Earth's Natural Air Conditioner Trees are an important part of every society. Our streets, parks, playground and backyard are made of trees that create a peaceful, aesthetically pleasant environment. Trees increase our quality of life by bringing natural elements and wildlife habitats into the urban environment. We gather in the cool shade during outdoor activities with family and friends. Many neighborhoods are also home to many old trees which are a great source of historical landmarks and pride of the city. To remove sunlight, the use of trees in cities reduces the effect of heat island due to floors and commercial buildings. Trees are of invaluable importance for our environment and human health. Lush trees give us clean water to drink, air to breathe, shade and food to humans, animals and plants. They provide shelter, cooking and heat for animals and plants and materials for places of spiritual, cultural and recreational importance. Trees are very important for the health of the global environment and the generations living there, and they need our unconditional care and protection. Trees help clear our breathing air. Trees absorb harmful pollutants and release clean oxygen for us to breathe with the help of their leaves and barks. In the urban environment, trees absorb contaminated gasses such as nitrogen oxide, ozone, and carbon monoxide, and sweep away particles such as dust and smoke. Rising levels of carbon dioxide are caused by deforestation and heat in the atmosphere due to the combustion of fossil fuels. Healthy, strong trees act as carbon sinks, offset carbon and reduce climate change impacts. Trees get rainwater and keep them in the ground. It prevents clean water from flowing and being lost in drains. With this they also work as watershed and stop flood water slowly for some time before leaving the land and environment. Therefore, they maintain the water base of an area and provide us with a water bed. Tree roots system nature has made it so good that it prevents downstream soil from flowing during rain and floods thus preventing landsliding and soil erosion. Trees host complex micro-habitants. When young, they give shelter and food to the wonderful communities of birds, insects, licks and fungi. When ancient, their trunk species, such as bats, wood boring beetles, and wooden beetles, also provide the necessary hollow cover. An adult oak can be home to more than 500 different species. Richmond park is full of such trees, one of which is named the national nature reserve and place of special scientific interest. Trees, which provide shade and act as natural air conditioners, play an important role in helping to build cities that are more resilient to extreme temperatures. It will grow more as the climate gets warmer. Trees can carry plenty of water: an adult tree can carry up to 150 liters of water per day. In a hot, dry place such as Perth it produces an equal cooling effect of two air conditioners running for 20 hours. Thanks for Reading. Lead image: Unsplash

Food Poisoning Food poisoning is a disease caused by eating contaminated food. It's usually not serious and most people get better in a few days without treatment. In most cases of food poisoning, food is contaminated with bacteria, such as salmonella or escherichia coli (e. coli). They can enter our food or the liquid they drink. We cannot taste, smell or see these germs (not without at least microscope). But although they are small, they can have a powerful effect on the body. When germs that cause food poisoning enter our system, they can emit toxic materials. These are poisonous poisons (the cause of the name "food poisoning"), and can cause diarrhea and vomiting. Food pollution can occur at any point of production: to grow, to harvest, to process, to store, to transmit or to prepare. Cross contamination - the transfer of harmful organisms from one level to another - is often the cause. It is particularly disturbing for raw, ready to eat, such as salad or other products. As these foods are not cooked, harmful organisms are not destroyed before eating and can cause food poisoning. A lot of bacterial, viral or parasitic agents cause food poisoning. The following table shows some potential contaminants, when you can start to feel the symptoms and the spread of the organism in general. I think following some precautions will save us from food poisoning… Don't buy frozen or cold foods that are left out of the freezer, and only buy hot foods that are boiling hot. Check that the serving staff USES separate spoons when handling separate food types such as meat and vegetables. Check that serving staff wear gloves when handling food, but when they are cleaning surfaces or taking money. Make sure to identify the egg provider in the carton, and never buy cracked or dirty eggs. Use different utensils/copying boards for raw and cooked foods so that pollution can be avoided. Fruits/vegetables, fish/seafood, meat/chicken or raw/cooked foods can help to dedicate different color cutting boards. Wash your hands. Make sure to rub with warm water and soap before and after handling the food and after using the bathroom. Thanks Lead image from Unsplash.
Hope Hoping for a result that will somehow improve your life. It can not only help to make the present situation more bearable, but it can also improve our lives, because imagining a better future encourages you to take steps to get it done. Whether we think about it or not, hope is part of everyone's life. Everyone hopes for something. Hoping is an inherent part of being human. Hope helps us to explain what we want in our future and it is part of the self narrative about our life that we all are running in our minds. Hope is the source of energy. It helps us keep one foot in front of the other to see something better and move forward. When we feel hopeful for the future, we are ready to embrace the day in the morning. We are ready to work hard, struggle, deal with these obstacles and overcome them. Hope keeps us going when we hit the brick wall. It reminds us why we are on this path and there are chances of something going good. Optimism can only mean the difference between a person who lives and the person who lives his life to the fullest. Hope has the power to overcome all obstacles. When difficulties arise and we feel uncomfortable, we have the power to get out of this hole in hope. Hope remembers The Times when we went through difficult times and assure us that we can spend it through more uncertain, dark times. Hope believes in looking impossible, which allows us to go after our wild dreams. Keeping a clear view of what is important and what we want to contribute and achieve also contributes to hope. When you are reminded of your big goals, the things that make you wake up in the morning, you reconnect with your deepest values. Then, you are more likely to remain intact because a lifestyle that comes from being close to your values helps you prevail despite obstacles. Thanks!! Lead image from Unsplash.

Antibiotics and Probiotics Antibiotic, a chemical substance produced by a living organism, usually a microorganism, which is harmful to other microorganisms. Antibiotics are usually produced by soil microorganisms and potentially represent a source by which organisms in a complex environment, such as soil, control the growth of competing microorganisms. Microorganisms that produce antibiotics useful in the prevention or treatment of disease include bacteria and fungi. Although some bacteria can cause disease and pain, you need bacteria to stay alive and healthy. Good or friendly bacteria are commonly called probiotics. Probiotics are living bacteria and yeast that have many health benefits on your body. These benefits include the maintenance and balance of good bacteria in your digestive system. It can be particularly beneficial if you have just suffered from a disease or are taking treatment like antibiotics. Antibiotics play an important role in killing bad bacteria. But as these destroy infections, they can also damage good bacteria in your intestines, resulting in diarrhea for a few days or weeks after stopping taking medication. The main function of probiotics, or good bacteria, is to maintain a healthy balance in your body. Think about keeping your body neutral. When someone is sick, bad bacteria enter the body and duplicate again and again in number. It makes your body out of balance. Good bacteria work to fight bad bacteria and restore balance within your body, making you feel better. The microbiotics of the human body are made up of probiotics, bad bacteria, fungus and viruses. Probiotics can help you maintain the right balance to help you stay healthy. Thanks. https://unsplash.com/s/photos/antibiotics-and-probiotics

My Thoughts about Social Media Social media refers to the means of interaction among people in which they create, share and/or exchange information and ideas in virtual communities and networks. The office of communications and marketing manages central facebook, twitter, instagram, linkedin and youtube accounts. Social media has severely affected people and the whole world. We are so dependent on technology and social media that without it living cannot be imagined. From making connections through connectivity around the world, from online business to digital marketing, from creating brand loyalty to awareness, social media has greatly influenced our lives. Connectivity is one of the most basic advantages of social media. It is capable of connecting an infinite number of people from any location at any time. Thanks to social media and its integration, information can be transmitted all over the world and it has never been easy to build relationships with each other. On the other hand, social media addiction is very bad and can also disturb personal life. Youth are most affected by social media addiction. They join very widely and are eventually cut off from society. It can also waste individual time which could be used in productive tasks and activities. While it is true that social media helps to build distant friendships, it can have a negative impact on the relationships of those close to them. Students who use social media more can lose relationships with their loved ones. They can be so much addicted to social media that they forget to spend time with their friends and family. Stand Against Deforestation ! Cutting of the trees or forests by humans is called deforestation. Deforestation represents one of the biggest problems in land use globally. The estimate of deforestation is traditionally based on the area of forest cleared for human use, which includes the removal of trees for wood products and the cultivation of land and grazing land. In clear cutting practice, all trees are removed from the ground, which completely eliminates the forest. However, in some cases, even partial logging and accidental fire diluted the trees so much that the forest structure changed dramatically. The destruction of forests causes the tragic loss of biodiversity. Millions of plant and animal species are on the verge of extinction due to deforestation. Countries with tropical forests suffer the most casualties due to deforestation. Forests help reduce emissions of carbon dioxide and other toxic greenhouse gases. However, once they are cut, burned or removed in some other way, they become sources of carbon. According to an estimate, deforestation is responsible for the emission of about 20 percent of greenhouse gasses, and due to tropical deforestation, 1.5 billion tonnes of carbon is released into the atmosphere every year. When the forest cover is over, the flow of water flows rapidly into rivers, the river levels are high and low lying villages, cities, and agricultural fields face floods, especially in the rainy season. During the dry season, areas under deforestation can suffer months of drought that disrupt river transport, destroy crops, and disrupt industrial operations. Always encourage other people to use the products of companies that are committed to reducing deforestation. It's all about business. If you don't buy, they will be encouraged to improve their ways. You can help reduce illegal logging, making sure you buy only durable wood products that are verified from forest stewardship council (FSC). Stop buying products containing palm oil. **Thanks**. Body Needs Detoxification Basically, detoxification means cleansing the blood. This is done by removing impurities from the blood in the liver, where it is processed to remove toxins. The liver represents the basic filtration system of the human body, transforms toxic materials into waste products, cleanses your blood, and metabolizes nutrients and medicines to provide some of its most important proteins to the body. As such a basic part of the body's overall regulation, it is important to keep your liver healthy and limit excessive diet. Detox water is water mixed with fresh fruit, vegetable or herbal flavors. It is sometimes called fruit mixed water or fruit flavored water. You can make detox water in different ways at home. You can use any mix of fruits, vegetables and herbs you like. Water mixed with fruits depends on refreshing, hydrating and ingredients, it has some benefits for health. Detox water is a fun, colorful way to top up ordinary water with your favorite fruits, vegetables and herbs in fancy 'spa' water. This is definitely a crime free way to enjoy fancy drinks without calories, grease, sugar, or alcohol! To be poured into a fancy glass or into a bottle of exercise, detox water is absolutely delicious. Detox boosts water metabolism, extracts toxins, helps to release fat cells in your body and keep the mood high. Digestive system and liver are important for a detox and these infusion water helps both of them. Being hydrated also reduces constipation. Ingredients are available in your kitchen and are very effective. For example, cucumbers contain minerals such as manganese, which help the body's cells function, increase energy levels and lead to smooth organ function. Thanks for Reading. Teaching Profession Creates other professions Teaching is a great profession which comes with great responsibility and duty for students. Teachers not only teach and give knowledge, but also motivate and motivate students for life and take important steps in life. They keep working to increase the confidence of the students and take them in the right direction. There were many teachers who dedicated all their lives to empowering their students and making them a better and successful person in their lives. Teaching profession refers to providing knowledge and making a better individual with all the common forms of discipline. The teaching profession is strengthening career opportunities that contribute to development within the country. Teaching is the most desirable profession today. The importance of teaching profession involves fun and learning together. Being in the teaching profession does not mean that you have to share your knowledge. Sometimes teachers learn something new from their own teaching experience. Teachers play an important role in helping students achieve their goals in their lives. Therefore, choosing a teaching profession provides endless career opportunities. Keep your students engaged with a positive attitude. Teaching is most effective when students are motivated by a desire to learn rather than by the requirements of grades or degrees. For the first time, many of the TA teaching assistants are confused with the new option of being, and the mistake of being respected for respect. Think of your students as teammates, not opposites. It's hard to learn and teach, but that doesn't mean you can't have fun in the classroom. Stay focused, but don't be afraid to be creative and inventive. Allow yourself to be enthusiastic and let students see what's interesting about your subject. An effective teacher is able to guide and guide his classroom. They can manage a number of different personalities, including child abusers, and lead them in the right direction. They lead by example and are an important role model in the life of their students. A good teacher always understands the psyche of their students. Teaching is a highly rewarding career. You have the power to encourage the child by kindling their passion for a subject. Most teachers would say that there is nothing better than a child getting that 'ah moment' when they finally understand something they are struggling with. You will make a big positive impact on their lives, making an impact on who and what they become. It's a big responsibility, but a reward. Teachers always remember their students for a lifetime. Teachers are those who make changes in someone else's life. Good teachers are recognized because students are thankful to their teachers all the time who made them what they are today. I Need Brushing and Flossing 🦷 To stop cavities, you need to remove plaque, the transparent layer of bacteria that wraps teeth. The best way to do this is to brush your teeth twice a day and floss at least once a day. Brushing also stimulates the gums, which help keep them healthy and prevent gum disease. Brushing and flossing are the most important things you can do to keep your teeth and gums healthy. Periodontal disease is caused by accumulation of plaque and bacteria. Your daily oral hygiene routine must include brushing a well that lasts for two minutes, at least twice a day. You should also add floss to your routine. Dental floss is effective for cleaning places where your toothbrush cannot be reached. Small Spaces and narrow Spaces between teeth hold sugar and acid from drinks along with food debris all day long. Flossing helps clean up these hard spots. Be sure to brush all your teeth, maintain the brush at an Angle of forty-five degrees of your teeth. Brushing your tongue will also enhance fresh breath. There may be a substantial increase of bacteria on your tongue. Brushing your tongue will ensure that this construction of bacteria is kept to a minimum. One another very important thing is that, Ideally you should be changing your toothbrush every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles have frayed. You should be cleaning your toothbrush with water after each time you use it, to remove leftover toothpaste and debris. It’s important to not store your toothbrush in a closed container as this can allow for bacteria to grow. Fluoride helps prevent tooth decay by making the teeth more resistant to acidic attacks from plaque bacteria and sugars in the mouth. When bacteria in your mouth break down sugar and carbohydrates, they produce acids that consume minerals in your tooth enamel. This loss of minerals is called demineralization. Weak tooth enamel makes your teeth vulnerable to bacteria that produce cavities. Fluoride helps clear your tooth enamel again with minerals, which can prevent cavities and reverse early symptoms of tooth decay. Straight Brussels and a clean and easily grabbing handle is perfect for going to small places in your mouth. A soft brushing brush will effectively eliminate old foods and bacteria that can accumulate around your teeth. Don't share your toothbrush with anyone else, even with your close family members. If your toothbrush is safe with another toothbrush in a cup or container, try not to let the heads touch each other. Thanks. Save The Ozone Layer Ozone is a molecule consisting of three atoms of oxygen and it is present in gaseous form in the atmosphere, located and spread especially in stratosphere. The layer of ozone, also known as ozonosphere, is the region of the upper atmosphere, between 15 and 35 km (9 and 22 mi) above the earth's surface, in which there is a relatively high number of ozone molecules (o3). About 90% of the atmosphere is found in ozone stratosphere, the region extends from 10-18 km (6-11 mi) to about 50 km (30 mi) from the earth's surface. The end of the ozone layer is the thinning of the ozone layer present in the upper atmosphere. This happens when the chlorine and bromine atoms in the atmosphere come into contact with ozone and destroy the ozone molecules. One chlorine can destroy 100,000 molecules of ozone. It destroys faster than it is born. Some compounds emit chlorine and bromine when exposed to high-ultraviolet light, which then lead to depletion of the ozone layer. Such compounds are known as ozone depleting substances (ods). The main cause of ozone depletion and ozone depletion are manufactured chemicals, especially manufactured hi-carbon refrigerants, solvents, propellant, and foam blowing agents (chlorofluorocarbons (CFCS), HCFCS, halons). From the early 1970s, scientists observed a decline in stratospheric ozone and found it more prominent in polar regions. Ods substances have about 100 years of life. It has been found that the ozone layer is influenced by some natural causes caused by sun spots and stratospheric winds. However, they contribute very little to the depletion of ozone layer, which is about 1 to 2 percent and therefore these effects are temporary. Some major volcanic eruptions have also played an important role in eliminating the ozone layer. The depletion of ozone layer causes the rise of uv radiation on earth's surface, which is harmful to human health. Negative effects include certain types of skin cancer, eye cataract and immune deficiency disorders. Uv radiation also affects terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems, alterations in development, food chains and biochemical cycles. Aquatic life just below the surface of the water, which is the basis of the food chain, is particularly badly affected by the high uv levels. Uv rays also affect plant growth, reducing agricultural productivity. The best way to prevent ozone depletion is to use environmental friendly and natural cleaning products for household chores. This is because many of these cleaning agents contain toxic chemicals that interfere with the ozone layer. Many supermarkets and health stores sell cleaning products made of toxic and natural ingredients. Thanks for Reading. Breast Cancer Awareness 🎀 Breast cancer is a disease in which breast cells become uncontrollable. There are different types of breast cancer. The type of breast cancer depends on which breast cells turn into cancer. Breast cancer can develop in different locations of the breast. The breast is made up of three main parts: labels, ducts, and connective tissue. Lobules are glands that produce milk. Drains are taps that carry milk to the nipple. Connective tissue consists of fatty tissue and it surrounds and connects other tissues. Most breast cancers begin in ducts or lobules. Breast cancer can spread when cancer cells enter the blood or lymph system and then move to other parts of the body. The lymphatic system is actually part of the body's immune system. it is a network of lymph nodes (small, bean-shaped glands), ducts or vessels and organs that work together to collect and carry clear lymph fluid through body tissue. The clear lymph fluid inside the lymph ducts contains tissue by-products and waste materials as well as immune system cells. Lymph drains take lymph fluid away from the breast. In case of breast cancer, cancer cells can enter these lymph vessels and start growing into lymph nodes. Breast cancer arises as a result of genetic mutations or DNA damage. They may be related to estrogen, inherited genetic defects, or exposure to a trusted source of inherited genes that can cause cancer, such as brca1 and brca2 genes. Breast cancer usually begins with the inner layer of the milk ducts or the labels that provide them with milk. Then it can be transferred to parts of the body. Breast cancer is often divided into: non-invasive breast cancer (carcinoma in the ceto) - found in the breast ducts (ductal carcinoma in the ceto, or dcis) that does not spread to the breast tissue around the ducts. Non-invasive breast cancer is commonly found during the mammogram and rarely appears as a breast lump. Invasive breast cancer - where cancer cells spread through the lining of the ducts to the surrounding tissue of the breast. Invasive type of breast cancer is too common. There may be several symptoms of breast cancer, but the first significant symptom is usually thickening or lumping of breast tissue. Most breast lumps are not cancerous, but it is always better to be examined by a doctor. Self examination is crucial so, always be careful about any nodule or lump. Thanks for Reading. Image credit. How Environment Impacts our Health Everything from home, city and the state you live in to the weather, social climate and your work environment can affect your mental health. Places where you spend a lot of time can have a significant impact on your well-being, both physically and mentally. Every year, more than 12 million people die because they live or work in an unhealthy environment. Healthy people 2030 focuses on reducing people's exposure to harmful pollutants in homes and workplaces like air, water, soil, food, and materials. Environmental pollution can cause health problems such as respiratory diseases, heart disease and some types of cancer. Low-income people live in polluted areas and keep drinking water unsafe. And children and pregnant women are more at risk of pollution health problems. Air Pollution Air pollution is most common in big cities where emissions are concentrated from many different sources. Sometimes mountains or tall buildings prevent air pollution from spreading. This air pollution often appears as a cloud that makes the air muddy. It is called smog Effects on air pollution health are serious - one-third of deaths from stroke, lung cancer and heart disease are caused by air pollution. Its effect is equal to and greater than smoking. Microscopic pollution in the air can destroy our body's defence system, damage our lungs, heart and brain by entering deep into our respiratory and circulatory blood. Environmental Noise Long-term exposure to noise can cause a variety of health effects including tingling, sleep disturbances, negative effects on cardiovascular and metabolic systems, as well as cognitive impairment in children. The human ear is extremely sensitive, and it never relaxes. So even when you sleep, your ears are working, raising and moving sounds that are filtered and interpreted from different parts of the brain. It is a permanently open auditory channel. So, even though you may not be aware of it, you're still processing traffic, airplanes, or music background sounds coming from a neighbor, and your body is reacting in different ways to the nerves that travel through all parts of the body and the hormones released by the brain. Environmental Chemicals Almost every activity leaves some waste behind in the environment. Households make ordinary rugs. Cars, trucks and buses emit exhaust gas during operation. Industrial and manufacturing processes produce solid and hazardous waste. Some waste contains chemicals that are harmful to people and the environment. Once these hazardous chemicals are present in the environment, people can come in front of them. Exposure occurs when people have contact with a chemical, either directly or through any other substance that is contaminated with chemicals. Poor Water Sanitation Water is an essential resource for all life on earth. If any source of water becomes contaminated due to pollution, it can lead to health problems in humans such as cancer or cardiovascular disease. Water-borne pathogens are the most common cause of disease in humans from contaminated water. Diseases caused by the use of contaminated water include giardia, typhoid and cholera. Accidental and illegal leakage from sewerage facilities and overflowing from urban areas and agricultural farms also occur in rich countries, affecting the water quality of each In fact, according to the United Nations report, 85,700 children die of diarrhea due to contaminated water every year. Why Stroke is a Big Death Causative A stroke is a very dangerous disease that attacks the arteries of the brain. This is the number 5 cause of death and is a leading cause of disability in the United States. Paralysis occurs when a blood vessel carrying oxygen and nutrients to the brain either stops or ruptures (or ruptures) from clotting. When this happens, the part of the brain cannot get the blood (and oxygen) it needs, so it and the brain cells die. Clotting of arteries in the brain due to clotting (thrombosis) is the most common cause of stroke. The part of the brain that is supplied by a clotting blood vessel then loses blood and oxygen. The cells of that part of the brain die as a result of a lack of blood and oxygen and the part of the body ceases to function which it controls. In general, a cholesterol plaque bursts into one of the small blood vessels of the brain and starts the process of clotting. Types of Stroke This is the most common type of stroke. It occurs when the brain's blood vessels are narrow or closed, causing a severe decrease in blood flow (ischemia). Blocked or narrow blood vessels are caused by fat deposits that accumulate in blood vessels or from blood clots or other debris that pass through the bloodstream, often by heart, and freezes into blood vessels in the brain. Transient ischemic attack (TIA) A temporary ischemic attack (TIA) - sometimes known as minstruc - is a temporary period of symptoms similar to stroke. TIA does not cause permanent damage. TIA is caused by a temporary decrease in blood supply to the brain part, which can last for at least five minutes. Like ischemic stroke, TIA occurs when a clot or debris reduces or prevents blood flow to a part of the nervous system. Get emergency care even if you think you have TIA because your symptoms have improved. Just on the basis of symptoms it is not possible to tell if you are having a stroke or TIA. If you have TIA, it means that the artery leading to your brain may be partially closed or narrow. Having tia increases your risk of having a full stroke later. Hemorrhagic Stroke A hemorrhagic stroke occurs when blood from the brain's artery flows or ruptures (opens). Discharge blood puts a lot of pressure on brain cells, which damages them. Hypertension and aneurysm - balloon-like bulges in an artery that can spread and explode - are examples of conditions that can cause hemorrhagic paralysis. There are two types of hemorrhagic stroke: intracerebral hemorrhage is the most common type of hemorrhage stroke. It occurs when an artery of the brain ruptures, causing the surrounding tissues to fill with blood. Subarachnoid hemorrhage is a less common type of hemorrhagic stroke. It refers to bleeding in the area between the brain and the thin tissues covering it. Causes High blood pressure. Your doctor may call it hypertension. This is the biggest cause of stroke. Higher blood pressure about 140/100 is usually very harmful for stroke, your doctor will talk to you about treatment. Tobacco. Smoking or chewing it increases your chances of stroke. Nicotine increases your blood pressure. Cigarette smoke causes grease in the main artery of your neck. Tobacco causes blood to become thicker and makes it more likely to clot. Even second hand smoke can affect you. High blood pressure is a leading cause of stroke. This happens when blood pressure is too high in your arteries and other blood vessels. Get your blood pressure checked often. If you have high blood pressure, lowering your blood pressure through lifestyle changes or medications can also reduce your risk of stroke. Thanks for Reading. Are You Familiar With E-Waste? E-waste are electronic products that are unwanted, not working, and near or at the end of their "useful life". Computer, television, VCR, stereo, copiers, and fax machines are everyday electronic products. E-west is any electrical or electronic equipment that has been disposed of. It includes working and broken items that are thrown into the trash or donated to a charitable seller such as a collector. Often, if the item is not sold in the store, it will be thrown. E waste is especially dangerous due to toxic chemicals that naturally emanate from the metals inside when buried. **Negative Impacts** After soil contamination, heavy metals from e-waste, such as mercury, lithium, lead and barium, then move further through the earth and reach the groundwater. When these heavy metals reach the ground water, they eventually make their way into ponds, streams, rivers, and lakes. Through these routes, water produces acid and toxic materials, which are unsafe for animals, plants and communities, even if they are miles away from the recycling site. It becomes difficult to find clean drinking water. E waste can be toxic, not biodegradable and accumulates in the environment, in soil, air, water and living things. For example, burning in open air and acid baths emit toxic materials in the atmosphere to recover valuable materials from electronic parts. These exercises can also expose workers to high levels of contaminants such as lead, mercury, beryllium, thelium, cadmium and arsenic, and also brominated flam retardants (BFRS) and polychlorinated biphenyl, which can lead to irreversible health effects, including cancer, abortion, nerve damage and decrease in iqs **How to Combat E- Waste** An easy way to manage e-waste effectively is to sell your working electronics. You can find a buyer through ebay or craigslist. Many of these buyers will use them, resell them, or use/sell parts. Otherwise, there are recycling websites and comparison websites that will cost you your old gadget and allow you to send, reuse, or recycle them effectively. Great lakes electronics corporation offers hardware asset management solutions that help companies do so, eliminating the cost of office electronics that are no longer in use. They can also help businesses identify the value of these items and reclaim their initial investment. And the same is true for those who have used old electronics or do not want or use them anymore. Great electronics electronics corporation provides complete, single source and complete solutions for big organizations, small to medium size companies, government agencies, schools and non-profit institutions. Why Zoology is My Most Favorite Subject The branch of biology, that studies the members of the animal kingdom and generally the life of animals. It includes both enquiries about individual animals and their components, even to the molecular level, and enquiries about animal populations, all animals, and each other of animals, plants and non-living environm While this wide range of studies has resulted in some isolation of characteristics within zoology, conceptual integration in the contemporary study of living organisms occurring in recent years emphasizes structural and functional unity rather than diversity of life An ancient Greek philosopher, **Aristotle**, was the first person to widely classify living things in the fourth century BC. First of all he divided the living beings into animals and plants and then continued his further classification. Later words such as biology, botany and zoology came into existence. Branches of zoology. Zoology has lot of branches, but I am going to talk about only two branches that are my most favorite. I like the study of insects and animal's habitat a lot. **zoography**, also known as descriptive zoology or zoography, is the study of animals and their habitats. It is concerned with the geographical boundaries of specific populations of animals, the effects on their ecosystems and the causes of specific local distribution of animal species. **Entomology** is the study of insects. To date, more than a million different types of insects have been described. They are the most abundant group of animals in the world and live in almost every habitat. Insects lived on earth for more than 349 million years. Insects are the best samples for the physical and population processes. For example, drosophila melanogaster, a typical fruit fly, has been used as a model species in genetic studies for more than 100 years. Its short time, small size and the ease with which it can be cultivated in the laboratory makes it an ideal living creature for such studies. **It's Significance** Zoology has a huge impact on our world through the scientific study of evolution, anatomy, physiology, behavior, habitats, and the health of animals and humans. Different technologies such as electron microscopy, molecular genetics, and field ecology are included in this field. Studying animals creates a better understanding of how we, ourselves, work and interact with the world around us. Zoology is further divided as applied or basic science. People who study basic zoology are eager to learn about animals without considering the use of the information obtained. People who study applied zoology are interested in applying zoology and how acquired knowledge can help benefit humans and animals such as in the field of medicine. Thanks for Reading. Image credit. Please Be Careful About Personal Hygiene, Because It's Too Important For Healthy Living Good personal hygiene practice is essential to help keep the body healthy and clean. Good personal hygiene includes keeping all parts of the outer body clean and healthy. It is necessary to maintain both physical and mental health. In people with poor personal hygiene, the body provides an ideal environment for growing germs, which causes it to become infected. On the social level, people can avoid a person with poor personal hygiene, which can result in isolation 😔. **Types of personal hygiene** ****Handwashing**** Hands are on the top in terms of personal hygiene. We use our hands constantly during the day, touch many different levels, shake hands with people, eat food, type on a laptop or use ordinary telephones at work, or even play at school. Hands contain a lot of pathogens. To ensure that your family is safe from illness, one of the fastest and easiest ways is to follow good hand hygiene. ****Hair Hygiene**** Your hair produces oil that collects dust and shows it grease. Lengthening your hair washing session will only bring out excessive oil, damaging your scalp and hair texture. It can also lead to dandruff and hair loss problems in people. Therefore, proper hair hygiene must be included in your routine. Maintain routine and wash your hair once or twice a week. Massage the shampoo into the scalp to get rid of dead cells, excessive oil and dirt. Then wash it with warm water. Remember that warm water can damage the texture of your hair. Use the conditioner once a week to maintain relaxation. ****Teeth hygiene**** Good dental hygiene is more than just white teeth like pearls. Taking care of your teeth and gums is a great way to prevent gum diseases and cavities. Brushing twice a day for two minutes is very important. After waking up and plan to brush before going to bed. If you can, brush after every meal. Floss between your teeth daily, and ask your dentist about using antibacterial mouthwash. These two steps can help prevent tooth decay and eliminate pockets where bacteria and germs can accumulate. ****Shower hygiene**** Shower hygiene contributes greatly to each individual's overall physical hygiene. It is everyone's option how often they take a bath, but not necessarily more in this case. Good shower hygiene will help clear skin dead cells, oils, dirt and help protect against any viruses and bacteria you may have raised throughout the day. Shower hygiene includes washing your hair, which may include accumulation of unwanted substances. Whatever your shower routine, it is important to remember that you wash all parts of the body well so that you can stay fresh and clean every day. Thanks for Reading! Lead image credit. Unsplash.com
Makeup Box Essentials Greetings…. I am very curious about makeup products and I am always trying the newest skin products. I think every girl is conscious about makeup products because every girl loves makeup. Yes i am going to talk about beauty box essential means some yoo important skin products that should be present must in every one's beauty box. **Primer** Primer is an important skin product, and it should be applied on the face before applying anything like bb cream or any other makeup product. It provides a protective shield that protects our skin pores from the penetration of the makeup and that's why our skin is protected from white heads and black heads. When we apply makeup without applying primer then pores become clogged with a lot of makand convert to white heads and finally into black heads. So primer is a basic component of a makeup box. **Sunscreen** Second most important beauty box is sunscreen. Never apply makeup without applying sunscreen after primer because this is a second shield or barrier on our skin against dangerous ultraviolet radiations. I think when we apply sunscreen on our skin then we are roaming here and there freely without any hesitation but not on the other hand. **A good lip balm** Yes, it's also very important. As we all know that chapped lips look very annoying and these types of lips destroy our personality so good lip balm is very essential for a beauty box. Lips requires a lot of hydration, first we need you drink enough water that provides a good hydration level to our skin as well as to our lips and secondly we should apply any good moisturizing product on our skin and lips to boost hydration level. **Castor oil** This is my most favorite essential of my makeup box. I am going to tell you about why this is one of my favorite products. Actually some time ago I had very short and less lashes, my friend told me about this miracle oil. She tells me that this oil is famous for growing lashes, eyebrows and hair as well. Seriously, the results are awesome. It also gives my lashes a nice volume. So I regularly apply it on my eyelashes and eyebrows. **Hydration mask** Hydration mask is essential for healthy skin. If we apply the hydration mask before applying makeup then makeup fix more accurately and looks more hydrated and shiny as compared to applying without it. Because makeup not fix well on flaky skin that's why hydration mask play an important role in good makeup fixation. **Almond oil** This oil is too good to remove makeup. I know there are lot of makeup removal wipes in the market but almond oil is on the top because it removes the makeup from the depth of the skin as compared to wipes. I hope you like my article about makeup box essential and definitely you get some knowledge from my article. Thank you so much for reading my whole article. Please give me your feedback and tell me your favourite essential in makeup box that gives re benefits at the same time. **Thanks** Lead image from Unsplash.

Peaceful Life Needs This Greetings Welcome….i hope you all will be fine and doing well. I am going to share some beautiful and happy rules that are so beneficial for our happy life. Always trying Yes, it's very necessary to always try again and again in life because Stop overthinking Make a conscious effort to silence your mind on all the negative things that can happen. Instead, focus on positive results and move on. Try to accept things If you are not living your ideal life yet, make peace with the fact while working towards your goals. If you struggle against every day, resent every single thing you need to accomplish, it will destroy all your precious energy and leave nothing in the tank to go after your dreams. Work with a happy heart and a light touch, and you will feel free and more energetic. Always be thankful Take inventory of the wonderful things in your life and don't forget to thank you. If you appreciate what you have, you will never want more. Moreover, when you perceive people or things as normal, you put them at risk. Remember, appreciate what you have, or you'll know what it means to you after losing it. **Some things which can disturb our inner peace** Too much thinking about future How can we be peaceful if our mind is shifting in future? The problem with the future is that it hasn't happened yet. So, by thinking about it, we reach an infinite amount of potential and 'what if'. It is not surprising that uncertainty that goes along knowing what the future will bring, causes anxiety. That doesn't mean we shouldn't plan. It is just that repeating fantasies about possible consequences is also meaningless and harmful. Stop self blaming It's very important to love yourself - when you blame yourself, you put yourself in the negative light. When you take responsibility for your actions, you are able to focus on your positive traits (responsibility is one of them). Compassion on yourself. Be realistic about your flaws, but also about your virtues. By doing so, you can focus on strengthening your weaknesses, while also enhancing the positive aspects of your personality. Thanks you so much. Lead image from Unsplash...
Rosacea !! February 17, 2022 Greetings Everyone! Rosacea is a skin disorder that highly affects the face. It has redness and small spots that resemble acne. Rosacea (roe-zay-she-uh) is a common skin condition that causes blood vessels to blush on your face. It can also cause small, pep-filled spots. These signs and symptoms flare for weeks to months and then go away for a while. Rosacea can be mistaken for acne, other skin problems or natural numbness. Rosacea can impress anyone. This disease is most common among middle-aged white females. Rosacea has no cure, but treatment can control and reduce signs and symptoms. Rosacea is normal. According to the US government, more than 14 million people are living with rosacea. Women are a little more likely to be rosacea than men. Women, however, are unlikely to be as fierce as men. Some people are more likely to have rosacea, but anyone can have this skin disease. People of every color have rosacea. Children have rossia. Types of rosacea The four types of rosacea are: Subtype one, this is known as erythematotelangiectatic rosacea (etr), is associated with redness of the cheeks, eyes, chin and forehead, flushing and visible blood vessels. Subtype-two, papulopustular (or acnei) is associated with breakouts like rosacea, acnei, and often affects middle-aged women. Subtype three, called rhinophyma, is a rare form associated with the thickening of the skin on your nose. It usually affects females as well as men by another subtype of rosacea. Sub-type four is known as ocular rosacea, and its symptoms focus on the eye part. The first sign of rosacea is often redness. It may appear like a blush or sunburn on your nose, cheeks, forehead, or chin. Other symptoms include red or pus filled spots and small blood arteries. For some people, their nose skin can be red, thick and swollen. It is caused by excess tissue and is called rhinophyma. This skin disease can also affect eyes, making them red and watery. It can irritate and swell your eyelids and the white part of your eye. It is called conjunctivitis. Rosacea cannot be treated, but treatment can help relieve symptoms and improve skin appearance. Always remember to wear sunscreen. Avoid known stimuli to avoid flares. Rosacea can get worsened over time if not treated properly. It can have emotional and social effects. Some people lose self-confidence and do not like to be seen in public because of their looks. It is important to consult with a dermatologist to treat symptoms and improve your quality of skin. Psoriasis Skin is the largest organ of the body, made of water, protein, grease and minerals. Your skin protects your body from germs and controls body temperature. The nerves in the skin help you feel warm and cold. Psoriasis is a skin disease caused by red, itchy spots, usually on the knees, elbow, trunk, and scalp. Psoriasis is very common as well as chronic disease with no cure. It goes through cycles, keeps on burning for a few weeks or months, then decreases for a while or goes into apology. Some treatments are available to slow down the symptoms of Psoriasis. And you can add lifestyle habits and coping strategies to help you live better with psoriasis. Psoriasis is a skin disorder that causes skin cells to grow 10 times faster than normal. This makes the skin into red spots covered with white scales. They can grow anywhere, but most appear on the skull, elbows, knees, and lower back. Psoriasis cannot move from one person to another. It happens sometimes in members of the same family. Psoriasis is an autoimmune condition. Autoimmune conditions are the result of attacking the body. In case of psoriasis, white blood cells called t cells mistakenly attack skin cells. In a normal body, white blood cells are deployed to attack and destroy bacteria and to fight infection. This false attack causes the skin cell production process to overdrive. The rapid production of skin cells causes new skin cells to develop very quickly. They are pushed to the surface of the skin, where they pile up. Some people acquire inherited genes that make them more likely to develop psoriasis. If someone in your family is in a skin condition, you are at a higher risk of psoriasis. However, the percentage of people with psoriasis and genetic orientation is low. According to the National Psoriasis Foundation (NPF), about 2 to 3% of people produce this condition with genes. Emollients are good options as moisturizing treatments that are applied directly to the skin to reduce water loss and cover it with a protective layer. If you have mild psoriasis, an emollient is probably the first treatment your GP will suggest. The main advantage of emollient is to reduce itching and scaling. Treatment of certain conditions is believed to work well on moisturized skin. Must wait at least 30 minutes before applying topical treatment after emollient. Thanks Lead image from Unsplash
Achalasia **Greetings Everyone!** Hope you all will be fine and doing well, first i want to tell you that today I cooked my best vegetable which is bell pepper or capsicum with chicken. Seriously, this is my best vegetable combination. I click some beautiful pictures during cooking that look awesome. Randomly a very informative topic comes to mind which is about our esophagus. The topic name is Achalasia in which we are talking about esophagus disorder. Achalasia is a rare disorder that makes it difficult for your mouth and stomach (esophagus) to pass food and liquid from a swallowing tube attached to your stomach. Achalasia occurs when nerves in the esophagus deteriorate. As a result, the esophagus paralyzes and expands over time and eventually loses the ability to squeeze food into the stomach. At the place where your esophagus meets your stomach there is a muscle ring called lower esophageal sphincter (les). This muscle relaxes (opens) so that food can enter your stomach and shrinks the stomach material to prevent it from being backed up in your esophagus (becomes hard to shut). If you have achalasia, les does not rest, which prevents food from going into your stomach. Symptoms The symptoms of achalasia usually appear gradually. Most people with this disorder experience a disorder in their ability to swallow as a major and initial symptom. There may be mild pain in the chest that comes and goes. Some sufferers have pain which is very severe. Saliva and eaten food in the esophagus can often cause regurgitation of these materials. In addition, such materials can also be transported to the lungs during breathing (tracheobronchial inhalation). Other symptoms of this disorder include a significant loss of cough and weight at night, difficulty swallowing, cases that may not be treated Treatment Endoscopy is also helpful in the diagnosis of achalasia although it may be normal in early achalasia. Endoscopy is a procedure in which a flexible fiberoptic tube is swallowed with light and camera at its end. The camera provides a direct concept of the inside of the esophagus. Many other treatments also available in the hospital. Thanks Lead image from Unsplash

Epilepsy Epilepsy is a central nervous system (nervous) disorder in which brain activity becomes abnormal, causing seizures or decreased abnormal behavior, feelings, and sometimes awareness Epilepsy is a disorder of the brain characterized by frequent seizures. A visit is generally defined as a sudden change in behavior caused by a temporary change in the electrical function of the brain. In general, the brain constantly produces small electrical impulses in a systematic way. These movements travel through neurons, networks of nerve cells in the brain and chemical messengers throughout the body called neurotransmitters. ***Types of Seizures*** **Focal seizures** occur when one or more areas on one side of the brain have abnormal electrical brain function. Focal seizures can also be called partial seizures. With focal seizures, especially complex focal seizures, the baby may feel a glow before visiting. The most common glow includes feelings such as deja vu, the impending doom, fear, or passion. Visual changes, hearing abnormality ***Generalized Onset Seizures:*** These seizures affect both sides of the brain or groups of cells on both sides of the brain simultaneously. ***Unknown Onset Seizures:*** When the start of the visit is not known, it is now called an unknown start visit. A visit can also be called an unknown start if it is seen or not by anyone, for example when there are visits at night or in person living alone. Epilepsy is a common neurological disorder that affects 65 million people worldwide. In the United States, epilepsy affects about 3.5 million people. Anyone can produce epilepsy, but it is more common in young children and older adults. It is found slightly more in men than in women. Epilepsy has no cure, but this disorder can be handled with medicines and other strategies. ***cure*** Epilepsy can be treated with anti-epileptic drugs (aeds), diet therapy and surgery. Medicines are the primary treatment choice for almost all patients with multiple visits. Some patients who have only one visit and whose tests do not indicate much likelihood of the visit happening again may not need medicines. Diet therapy can be used in some patients with specific forms of epilepsy. The most common foods used are the ketogenic diet and modified Atkins diet. A ketogenic diet is a special high fat, adequate protein and low carbohydrate diet that is launched in three to four days at the hospital. Thanks
Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) is a virus that attacks cells that help the body fight infections, making humans suffer from other infections and diseases. HIV is a linative virus (literally "slow virus"; A member of the retrovirus family) is someone who gradually attacks and destroys the immune system, defends the body against the infection, puts an individual at risk of a variety of other infections and certain disorders that ultimately cause Death. AIDS is the final stage of HIV infection, during which fatal infections and cancers develop frequently. The virus does not spread through the air like a cold and flu virus. HIV lives in blood and some body fluids. To get HIV, someone with HIV has to get 1 of these fluids into your blood. HIV affects the immune system, causing developing damage and ultimately does not enable it to fight the infection. The virus connects itself with immune system cells called cd4 lymphocyte cells, which protect the body from various bacteria, viruses, and other bacteria. Once a virus connects, it enters the cd4 cells and makes thousands of copies of itself. These copies then leave the cd4 cells, killing them in the process. This process continues until the number of cd4 cells, also known as your cd4 count, eventually decreases so that your immune system stops functioning. Fever, chills, rash, night sweats, muscle aches, sore throat, fatigue, swollen lymph, nodes and mouth blisters are the common symptoms of this disease. Some difference between aiv and AIDS HIV is the virus that causes AIDS. Ides means acquired immune deficiency syndrome. HIV and AIDS are different and people with this virus HIV, not possess AIDS in all cases. HIV is the virus which is transmitted from person to person. Over time, HIV destroys a major type of cell in your immune system (called cd4 cell or t cell) that helps protect you from infection. When you don't have enough of these cd4 cells, your body can't fight the infection the way it usually does. HIV has no treatment yet. However, antiretroviral treatment (art) can control HIV and allow people to live a long and healthy life. HIV is treated with antiretrovirals, which work by stopping the replication of viruses in the body. It allows the immune system to heal itself and prevent further damage but it is not a permanent treatment for HIV. Thanks 🤗 Lead image.....From Unsplash.
Soluble Vs Insoluble Dietary Fiber Dietary fiber is a collection of parts present in plants that our bodies cannot digest completely. Fruits, vegetables and whole grains, which are high in fiber, have proven to improve our health and reduce the risk of disease. Whole grains, fruits and vegetables contain high dietary fiber. Fiber is made up of plant components or substances that pass through our stomach and intestines relatively harmless. ***Types*** The fiber that is soluble in the stomach dissolves in water and makes materials like gel. In the colon, bacteria break down the gel. People can get some calories from soluble fiber. Insoluble fiber is not dissolved in water and is mainly passed through the stomach without any loss. It does not have any calories. ***Benefits of taking daily fiber*** You will lose weight even if it's your only dietary change to increase your fiber intake. Dieters who were encouraged to use at least 30 grams of fiber daily but were not given any additional dietary guidelines were overweight. Low intake of glycemic foods and fiber that rapidly increases blood sugar can increase the risk of type 2 diabetes. Increased fiber consumption has also been linked to low incidence of metabolic syndrome, a combination of features that increases the risk of heart disease and diabetes. High blood pressure, high insulin levels, being overweight (especially around the stomach), high triglyceride levels, and low HDL (good) cholesterol are some of these risk factors. Fiber is important for keeping the stomach healthy. Eating enough fiber can prevent or relieve constipation, helping the waste to move smoothly into the body. It also encourages healthy gut microbiota. Hemorrhoids and small pouches in the colon can be prevented from eating more fiber foods (diverticular disease). A high fiber diet has also been shown in studies to reduce the incidence of colorectal cancer. In the colon, some fiber is fermented. Researchers are investigating how it can help prevent colon diseases. Finally, I want to tell you that fiber foods are beneficial for your health. However, using too much fiber too soon can cause gas, bloating and pain in the intestines. Over a few weeks, gradually increase your fiber intake. It gives time for the natural bacteria of your digestive system to be consistent with the change. Thanks 🤗

The Heart Needs Some Attention To Be Healthy. The heart is working like a pump, and beating approximately 70 to 95 times per minute. With every heartbeat, the heart sends blood all over our body, delivering oxygen to every cell and, after this blood goes back towards the heart after providing oxygen to every cell. The heart then sends blood to the lungs so that more oxygen can be obtained. This cycle is repeated repeatedly. The human heart is a four-chamber muscular organ, whose shape and size are almost like a closed fist of a man whose weight is two-thirds on the left side of the middle line. The pericardial sac is a very strong layer around the heart, and the heart is totally closed in this sac. The neural layer of the serous membrane forms the epicardium. ***The heart has four chambers:*** The function of the right atrium is to receive blood from the veins and expels it to the right ventricle. The right ventricle receives blood from the right atrium and pumps it to the lungs, where it is filled with oxygen. The left atrium receives oxygen rich blood from the lungs and expels it into the left ventricle. The left ventricle/ cavity (the stronger chamber) pumps oxygenated blood to all other bodies. The heavy contraction of the left ventricle develops blood pressure in the body. ***Threats to Human Heart*** Smoking, high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, high cholesterol, lack of exercise are major risks to our heart. Enough sleep is incredibly important. Lack of sleep or poor sleeping habits increases risk of high blood pressure. Moreover, bad eating habits, weight problems and atrial fibrillation (a potentially dangerous irregular heart beat), especially when your sleeping cycles disturb). Poor sleep hygiene can lead to various health issues. ***Keep Your Heart Fit*** ***Eat heart loving foods*** Whole grains are good sources of fiber and other nutrients that are very beneficial to normalize blood pressure and also play a great role in improving heart health. Vegetables and fruits are full of vitamins and minerals. Moreover, Vegetables and fruits have fewest calories and are rich in dietary fiber. So, vegetables and fruits are excellent for good health. ***Active and Active!!*** Your heart is a muscle, and if you live an active life, it becomes stronger and healthier. It's never too late to start an exercise, and you don't have to be an athlete. Even a quick walk for 30 minutes a day can make a big difference. ***Quit Junk Food*** Eating junk food on a regular basis can increase the risk of obesity and chronic diseases such as heart disease, type 2 diabetes, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and some cancers so, skip it and enjoy a healthy life. Are Dietary Supplements Really Necessary Multivitamins are such type of dietary supplements that contain most types of vitamins which are naturally found in food and other natural sources. Multivitamins are very important to treat deficiencies in the body caused by poor nutrition, which is caused by disease, pregnancy, malnutrition, digestive disorders, and many other conditions. Most people don't have to take vitamin supplements and they can get all the vitamins and minerals by eating a healthy, balanced diet. Vitamins and minerals, such as iron, calcium and vitamin c, are essential nutrients that your body needs in small quantities to function properly. ***Most crucial Vitamins and Minerals for our body*** ***Calcium*** Calcium is a crucial mineral in the human body. Almost all calcium in the body is collected in bones and teeth which makes them hard and hard. Your body needs calcium so muscles can move and nerves can convey messages between your brain and every part of your body. ***Folic Acid*** Vitamin B is also called folic acid. Human bodies use this vitamin to make new cells. This vitamin is also good for skin, hair and nails. All women of reproductive age should get 400 MCG of folic acid daily so that they can get enough folic acid to help prevent some birth defects. Folic acid helps build a neural tube when the baby has an early development during pregnancy. Folic acid is very important in pregnancy because it provides good nutrition to the baby and also saves the baby from major birth defects in the brain such as anencephaly and others. ***Vitamin D*** This is a fat-soluble vitamin which has been known to help the body absorb and retain calcium and phosphorus for a long time. Both are important for bone building. Vitamin d is available in 2 forms, including ergocalciferol (vitamin d2) and cholecalciferol (vitamin d3). Cholecalciferol is a form of vitamin D which is synthesized from cholesterol in the skin when exposed to sunlight. ***Potassium*** Potassium is essential for normal functioning of all cells. It regulates heart rate, and corrects the functioning of muscles and nerves. ***It's Essential to take Multivitamins Supplements*** If you take a healthy diet every day, then there is no need to take extra supplements of multivitamins, because healthy foods like fish, eggs, milk, pulses, fruits and vegetables contain each and everything which our body requires to work properly. But on the other hand, in pregnancy, folic acid tablets are very important so, if you are pregnant then consult your doctor about folic acid. Always avoid too much sugary, salty and fatty foods. Try to consume more fiber and protein. Thanks! Lead image from Unsplash
