Fight back for your self-esteem

Hi everyone! What's going on? What are weather conditions in your area? Here the sun is shining brightly, and heat is unbearably, specially during Ramadan, so we avoid going out and mostly spend it at home. But nowadays load shedding is a main problem, as it go down after every hour, so you can imagine how difficult it would be to bear the scorching heat of the day.

Anyway it's the matter of every day life, so what could we do expect criticizing our leaders and government, who are unable to handle this situation, or to provide facilities to people. They are only concerned with the seat, and will do anything to get it, but no one will think about the betterment of the country. Recently, political situation is not good in my country, and corrupt leaders are ruling us without our will. I pray for the betterment of my country, and may Almighty keep it save from all kind of conspiracies. Ameen.

Self-esteem

Never compromise on your self respect no matter how hard the situation is, because people can do anything to let you down for their personal sake, but once your self respect is gone, no one is gonna give you more respect. It is you, who is protector of your self-esteem, so try to know your power, and never let anybody degraded you.

In some areas, women are facing the utter discrimination by their in-laws, who give them ill treatment, and never give them their rights. But instead of fighting back, women try to bear this severe treatment just to save their relationship. They are forced from society to live in this relationship till their last breathe, and they never ask for their rights with the threat of being criticize by society. A divorced woman is never given any respect, and looked down upon by the society. Their life become hell after getting divorce, so they prefer to live in the forced relationship for whole life.

A girl live near my area, who was married few years ago, and now she had three kids. But the behavior of her husband, and her mother in-law is not good to her and they give her inferior treatment. But she is still enduring this suffering, and compromising on her self-esteem, just to save her house. I always get amazed to see her tolerating their sickness, and wrongdoings, and the way she is compromising on her self-respect. She should at least try to defend herself, and should speak for her rights, otherwise they will mistreat her for whole life.

An example of another woman is also infront of us, who never care for other's opinion, and did her best to defend her rights. She prefered to file a divorce in the court, instead of living a life of trouble and misfortune. I appreciate her decision, because she never cared for this society, and spoke up for her rights. No matter it be a man or women, owner or slave, he/she shouldn't compromise for his self-esteem, and muster up his courage to fight back to defend himself. Because this life is given for once, and everyone have a equal right to live it in good way.
