I've been suffered in sleep paralysis.

21 61

Hi, it's me hiecho again and I got another chance to live and write an article after I got the incident.

So, I've been asleep at 2 pm because I feel a little tired after my examination. I choose to get some sleep because I feel so exhausted and I decide to gain restoration by napping. So basically I remember I've been dreaming of a house then I realize that something Strange.

I dream I was sleeping too in my dream. And I hear some voices of girls. Those girls are familiar to me and I really don't see their faces because my eyes can't control to open. Even I shout multiple times in my dream.

The feeling like you been outside of your body and you can't control your parts of your body.

Then afterward I gain my consciousness and back to sleep. Then repeatedly it happens until I can't breathe and my legs straight like I've been paralyzed. But luckily I have and ability to control the dream or what we called lucid dreaming so I woke up with the noise of my sister. And I'm very thankful.

So to make it better understanding.

What is Sleep Paralysis?

Sleep paralysis happens when you cannot move your muscles as you are waking up or falling asleep. This is because you are in sleep mode but your brain is active. It's not clear why sleep paralysis can happen but it has been linked with insomnia.

Cause of Sleep Paralysis?

It is often genetic, and it is most common in those with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, or panic disorderLack of sleep or a shifting sleep schedule can also cause sleep paralysis.

Sleep paralysis it has a cure?

"Science could not found any cure at this moment. But they believed about maintaining your healthy sleep habits could prevent sleepy paralysis"

What is lucid dreaming?

A lucid dream is a dream during which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. During a lucid dream, the dreamer may gain some amount of control over the dream characters, narrative, and environment; however, this is not actually necessary for a dream to be described as lucid.

Lucid dreaming is dangerous?

The risks of lucid dreaming

Lucid dreaming is generally very safe for those who are mentally stable, but it's important to go over some of the potential risks associated with the practice. ... Fear, sadness, and pain are all possible in a lucid dream too.

So I hope it could be a lesson for us. And until now I build phobia regarding the incident and I'm afraid to sleep again because I don't want to experience it again.

" I always believe that prayer is the best way to avoid it "

Be safe survived the pandemic.

Have a blessful sleep. Think about good things before bedtime an hour before, drink water, always pray before sleeping, I think it might help.

I experienced it many times in the past. There was a time I dreamed that I woke up and opening the door but it was later on i realize its only a dream coz I could not even move my body..I try waking up or opening my eyes but couldn't do so.I began to panicked until I woke up drenched in sweat and feeling very tired. Sleep paralysis I think is associated with less sleep and when you are also sleeping too much. And never ever panick when you are already in a lucid dream..all you have to do is calm yourself, try to relax and move your fingers or your big toe then you will be able to wake up not feeling tired

I experienced that, I was sleeping alone in bed but there were people with me in the room. I remember that afternoon, I was not tired or full, when I wanted to open my eyes and move my body but I did not want to, and others said they would move me to the smallest part of toes to wake me up.

I have had experienced sleep paralysis and men that was scary 'cause I was alone in the dormitory and no one was there to check up on me. But thank God I was still able to wake up. I happened many times and I don't know if it will still happen, I hope not.

Lucid dream is sometimes cool but sad. You may become the character that you want to be but when you somehow integrate your feelings in it, where sadness and madness appear? I think you should just wake up.

Thanks for the article.

Lucid dreaming is one way to defeat sleep paralysis. As you continue gaining consciousness your body will notice that you sleeping in the reality.

I think this could only be applied to those who are mentally strong.

To a friend it has happened several times, what they recommended was not to be afraid about what happened that did not affect the organism nor would she die. That during sleep she managed to recognize that she was dreaming, to tell herself this is a I sleep so that I could wake up, I can control the dream, she tells me that in the last event she was asleep and she was sitting on the bed, and in the dream she hit her own person, slapped her, and said, "You don't come back to me do this .

So they call it Lucid dreaming? I experience it many times.. as in many times. Do you believe that while we're sleeping we know nothing at all? Like what is happening around us while we sleep? In short, we're like a DEAD human flesh when we're sleeping.. However there a some part that are actually happening while we're sleeping and that part is very unexplainable. Like even you yourself couldn't be able to explain.. Everytime I'm in my Lucid Dream, I rebuke it with this line, "IN JESUS NAME". And then there! I'm awake again. 😊 Pray. Pray. Pray. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
