Today I am going to talk about a very serious problem that is insomnia. Actually nowadays I am affected by this problem. We can say it is a short term problem or a long term disease. Actually there are lots of reasons behind insomnia. During the whole of October I can't sleep peacefully. 😪
Insomnia is actually a very annoying sleeping disorder in which we can't sleep properly means sleep does not come easily and it's very complicated to sleep for some longer. In insomnia we get up again and again during sleep and different thoughts continuously roaming in our mind which is a very annoying condition.
In this condition we cannot sleep with a relaxing mind even for one hour. This condition may be very dangerous for health. So many reasons are behind insomnia like,
Late night mobile usage
Yes, this is a very big problem of insomnia. Actually I am suffering from insomnia nowadays due to late night mobile usage. I like a TV series so much that is why I regularly watch that particular drama just before sleeping which causes a sleeping disorder in me. It's a Turkish drama serial ertugrul. I think we should always stop using mobile phones and computers about one hour before sleeping to enjoy a healthy sleep. Actually blue light is very dangerous for eyes when used in the dark, it can damage the sensitive cells of eyes and greatly affects the eyesight.
Unhealthy snacks
It is also very dangerous to take unhealthy snacks just before sleeping. I will tell you one of my personal experiences about this. About 6 years ago, I was very addicted to eating unhealthy foods and snacks just before sleeping like chips, fried items, spicy noodles, soft drinks etc. This habit ruined me in different ways like, i gained much weight, different body internal disorders and vomiting and sleeping disorder. As we all know, unhealthy body weight welcomes many diseases. Then I visited a doctor and told her all about my condition. She just prescribed me to maintain weight and eat healthy food. She told me to stop eating after 8pm maximum. Thank God now I have normal weight and good health.
Say goodbye to Random Thoughts
It's very necessary to say goodbye to Thoughts especially before sleeping. Mostly we start pondering before sleeping when we feel that now we are free from other daily routine works. The result is that our thinking becomes too elongated and we turn to insomnia. Our mind is just like a machine and its control is in our hands. If we do not stop it ,it never stops and turns into a drastic condition and we attempt anxiety, depression and so many other health problems. Depression is a leading cause of heart and high blood pressure disease. A good, healthy and relaxing 7 to 8 hours of sleep is the root of good health. I regularly sleep at 11pm and get up early in the morning. Besides this, at night 12 to 2am is the best time for skin reappearing. So you must moisturize your skin before sleeping to get extra benefits.
My personal and very effective trick for healthy sleeping _ yes it's a really effective trick which i am going to share with you. I have used this for about one week and the results are amazing. Taking one cup of hot water before sleeping is very good for good sleep. Hot water keeps you hydrated over the night and provides a relaxing effect on body muscles that really helps in healthy sleep. Hot milk is more good for healthy sleeping but for those people who easily digest milk at night. Because some people have no capability to digest milk at night. Milk has various healthy amino acids and proteins that initiate a healthy sleeping cycle.

Secondly, you have all bad habbit . Over use of phone, eat spicy food . No doubt me too like it few hours ago i eaten fries but as good doctor my advice is that stay away. But also enjoy life :) Best of luck!
