Dowry is a disgusting and cursed custom. The lavish and heartless men of the society are the inventors and inheritors of this custom. Although this custom is not recognized in legal terms, it has been prevalent in the society since ancient times. The dowry system is actually a horrible form of violence against women. Women have been the ruthless victims of this custom for ages. They enter the husband's house with the dream of happiness of the husband-world, but soon their dream ends in the darkness of the nightmare due to the poisonous vapor of the dowry system. Hundreds of women's pure aspirations have been shattered by the ruthless practice of dowry. The saddest thing is that this custom still exists in this civilized society of the 21st century. It is an incurable disease that infects all classes of people, rich and poor alike.
Dowry system is the special condition of the debt imposed on the parents of the daughter at the time of marriage. According to this condition, the guardian of the daughter is obliged to provide cash, furniture, gold ornaments, motor vehicle, flat-house, land etc. to the recipient. Such gift items are given for the purpose of giving the bride to a suitable or attractive vessel. If this donation is not voluntary, it becomes a dowry. However, the dowry of marriage is not considered as a dowry in the Muslim society. Some modern sociologists want to consider this as a parental support in the beginning of their family life.
Dowry system was at the root of gambling system in Hindu society. According to Hindu law, a married daughter cannot inherit the father's property. That is why the father used to give his daughter as many gifts as possible during the marriage. In addition, in Hindu culture, the bride has to pay a certain amount of money as a price for marrying her daughter. The nobility system introduced by Raja Ballal Sen is also responsible for this. The parents of the Hindu community wanted to share the respect and dignity of the aristocratic community by providing adequate amounts of gifts. This tendency to give dowry by tempting the potter gradually became a social custom. At one time, almost fortnightly, this greedy tendency took shape in mutual bargaining. As a result, the dowry system became a heinous tool of violence against women by putting pressure on the disabled girl. Although the practice of dowry is strictly forbidden in Islam and Islamic law, the practice gradually spread to the Muslim community in neighboring Hindu communities. First, the daughter side goes to pay the dowry. But due to the boundless lust of the pot party, this practice gradually reached the stage of torture. This is a poisonous evil in our current society. While the social outlook against this practice is negative, the expectation of the couple gaining wealth through marriage is often realized. As a result, the signs of a complete end to the dowry system are far from over.
No matter how many statements we make in favor of women's emancipation and women's emancipation at present, women society has not been freed from the disrespectful dowry of dowry system. Although the progress of women and men in the field of education is almost equal, it is women who are the victims of torture. Even though the status of women in career selection and employment has improved considerably, the issue of dowry has not proved irrelevant. The recipient has the idea that the girl he will marry will bring with him a bunch of gifts which will be worth mentioning. In addition, the wife's paternal property also has a greedy view of the groom. The inhumane nature of the dowry system begins with the promise of a gift from the daughter's parents. This promise is forced to be expressed by the daughter in the face of pressure in most cases. The guardian of the daughter may not be fully capable of fulfilling the promise. As a result dowry is paid as installment. It is not easy for the pot party to accept and force the girl to come from the patriarchal house to dress it. When the guardian of the daughter is incapable in this case, the torture on the daughter begins. The mother, son, father and groom themselves participated in the torture. The nature of the torture is beatings, insults, mental and physical abuse and forcing the girl to return to her father's house. The incidents of killing women as a result of dowry-related torture are not insignificant. Many women choose the path of suicide thinking of the helplessness of their parents or suffering from self-loathing. Literature has also reflected the context of the ruthless social degradation of the dowry system. Rabindranath Tagore's famous 'Haimanti' or 'Dena Paona' story is noteworthy in this context.
Dowry is a condemned practice. It has been prevalent in this country for a long time. It is said that dowry system has originated and spread in our society due to economic reasons. Many fall into poverty and helplessness and accept dowry. But in most cases, this practice is prevalent in the society due to the skyrocketing desire of people for unlimited love and financial gain. Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) is not financially able to lead a married life in poverty. Prohibited to do with thak. So the argument of taking dowry and getting married in poverty does not survive.

Child Labor: Effect and Remedy!
Children are like flowers. Every child comes into the world with the claim of being a footballer and developing beautifully according to the flower, but due to unequal distribution of wealth and social inequality, most of the children in the third world fail to get a favorable opportunity for development. As one of the poorest countries in the third world, child labor in Bangladesh is at an inhumane level.
In general, those who are immature are children. Any activity that provides them with livelihood is called child labor. Childhood is officially recognized in Bangladesh up to the age of eighteen. The International Labor Organization (ILO) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) have banned people from engaging in any form of physical or mental labor until the age of 18, calling it "child labor". The Government of Bangladesh has signed the International Convention on the Rights of the Child and has declared a National Child Policy.
Child labor is widespread in Bangladesh. And the main cause of child labor in Bangladesh is extreme poverty. Many parents send their children to work instead of going to school because of insecurity. Children are employed in hard work, factories, markets and household chores. The field of child labor is quite widespread in this country. The children are engaged in various activities ranging from small mills to breaking stones, selling various items by ferry, driving rickshaws etc. Nowadays, children are also being employed in the bone-crushing work of the garment industry. Besides, children are the main workers in the household work of the city dwellers. Thus, millions of children in Bangladesh are living a dehumanized life due to lack of proper care and education. In Dhaka city alone, there are about 20 lakh slum dwellers and floating lakes. More than half of them are children. They are almost all laborers.
About 30% of the population of Bangladesh is under 18 years of age. On the other hand, 48 percent of the country's population is now living below the poverty line. These poverty-stricken mothers and fathers force their children to take up labor due to poverty. Besides, the parents of this country send their children to work at an early age as there is no job security after receiving education. Political disasters, natural disasters, and the brutal behavior of unruly parents are largely responsible for this problem. Family size and overpopulation are also major causes of this problem. In a family where there are many children, the family will not survive if the children are not raised to support the family. As a result, the growth rate of child labor has been steadily increasing.
Children work everywhere. Sometimes they are involved in more risky work than adults. Some children go abroad or are sent abroad for labor. Some of the children in the village contribute to the family earning work. Many are sent to the homes of well-to-do people. While their young earnings do not alleviate the poverty of their parents, they do alleviate some of the hardships. They do all the household chores from raising cattle in the field along with the farmer-master. Even if they work hard in the rain, they are not given food, begging and affection according to their physical and social development. The workplace of urban child labor is complex and extensive. Factories, garments, garages, shops are full of child laborers. In many cases, working hours, work environment and type of work are risky for healthy normal people. But the children are working in these cases with difficulty. A large number of children work in the homes of people working as boys or girls. In the jinjira and dhaleikhal industries of Dhaka, 80 per cent of the workforce is children.
At the age when children are supposed to go to school with books, forget the world with innocent smiles, children have to be engaged in hard labor. They are deprived of basic human rights even when they are born in a human home. The son or daughter of the housework of educated people does not get a little sweet language, so much leisure, little begging or even the opportunity of healthy accommodation. From morning till late at night, they run here and there according to the spider's web. They fall from the earth one day under the weight of long accumulated fatigue. Otherwise, he grows up with a slender body and faces an embarrassing career. Children risk their lives working in a woodwork workshop or welding factory. Child laborers working in chemical factories are on the verge of certain death. Unspeakable physical and mental torture is inflicted on child laborers everywhere.

2. Everyone must respect international law and principles in the field of child labor.
3. Poor parents need to be able to reduce their dependence on their children through financial assistance.
4. People from all walks of life should be involved in the anti-child labor social movement.
5. We need to show affection towards children as a whole.
6.‘Effective measures need to be taken to enroll and retain every child in school under the Education for All program.
7.Punishment for child labor should be provided.
8.New laws should be enacted to curb child abuse and opportunities should be created so that children can benefit from that law.
It is to be hoped that in order to eradicate child labor, the government has provided employment to 5,000 parents of child laborers in the fiscal year 2008-09 by providing micro-loans worth Tk 3.56 crore.

Those who are students today are the leaders of the nation in the future. So students need to be aware of their responsibilities and duties. It is not enough to keep oneself engaged only in biblical education or study related activities. They have to prepare themselves as future leaders by fulfilling their responsibilities towards the society and the nation. And the biggest and most important field for the students to fulfill this social responsibility may be to eradicate the curse of illiteracy from the country. The more students become involved in the literacy movement, the faster the country will become illiterate. The nation expects effective contribution from them in this regard.
Literacy in Bangladesh at present Image: Bangladesh is one of the poorest countries in the world. There are many problems in this country, but there are insufficient resources to solve the problem. Evidence of backwardness in various fields can be found in the field of education as well. According to the 2009 survey, the literacy rate in the country was 57.6 percent. Although the literacy rate has increased significantly in recent times, it is now not more than 72 percent. It is, of course, official. According to experts, the literacy rate in Bangladesh will not be above 50 percent. Although the government estimates are correct, 37 percent of the population is illiterate. With so many illiterate people, the nation cannot stand on its own two feet in the world. So the issue of building an illiterate country is very important.

Therefore, illiterate people are considered as a burden for the country and the nation. In order to take the country forward, first of all, its people have to be freed from the curse of illiteracy. The main reason why Bangladesh has not yet achieved the desired progress in the socio-economic field is illiteracy and backwardness in the field of education. Therefore, in the interest of national development, first of all the country must be made illiterate.
The government has taken various programs to eradicate the curse of illiteracy from the country. The government has made primary education compulsory so that every child between the ages of 8-11 in the country can be enrolled in school and receive primary education. In order to ensure the enrollment of children in schools, the government has taken steps to make primary education unpaid as well as provide free textbooks, food for education, stipends for education, etc. Besides, it has taken up programs like adult education, mass education, non-formal education and overall literacy movement. **Involvement in government programs**: Students can involve themselves in government programs such as non-formal education, universal literacy movement (TLM), mass education, etc. to eradicate illiteracy. They can volunteer at night schools, especially for adult education. The participation of students is especially desirable in the success of various campaigns, motivational programs, rallies, etc. of the government.
**Creation of social institutions**: Students can form various clubs, social organizations and associations and conduct literacy programs through them. It is very easy to conduct nocturnal adult education activities on the initiative of one's own club or association. In the meantime, the success of such institutional initiatives in different parts of the country has been proved. They can get involved with various NGOs or seek help to make their organizational activities successful.
**Playing a role in their own environment:** Each student has an illiterate lake in his own home, in the vicinity of the house and in the relatives' quarters. The country and the nation will benefit if they sign these illiterate people on a personal level. A student can easily do the oil work by signing the children of his homeworker or workaholic. Neighbors and relatives who are close to each other can easily spread the word about literacy at certain times of the day or during long vacations.

Communal Harmony!
The feeling of friendship, camaraderie and brotherhood between people of different races, ethnicities, communities and religions is therefore communal harmony. However, to say precisely communal harmony does not mean the possibility of people of different religions. From time immemorial, our liberal fields of Bangladesh - deserts, green trees and clear streams of innumerable rivers have taught us generosity of heart, affection and love for each other. It is the character of the nature of this green Bengal that is love, not violence. Love for each other this is like the people and nature of this country.
No country or nation can be made up of a single ethnicity and religious community. People of different ethnicities, castes and religions come together to form a society and a state. Communal harmony is a cordial and friendly relationship between different castes and religions, such as Bengalis, tribes, Hindus, Buddhists, Christians and Muslims. Today, communal conflicts are undermining everything from world peace to social order. Against this background, the need for communal harmony has intensified.
The poison of communal disharmony; Throughout the ages, humanity has been overwhelmed by communal conflicts in different countries. Inter-religious and inner-religious conflicts of different religions have shed the most blood on the face of the earth. Conflicts between sects such as Catholics, Protestants, Orthodox, etc. among Christians created a long period of instability throughout Europe. Shia, Sunni and sectarian conflicts among Muslims have claimed thousands of lives. Thousands of men and women have died in Hindu-Muslim riots in India. Muslim-Christian conflicts in Eastern Europe, Serb-Croat-Albanian, Turkish-Cypriot, Indonesian and Muslim-Christian conflicts in Sudan have not yet been eradicated. In this way, sectarian discrimination has given birth to a toxic environment around the world.
Communal harmony is a prerequisite for social progress and economic development. It is also important for the safety of human life and the preservation of human values. Many countries in the world have failed to achieve the desired progress due to communal conflicts. It is the work of communal evil to play with people's precious lives. Some people are always trying to take advantage of the situation by drawing a line between people. It is an irrational act to risk one's own life and the beautiful future of the next generation. Everyone should try to protect everyone, irrespective of race and religion, from the shadow of evil and evil.

In particular, with the abolition of the Partition of Bengal in 1905 and the Partition of Bengal in 1911, the communal poison was intensified.
Partition of Bengal - In the post-war political climate, communal conflict in our subcontinent brings a catastrophe for humanity. After the partition of the country in 1947 on the basis of biracialism, the lives of millions of men and women fell into riots. Due to the communal conflict, Hindus left everything in Pakistan and Muslims migrated to Pakistan from India. The Hindu-Muslim riots of 1971 were horrific all over India. The rise of Hindutva political power in India in the nineties wreaked havoc on communal harmony. Thousands of men and women lost their lives due to this. In recent times (2002) Hindu-Muslim riots in Gujarat, India have been a stigma of the 21st century. Another scandal is the 2012 communal riots in Myanmar. A large number of Muslims were killed in the riots and their houses were set on fire.
There is a glorious tradition of communal harmony in Bangladesh. Even after that, in the first half of the twentieth century, in the post-1947 period and in 1971, there was a serious rift between Hindus and Muslims in Bangladesh. During the political upheaval in 1971 and 1973, there were incidents of persecution of the minority community in some parts of the country. In response to the demolition of the Babri Masjid in India in 1992, there was intense anger in this country as well. Many old Buddhist temples and Buddha statues were destroyed in communal riots in Ramu, Cox's Bazar in 2013. Basically, it cannot be called a communal riot in the broadest sense. Because it was the work of some miscreants. It did not have the participation of a large population. In short, a tradition of communal harmony is still intact in this country. People of all communities including Hindus, Muslims, Buddhists and Christians are living in harmony in this country. Bangladesh has set an example in the world of communal harmony.
There is no place for communalism in any corner of the world. Basically, human welfare is the only goal of all religions. The holy religion of Islam has not only encouraged communal harmony, it has made it obligatory to maintain harmony. Islam considers the creation of sedition in society to be a heinous crime rather than murder. The Islamic State has special arrangements for the security of the lives and property of followers of other religions. In other words, communalism is hated by all religions, although religious businessmen use religion to destroy communal harmony.
What we have to do; Every well-meaning person should spread the message of welfare to remove communal poison from the society. We have to remember that immortal saying of Chandidas. Every human being must be viewed from a human point of view outside our religious identity.
Happiness - Peace, economic prosperity, security above all, communal harmony must be upheld at any cost.
Public Service!
Society has been built by man since the dawn of creation. The people of the society make life beautiful and happy through interdependence. And the environment of public service or social service has been developed by taking shelter of interdependence. People in society. Not everyone is equal. Different classes of people live through various adversities. Sometimes disaster strikes. Then people have to go ahead to save people. The idea of public service was born out of this empathy and responsibility of the people of the society.
The main melody of all religions of the world is the welfare of human beings in this world and in the hereafter. The consciousness of social service is related to the welfare of worldly life. In fact, social service is a part of human moral responsibility. Because, people are able to develop themselves with the help of society. Therefore, it is necessary for him to contribute to the welfare of the society. The command to contribute to human welfare has come from the Absolute Creator. God has forbidden selfishness, miserliness, greed, violence, hatred and misconduct. Instructed to make life overall benevolent. There is no need for anything in the silent and silent corner of Allah. Yet he begs for mercy from those who can afford it.
Social service has become a profession for many today. In fact, these professional social workers are only servants of their own interests. In fact, in the name of social service in our country, the pursuit of self-interest is going on. Capitalizing on the misery of the common people, some lakes are busy planting their own sugarcane. In fact, public service must be spontaneous and voluntary. The way we worry about our relatives - suffering or danger; The way we devote ourselves to their welfare; In the same way, we should be dedicated to every person in the society. Public service can be said to be a tool of self interest, either for show or for social and political gain. There should be no corner of interest with the service. Some do social work to become leaders, some do social work to evade government taxes, and some do social work to get applause from ten people. কর প্রদান ও পেনশন আদায় দুর্নীতি: ট্রান্সপারেন্সি ইন্টারন্যাশনাল বাংলাদেশ ২০১৩ এর একটি প্রতিবেদন অনুসারে, ৪০১% মানুষ আয়কর দেওয়ার সময় গড়ে ৭.৪৮ টাকা ঘুষ দেয়। ১৪% লোক রুপি দেয়। পরিবহন করের জন্য ৩,১।এবং ৯% অর্থ প্রদান করে। হোল্ডিং ট্যাক্সের জন্য ১% লোককে পেনশন সংগ্রহের সময় গড়ে ৮,০০০ টাকা ঘুষ হিসাবে দিতে হয়।
দুর্নীতি নিয়ন্ত্রণের বিভিন্ন কারণ নিম্নরূপ:
রাজনৈতিক প্রভাব: বাংলাদেশের বর্তমান সামাজিক প্রেক্ষাপটে প্রশাসনে রাজনৈতিক প্রভাব লক্ষণীয়। প্রশাসনিক আধিকারিকরা তাদের নিজস্ব স্বার্থের জন্য রাজনৈতিক দলগুলির উপর নির্ভরশীল। আমলাতান্ত্রিক দুর্নীতি স্বাভাবিকভাবেই বেড়ে যায় কারণ রাজনৈতিক প্রক্রিয়াটি দুর্নীতিগ্রস্থ এবং প্রশাসনের উপর অযাচিত প্রভাব ফেলে।
স্বচ্ছতা এবং জবাবদিহিতার অভাব: প্রশাসনে স্বচ্ছতা এবং জবাবদিহিতার অভাব সমাজ ও রাজ্যের বিভিন্ন স্তরে দুর্নীতির অন্যতম কারণ। বাংলাদেশের প্রশাসন উপনিবেশিক আমলের প্রশাসনিক কাঠামোর একটি উত্তরাধিকার, যেখানে দায়বদ্ধতার প্রক্রিয়া অনুপস্থিত।
কর্তব্য অবহেলা: নির্দিষ্ট দায়িত্ব পালনকারী ব্যক্তির অবহেলাও দুর্নীতির অন্যতম কারণ। সময় মতো কাজ না করা, ফাইলটির সাথে লেগে থাকা, জটিলতা তৈরি করা এবং দুর্নীতির সাথে জড়িত হওয়া।
তথ্যের অধিকারের অভাব: বিভিন্ন পরিষেবা এবং রাষ্ট্রীয় তথ্যে জনসাধারণের অ্যাক্সেসের অভাবে দুর্নীতির সম্ভাবনা বাড়ে।
আর্থ-সামাজিক কারণ: আর্থ-সামাজিক কারণগুলির কারণে দেশে দুর্নীতিও ঘটে।
উচ্চাভিলাষ; দুর্নীতি জীবন, শক্তি, খ্যাতি এবং সম্পদের উচ্চাকাঙ্ক্ষাকে বাড়িয়ে তোলে। রাতারাতি সামাজিক প্রতিষ্ঠার তীব্র আকাঙ্ক্ষা দুর্নীতির বিকাশের একটি শক্ত বাধা।

বর্ধমান বিচ্ছিন্নতাবাদী প্রবণতা: বর্তমান পুঁজিবাদী সমাজে জনগণের মধ্যে বিচ্ছিন্নতার প্রবণতা বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে এবং ফলস্বরূপ মানুষের লোভ দিন দিন বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। যখন ছোট স্বার্থ সন্তুষ্ট করার কথা আসে তখন লোকেরা বড় স্বার্থ সম্পর্কে ভুল হয় কারণ দুর্নীতি প্রচুর পরিমাণে হয়।
আয়-ব্যয় বৈষম্য: পণ্যমূল্য বৃদ্ধির ফলে সাধারণ জনগণ, বিশেষত সরকারী কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীদের তাদের সাধারণ আয়ের জীবনযাত্রা ব্যয় করা কঠিন হয়ে পড়েছে। অনেকে এটিকে দুর্নীতির অন্যতম কারণ হিসাবে চিহ্নিত করেছেন। বলা হয়ে থাকে সরকারী কর্মকর্তারা মূলত দুর্নীতির জন্য দায়ী।

(চ) বেআইনী উত্স থেকে তহবিল সংগ্রহ করা হচ্ছে না তা নিশ্চিত করে।
এই প্রত্যক্ষ এবং অপ্রত্যক্ষ সমস্যাগুলির সাথে একাধিক সমস্যা জড়িত।
এগুলির যথাযথ প্রয়োগের প্রমাণ পেলে দুর্নীতি রোধ করা হবে। দুর্নীতি বাংলাদেশে একটি জটিল সামাজিক সমস্যা হিসাবে আত্মপ্রকাশ করেছে। এই ব্যাপক দুর্নীতির অনেক কারণ রয়েছে। কখনও দারিদ্র্যের কারণে, কখনও স্বার্থপরতার কারণে, কখনও দুর্নীতির কারণে হলেও দুর্নীতির সম্ভাবনা থাকে না। এরকম পরিস্থিতির কারণে দুর্নীতি হয়। সুশাসনের অভাব দুর্নীতিতে উত্সাহ দেয়। প্রশাসনের উন্নতি না হলে রাজনৈতিক ও প্রশাসনিক দুর্নীতি বেড়ে যায়। তদুপরি, আইনের শাসন না থাকা এবং রাজনৈতিক নেতৃত্বের অসততা ও দুর্বলতা দুর্নীতি বৃদ্ধির অন্যতম কারণ।
আইনী ও প্রশাসনিক কারণ: দেশে দুর্নীতির প্রধান কারণ হ'ল আইনী ও প্রশাসনিক দুর্বলতা। এর সাথে জড়িত রয়েছে অনেক দিক। উদাহরণস্বরূপ, জাতীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানের অদক্ষতা: যেসব সংস্থাগুলিতে গণতন্ত্র এবং জাতীয় অখণ্ডতা ব্যবস্থা যেমন সংসদ, বিচার বিভাগ, জনপ্রশাসন, মিডিয়া, নাগরিক সমাজ ইত্যাদি অন্তর্ভুক্ত রয়েছে তাদের মধ্যে স্বাধীন ভূমিকা নিরপেক্ষভাবে কাজ করা এবং স্বচ্ছতা, নিরপেক্ষতা নিশ্চিত করা এবং অন্যান্য প্রতিষ্ঠানে জবাবদিহিতা। তৈরি করার জন্য যদি এই প্রতিষ্ঠানের স্বাধীনতা এবং নিরপেক্ষতা নিশ্চিত না করা হয় তবে দেশে দুর্নীতির মাত্রা বৃদ্ধি পায়।
কার্যকর সংসদ: সুশাসন প্রতিষ্ঠার জন্য কার্যকর সংসদ প্রয়োজন। সংসদীয় ব্যবস্থায় গণতন্ত্রকে শক্তিশালী করার জন্য একটি গতিশীল সংসদ প্রয়োজন। সংসদে প্রশ্নোত্তর পর্বের দিকে দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করা, গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয়গুলি নিয়ে আলোচনা করা, বিভিন্ন বিধি সম্পর্কে বক্তব্য দেওয়া এবং একটি শক্তিশালী কমিটি ব্যবস্থা রাখা জরুরি। এই পদ্ধতি অবলম্বন করে প্রশাসনের জবাবদিহিতা নিশ্চিত করা যায়। বিশেষত সংসদে সরকারী হিসাব সম্পর্কিত স্থায়ী কমিটি দুর্নীতি দমন ও সুশাসন প্রতিষ্ঠায় গুরুত্বপূর্ণ ভূমিকা নিতে পারে।
একটি স্বাধীন বিচার বিভাগ এবং আইনের শাসন প্রতিষ্ঠা: - দেশে আইনের শাসন প্রতিষ্ঠিত হলে দুর্নীতি হ্রাস পাবে। এটির জন্য একটি স্বাধীন বিচার বিভাগ প্রয়োজন। বিচার বিভাগকে প্রশাসন ও সংসদের প্রভাব থেকে মুক্ত থাকতে হবে। দুর্নীতিগ্রস্থ ব্যক্তির বিরুদ্ধে উপযুক্ত আইনী ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করতে হবে। আইনের দৃষ্টিতে সবাই সমান এবং কেউই আইনের র্ধ্বে নয় - এটি সমাজে প্রতিষ্ঠিত হতে হবে। তাহলে দেখা যাবে যে আইন প্রয়োগের যথাযথ প্রয়োগের ফলে লোকেরা দুর্নীতি এড়িয়ে চলেছে।
সক্রিয় দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন: দুর্নীতি রোধে নিরপেক্ষ, স্বতন্ত্র ও সক্রিয় দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন প্রয়োজন। দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশনের কোনও ব্যক্তি বা প্রতিষ্ঠানের বিরুদ্ধে অভিযোগ তদন্ত করার এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ব্যবস্থা নেওয়ার ক্ষমতা থাকা উচিত। কমিশনের অন্যতম কাজ হ'ল একটি স্বতন্ত্র ও নিরপেক্ষ ভূমিকা বজায় রেখে দুর্নীতি রোধে কার্যকর ভূমিকা পালন করা। সরকার কমিশনকে নিঃশর্ত আর্থিক, কারিগরি ও প্রশাসনিক সহায়তা দেবে। রাজধানী থেকে বিভিন্ন স্তরে দুর্নীতিবিরোধী হটলাইন স্থাপন, বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক, জাতীয় রাজস্ব বোর্ড এবং কমিশনের মধ্যে সরাসরি যোগাযোগ, বিশেষ দলযুক্ত সমস্ত সরকারী সংস্থার পূর্ণ তদন্ত, তদন্তে জড়িত কর্মকর্তাদের দক্ষতা বিকাশের পর্যাপ্ত প্রশিক্ষণ এবং কর্মীরা। জবাবদিহিতা ও সৎকর্মের পুরষ্কারের বিধান করা উচিত।
উপযুক্ত বেতনের কাঠামো এবং পর্যাপ্ত পারিশ্রমিক: সরকারী কর্মকর্তা ও কর্মচারীদের জন্য সুষম বেতনের কাঠামোয় এবং যেখানে বাজারদরের সাথে সামঞ্জস্য রয়েছে সেখানে পর্যাপ্ত পারিশ্রমিক নির্ধারণ করতে হবে। পণ্যের দাম বাড়ার সাথে সাথে বেতন এবং অন্যান্য সুবিধা সমন্বয় করতে হবে।
দুর্নীতিবিরোধী সামাজিক আন্দোলন সৃষ্টি: দুর্নীতি একটি সামাজিক ব্যাধি। তাই দুর্নীতি দমন ও সাধারণ মানুষের স্বতঃস্ফূর্ত প্রতিরোধ রোধে রাষ্ট্রীয় উদ্যোগের প্রয়োজন। সুশীল সমাজ, বিশেষত যুবসমাজকে দুর্নীতি রোধে সক্রিয় ভূমিকা নিতে হবে। ১৯৪৮ থেকে ১৯৫২ সালের ভাষা আন্দোলন, ১৯৫২ সালের শিক্ষা আন্দোলন, ১৯৬৯ সালের গণ-অভ্যুত্থান , ১১ দফার সাথে- এদেশের যুব সমাজ মুক্তির নামে সর্বস্তরে বঞ্চিত, নিপীড়িত জাতিকে দেখিয়েছে। আমাদের দেশ, যা একাত্তরের মহান মুক্তিযুদ্ধের লক্ষ লক্ষ জীবন ব্যয়ে অর্জিত হয়েছিল, বিশ্বের ইতিহাসে এক অনন্য নজির স্থাপন করেছে। এই দেশের যুবকরা বারবার প্রমাণ করেছে যে আমরা হারিনি, আমরা সফল হয়েছি, আমরাও পারি। কেবলমাত্র দেশের প্রতি তরুণদের অকৃত্রিম ভালবাসা এবং দায়বদ্ধতা এই দুর্নীতিবিরোধী সামাজিক আন্দোলনকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে পারে।
গণমাধ্যমের কার্যকর ভূমিকা: দুর্নীতি দমন, স্বচ্ছতা ও জবাবদিহিতা প্রতিষ্ঠা করে সুশাসন নিশ্চিত করতে স্বাধীন গণমাধ্যমের ভূমিকা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। সমাজে দুর্নীতি ও অনিয়মের তথ্য অনুসন্ধান ও প্রকাশ করে মিডিয়া দুর্নীতি রোধে কার্যকর ভূমিকা নিতে পারে।
আন্তর্জাতিক উদ্যোগ: দুর্নীতির আন্তর্জাতিক প্রভাবকে স্বীকৃতি দিয়ে জাতিসংঘের সাধারণ পরিষদ ১৯৯৭ সালে জাতিসংঘের ঘুষ এবং আন্তর্জাতিক বাণিজ্যে দুর্নীতি সম্পর্কিত ঘোষণাপত্র গ্রহণ করে। পরবর্তীকালে, জাতিসংঘের সাধারণ পরিষদ ৩১ অক্টোবর ২০০৩-এ দুর্নীতি দমন সনদ গৃহীত করে, এর লক্ষ্য নিয়ে বিশ্বব্যাপী দুর্নীতির বিস্তার রোধ করা, যা ২০০৩ সালের ৮ ডিসেম্বর মেক্সিকো মেরিডায় স্বাক্ষরের জন্য খোলা হয়েছিল। এ কারণে 9 ডিসেম্বর আন্তর্জাতিক দুর্নীতি দমন দিবস হিসাবে ঘোষণা করা হয়েছে। প্রায় দেড়শ দেশ এই সনদে স্বাক্ষর করেছে। সরকার কর্তৃক এই সনদের স্বাক্ষরের ফলস্বরূপ, ২ 26 ফেব্রুয়ারী ২০০ since সাল থেকে বাংলাদেশকে এই জাতিসংঘের এই গুরুত্বপূর্ণ সনদের অংশীদার দেশ হিসাবে অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হয়েছে।

রাইজিং বেকার: ভয়াবহ বেকার সমস্যার কারণে বাংলাদেশে দুর্নীতিও বাড়ছে। বেকারত্বের অভিশাপ থেকে মুঞ্জি। আশা করি সে চাকরির জন্য জমি বিক্রি করে ঘুষ দেয়। তিনি তার পরিষেবার সময় আবার সুযোগটি বুঝতে পেরেছিলেন এবং ক্ষতিটি মেনে নিয়েছেন।
