Where Are The Bad Body Fats?

Today I am going to talk about a very important topic which is about body fat. Are you really aware about the different kinds of body fat? Because some body fats are really dangerous, we should be aware of the types of body fats. Some fat cell play a very important role in the body while others can cause life threatening problems in our body. Let's start;

Actually there are four main types of fat in our body which are; white fat, white visceral fat, brown fat and beige fat. So some fat from these four are good and some are bad which i am going to tell you in detail.

First I want to talk about white fat. Every person has different amounts of white fat according to their weight and physical activity. Actually white fat has different responsibilities in the body like to store energy for the body and play a role in the proper functioning of some hormones like cortisol, insulin and estrogen. Indeed a normal amount of fat is necessary for the proper functioning of the body, but too much formation of white fat in the body is very harmful for health like it can cause liver disease, coronary artery disease and obesity.

Crucial Fat

Some fat is very necessary for the body, and fat help a the absorption of different vitamins such as vitamin A, D and E, because these vitamins are fat soluble. This type of fats derived from the essential fatty acids; our body has no capability to build this fat that's why it's necessary to take healthy food in our diet that contains essential fatty acids like, salmon contain a nice amount of omega 3 fatty acids which is a very beneficial essential fatty acid for our heart. Sunflower seeds are also a very good source of essential fatty acids.

Organ Fat

This fat is very dangerous and also called visceral fat and belly fat. This fat highly build around belly including different organs like liver, pancreas, intestines and kidneys. So, visceral fat covers all these organs which leads to very dangerous health problems. In severe cases visceral fat also builds around heart, and that's why this fat can cause heart attack, stroke and diabetes. If you have this type of fat on your belly then you should do cardio exercises or aerobic exercises to cut down this dangerous fat.

Once i was affected by this type of belly fat, but i defeated it with some tricks like, i do my super exercises which are jogging and cycling. One is the biggest friend of visceral fat is refined carbs, because refined carbs welcomed visceral fat as well as other diseases. Seriously refined carbs are too bad for not only visceral fat, it also cause many other health problems. So always stay away from refined carbs, if you want to be slim and healthy.
