device of the modern age, so is computer science. It is better to be a doctor, engineer or agriculturist. Many have done so for quite some time. But computer engineering is a new subject. I am often amazed at the use of computers. The mechanism of computer software fascinates me. So I want to know what's inside! Who made all this! How is it possible to do so much! This curiosity has inspired me to become a computer engineer. Computer mechanism is the latest addition in our country. There are so many changes happening in it at every moment, it doesn't matter. Now, in our opinion, the application of computer is going to be noticed everywhere even in developing countries. The use of computer is noticeable everywhere in research institutes, offices, courts, banks, insurance, institutions. Especially mobileArticle 905 Companies are creating business programs by creating various programs through computers. Recently, computers have also been introduced in the medical field. Rabbits were not common in our country; Maybe one day it will happen. It also needs a computer. Research is incomplete without computers. If we want to take this country, this nation a few steps ahead in terms of science, we have to accept the help of computer, there is no alternative. And in this case I want to contribute as a computer scientist. Participation in national development; I don't want to be a general computer engineer. I will be a computer scientist, a computer researcher. Bangladesh has not yet gained a place of fame in science, although many of the country's most talented students have made a splash in Europe-America with outstanding achievements and talents. I also want to follow in their footsteps. In order to implement the computer world of my imagination, I will go to research and study in developed countries. But my final workplace will be Bangladesh. No matter how much research and help computer science is needed for the national development of Bangladesh, I will do it spontaneously and happily. The goal of my life is being cherished in my heart right now. But I have already started trying to implement my goal. I know that the dream I have in my mind is not easy to realize. But with faith, hard work and conviction, I will be able to reach my goal in life. Encouraged by this vow, “I will do it or I will die,” I pray to my Creator.

*Religious Education* The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said that it is obligatory for every Muslim man and woman to acquire education. The first utterance of the Holy Quran is - "Read in the name of the Lord who created". In other words, education has been given special importance in Islam. Education can be multi-faceted. A type of education for the purpose of meeting the needs of real life, which we call action-oriented education. Other types of education include intellectual practice, theoretical thinking, philosophy of life, scientific thinking, practical education, and so on. But the main goal of education is mental and intellectual development. And the issue of moral values closely associated with mental development. Acquiring religious education is essential for creating moral values. Religious education is a form of life-centered education centered on religion. Religion does not teach discipline only to some people. Religious education is a way of reflecting the overall nature of human life through religious discipline. Moral values are an important part of this education. At one time, the discipline of religious institutions was the principle of education. In the past, education meant the predominance of religious education. At present, education is being considered as a secular social issue in many countries of the world. Many educational institutions in Bangladesh are run under the auspices of religious institutions. Religious matters have been introduced in a completely separate way of education - madrasa education. There are as well. Secular modern education, but in this way religious education was not excluded. It is noteworthy that in the name of modern education, personal interests, self-centeredness, divisiveness and immorality have been associated with the education sector. As a result, the basic purpose of education is being disrupted. It is true that the middle class society of Bangladesh is increasing the rate of education by getting education, but this education is not able to stop their moral decay. As a result, in the current social context, the importance of religious education has become a matter of consideration. Most of the people in Bangladesh are religious. Adherence to the rules of religion is very important to the people of this country. On the other hand, the lack of true religious knowledge is at the root of the social decline of our country. Failure to reflect religious teachings properly in life is also one of the reasons for the erosion of moral values. Religion is introduced for the welfare of the people. One of the goals of Tela Dharma is to make the worldly life of human beings holy, beautiful and smooth. As well as specific guidelines by presenting religion about the afterlife. No religion tolerates injustice, impurity, ugliness and crime. The main purpose of all religions like Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity etc. is to make human life peaceful. Islam says that if the worldly life of man can be built in a beautiful, holy and peaceful way, then peace, happiness and liberation will also come in the worldly life. Islam always calls the people of the world on the path of truth, justice, welfare, brotherhood, peace and generosity. In the education system, it is possible to establish moral values in the life of the students if they can create close acquaintance and involvement with the basic ideals of different religions. Just as a Muslim student does not have the opportunity to learn about Hinduism, a Hindu student does not have a formal knowledge of Islam. But it is true that it is not possible to create an all-religious barrier to religious generosity, tolerance and moral values without understanding the ideals of one's own religion as well as gaining an understanding of the fundamentals of other religions. In that case the underlying purpose of education is likely to be disrupted. The other side of religious education: time is constantly moving. Characteristics of society, hopes and aspirations are constantly changing. Human expectations evolve in the context of the situation and the environment. But religious thought does not always adapt to the evolution of consciousness and ideal society. Human values, justice, brotherhood, benevolent attitudes, etc., are essential aspects of religious education. Religious education can play an important role in maintaining social peace, maintaining order, curbing corruption, establishing justice, and fighting against injustice. The necessity of religious education is therefore immense.

International Women's Day! International Women's Day (originally called International Working Women's Day) is celebrated on March 7 every year. Women all over the world celebrate this day as a major occasion. Celebrating Women's Day in one end of the world. Financial, political and social establishment is more important. The main goal is one of a kind. Somewhere the general respect and reverence for women is the main theme of the celebration. The history of the struggle for the rights of women workers is behind the celebration of this day. In 1857 AD. Women workers in a yarn factory took to the streets of New York to protest against labor inequality, fixed working hours, and the inhumane working environment. In that procession, the government lethal forces repressed. In 1906, the first international women's conference was held in New York under the auspices of the Social Democrat Women's Organization, led by German socialist leader Clara Jetkin. Clara was a German politician; One of the architects of the German Communist Party. Then in 1910 the Second International Women's Conference was held in Copenhagen, Denmark. 100 women representatives from 16 countries participated in it. At the conference, Clara proposed to observe March 8 every year as International Women's Day. It was decided that the day would be celebrated as Women's Equal Rights Day from 1911. Socialists from different countries came forward to celebrate the day. Since 1914, March 8 has been celebrated in several countries. This day has been celebrated in Bangladesh since before independence in 1971. Then on March 7, 1975, international recognition was given. The United Nations has called on various states to observe the day. Since then it has been celebrated all over the world. The day is aimed at reaffirming the commitment to women's equal rights. **Activities of the United Nations:** March 8 is International Women's Day. Although March 7 started in New York, this day became more popular in Europe. Recognizing the importance of this day, the UN General Assembly on 16 December 1986 called upon the member states to observe the day as a day of the year to uphold the historical, national heritage and customs of their respective countries and to establish women's rights and world peace. States are called upon to create the necessary environment to eliminate discrimination against women (Decision-32/142). UN staff observed the day on March 7. Many countries around the world celebrate International Women's Day on the 8th. As women's society has been celebrating March 8 for more than a hundred years, the United Nations declared March 8, 1974 as International Women's Day in recognition of their historic struggle. This declaration paved the way for the political, economic and social emancipation of the disenfranchised women. **Significance of International Women's Day:** The significance of the celebration of International Women's Day is to assess and highlight the extent to which the rights of women around the world have been invincible and the inequalities and obstacles they face. The long history of the role of the United Nations in achieving women's rights is also an important topic of discussion on International Women's Day. **Celebration of International Women's Day:** The Economic and Social Council of the United Nations makes recommendations for the advancement of women in the political, economic and social spheres. In 1952, the Commission of the Status of Women called for a convention on women's political rights, the right to pay VAT, and equal rights to work in the office. In the conventions of 1956 and 1962. The United Nations has taken steps to ensure equality, development and equal rights for women in the areas of equality, development and peace, employment, health and education. In 1972, the General Assembly declared 1975 as World Women's Year. The purpose of the World Women's Year was to fully involve women in gender equality and development and to increase women's contribution to world peace. From 15 June to 2 July 1975, the 1st World Conference on Women was held in Mexico City at the initiative of the United Nations. The United Nations declares 1975 as the Women's Decade. The goal of the Women's Decade was equality, development and peace. The World Conference on Women was held in 1975 in Nairobi, the capital of Kenya. In 1995, the Fourth World Conference on Women was held in Beijing. Today, International Women's Day is officially celebrated as a public holiday in many countries around the world. **Current Status of Women:** Significant progress has been made in the education, health, politics and economy of women in the world. However. There has not been much progress in the rural areas of the developing world. On the other hand, women have not yet been liberated from various forms of discrimination including discrimination, exploitation, rape, abduction, acid throwing, sexual abuse, trafficking in women and murder. Such unfavorable. As a subordinate class. Their actions and labor are not evaluated. In illiterate rural society, this view is more prevalent. *Women's Day is celebrated every year in the environment to inspire the world community towards women's rights. Background of Women's Development in Bangladesh: Women constitute half of the population of Bangladesh. The overall and balanced development of the country cannot be expected by keeping this women society confined within the four walls of the house. The Bangladesh Women's Rehabilitation Foundation, later known as the Bangladesh Women's Rehabilitation and Welfare Foundation, was formed in 1974 for the welfare and rehabilitation of women victims of the War of Independence. The National Women's Organization was formed in 1986 with the aim of making women's development activities comprehensive and well-organized. In 1986, the government created the Department of Women's Affairs and attached special importance to women's development. The Ministry of Women's Affairs was established in 1986 to make the role of women in national development meaningful and active. The first Directorate of Women's Affairs was set up at the government level in 1984 with the aim of accelerating the overall development of the women's society in the country. In 1990, it was transformed into a department. The National Women's Development Policy was announced in 1996 and a 44-member National Women's Council was formed under the leadership of the then Prime Minister. On March 8, 2013, the Prime Minister of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina announced that equality between men and women will be established in Bangladesh by 2021.* **Significance of Women's Day in Bangladesh**: Bangladesh is also active in the global context for the development of women's destiny. The government has specific plans and programs for this. The Ministry of Women and Children Affairs is working separately for the welfare of women. Its functions are national policy on women and children, adoption of development programs, legal and social rights issues for women, creation of opportunities for women's work, etc. In addition to the 45 reserved seats in the National Assembly, women can participate in elections alongside men. There are reserved seats for women in city corporations, municipalities and union councils. There is a special quota system for women in jobs. Empowerment of women in the country is an important goal of the government. Special arrangements exist for women. Yet women's society in Bangladesh lags behind in political, social and economic development. The celebration of Women's Day carries special significance in Bangladesh. Slogan of Women's Day: In order to make the International Women's Year attractive and widely promoted, various slogans are created every year. ****Some of the slogans adopted in different years :**** ***"1998:There is no marriage without a cabin, I want a cabin as soon as I get married*** ***1999:Stop violence against women,*** ***2000: build a happy society "*** *Men's attitude towards women has not changed much In a patriarchal society, women are seen. When International Women's Day comes, we need awareness and self-reflection on these issues. For this reason, the significance of this day in Bangladesh is immense now.*
