As we all know that getting 8-9 hours of sleep is best for us but is it to find 8-9 hours of sleep in this hectic routine of ours. We have to go to the office we need to spend some me-time with us. And at the end of the day, we want to scroll through our social media platforms and favorite tv dramas.
But there is a thing that if you have a will then you can do anything lack of sleep just makes us less consistent and less concentrated and obese too.
So here are some tips which I wanted to share with all of you which I used in my daily routine to get enough sleep and stay the productive whole day and it really brings a change in my life
1. I planned my internet usage time and I just turn off my internet from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am in the morning. This help to follow my morning and evening schedule easily
2. I don,t take tea or coffee after 2:00 pm. I read this tip in a journal and when I implement in my life it really works
3. I prefer to wear loose pajamas then tight jeans at night to sleep comfortably
4. it takes 30 minutes to me from laying down on the bed to go into my dream world so that 30 minutes I love to read fiction stories because what you think at night the same came up in your dream I just love stories.
5. Make sure that you don,t drink water before 2-3 hours of going to sleep because getting up at night is just the worst thing to do and maybe later you can,t go to sleep again.
