Enjoy warm or at room temperature! It is best served on day made but will keep tightly wrapped at room temperature for up to 3 days. This bread freezes well. Serving Suggestions Enjoy with a splash of cream and warm tea. Try it for breakfast, for lunch or as an after-dinner treat. It's best served fresh from the oven when its flavor is at its peak. And it tastes even better on a rainy day. If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to four days or freeze them in a freezer bag or freezer-safe container; they’ll last up to three months in your freezer. To thaw, place frozen banana bread slices on a plate and cover with plastic wrap; microwave on high power until completely thawed (about 45 seconds). I'm still alive... Most of the time when we come across those situations which break us into so many parts make us hate our lives. The time comes when we don't wanna live anymore when we want to finish ourselves permanently. The same thing happens to me too but I'm still alive because I know I can't change the past but I can change the future.it's difficult but not impossible. I have tried to get rid of that situation which makes me sad...with time my situation becomes changed may be going towards the light in the darkness. I'm still alive and can't lose hope. because after trying again and again one day I will remove all pain from me. I can't let others mock me anymore. I'm happy in sad situations... Hello everyone, How are you?? I'm fine because the wrong decision which I have made many years ago is going to end now. Should I be happy about it??? yes, of course, we should leave those things which hurt and torture us. Almost every day I used to listen to sad songs, but for a few days, I just stop to listen to sad things because I thought now everything is okay but who knows it was the beginning of new pain... So I'm listening to sad songs and it's like my pain now goes away my mind becomes calm... it's strange right??? yes... My mind is addicted to sad songs now and it becomes calm with sad things I can't expect good things in my life and if they will come I will not happy. My happiness is just in sad things now...I was happy in the sad situation, I'm happy and I will remain happy in the sad situation because after good things there is a storm of bad things so I want to be in a continual pain state... I'm in the worst situation now I want to be in my sad life... Finally, I'm free now I don't have anyone special in my life and I'm happy about it. They try to give freedom to birds but they don't show mercy on a girl or other person. in this picture I want to show you that the girl is in the cage but birds are outside. Normal: 120/80 **Hypertensive Urgency:** When the systolic BP > 180 and Diastolic BP >120 with no target organ damage. **HTN Emergency:** HTN plus any damage to organ damage. Systemic involvement occurs. Like a stroke, renal failure etc. **Malignant Hypertension:** When there is HTN + bilateral retinal hemorrhage. May or may not papilledema. Love as a biggest mistake. Sometimes in our life, we come across a bad situation in which we go to deep and in return we only get pain. Love is a blessing but when it happens to the wrong person then it becomes a curse. No matter how much we sacrifice, how much we were sincere the doubts can destroy each thing. Bad behaviour can kill a person physically as well as mentally. No matter what I did but my sincerity left me alone. It was my fault to do love with such a mean person. A person who has many faces. I hate him now. Love changed to hate. My thoughts are changed now. What can I do to remove him from my memory any advice??

I won't keep quiet 🗣🗣 It's difficult to complain against the teachers. You know why?? Because our numbers are in their hands but I didn't care 😄. I complained about a lot of teachers because of their behavior. It's not rude, right? To take on challenges is good 😂😂and even better when it is against a teacher.😂😐 When I was admitted to college, my favorite subject was physics, and believe it or not, I wrote more than any other student but my number was lower 😔. It was my first physics test and in my head, I had an atom bomb in my hand. I was like, don't dare you to wrong me. When I handed in my test to the teacher for a recheck, I got higher my marks, in fact, I was the highest ( there was a prize distribution for the toppers and I was sure I had reached that point, haha)..but when I sent my test to the principal to change my score, in front of the all the staff, my physics teacher said he had not changed it. I was like... Haha, I was shocked and then the principal called me out, questioning why I had lied. I answered, "did I ??? Did I do any wrong??" I was so surprised and felt the waves of anger wash over me. I told him that I did not like my physics teachers as he showed favoritism blah blah. I couldn't stop complaining and poured my rage for all in the room to hear. I ranted but wait! The party had not started😂😂 . One of the teachers just sat there, listening, and smiling. Then he finally said that **he was my physics teacher's best friend. 😂** My anger level started to change in a funny situation and my mind started to think about why did I said in front of his friend After that day whenever I saw him automatically, I started to laugh because in anger I mentioned all the things which other students wanted to complain about, but I was like why I did tell other complaints too. hehe, I tore my test paper in front of my physics teacher like a supergirl. Till today, I don't know whether it was the right decision to tell the principal about that teacher, or was it a foolish decision to tell it in front of another teacher! It's strange right?? Let me, explain more about it. **Sometimes people just think that another person is in pain because of them,** but they don't know they are the reason to reduce the pain. Why people are just thinking about what they want irrespective of caring for others' feelings?? **Why you allow your thoughts to overthink the issue**.why you are making non-issue things as an issue in your mind and torturing yourself and others too?? I think you should understand others, it's not necessary that every time other people are thinking wrong about you.**If you are thinking that you are the cause of other's pain, then don't hesitate to ask them immediately after your overthink** because if you do late it will make a mountain in your head that you are wrong, you are the cause of others pain but in reality, other peoples didn't even think about this. And you overthink it. Don't hurt yourself and others by your wrong thinking.
