Two is Gone!

2nd March, 2022

Two out of twelve is gone. Yesterday marked a new beginning of another one; a New month of 2022. Well, to all my guys in the hood, it remains a shock to them like boom because it just like yesterday and two months down already. Wow! so fast. Yes, it to everyone's eyes that time is running so fast with high speed and that is why people are always saying it just like yesterday and it the month of March already. For no man, time waits.

To me in person, I also see this year generally as moving so fast too. Just not long ago I still remember, was January and now March is her. Well, the truth remains that to we humans, things can never be enough. It is the nature of man and that's how we are. One sure thing is that, to some people, time is in its greatest delay, while to some and most, it is so fast. That's life and that's how we see it.

This past month which is February, has twenty eight days on its calendar and it happened that I have a friend who has a friend and whose friend has a birthday on 29th. I don't really know her in person but ever since hearing the gist, it has been fun to us, we keep laughing and cracking Jokes on that. One of my friends was like " common, throw a party at midnight through the first of March and raise some glasses for the missing day".. crazy Julie. We ended up asking what we would do if it were anyone of us.

To me, first of all, I will appreciate nature for making me a unique being. So expensive day that the whole world witness in a while unlike other days, nature chose to bring me to the world. I must be a rare diamond among other diamonds... When asked how I would celebrate on a missing 29th day of February, I have to tell them that I as a special child, do not choose to celebrate everytime. Nature makes the best decision for me. .. crazy friends all bursted into laughter. This in a real life situation could mean a lot and so much for any birthday celebrant. But since my days, I am yet to sight a friend or someone whose birthday falls on a 29th day of February. But I believe like I said, they must be so much uniquely made. So I am wishing all whose birthdays are on 29th a happy birthday!

Yesterday was all fun, we had no classes and had time's for gist and little gossip. Month of March started it's first Wednesday with ASH WEDNESDAY which marks the beginning of length for Catholics. We randomly talked about it and got our mind prepared for the rubbing of ash on our foreheads. This is the symbol of Ash Wednesday and this church tradition has began for centuries.

As this is the third month of the year, let's not measure it by how fast but rather, how well. I remember when me and some group of persons talked about the new year resolutions. We said alot to do and accomplish starting from the first month which is January. Who knows how our promises to ourselves are being observed and respected. All the goals set, how far have we gone in achieving them.

As for me, I had so much in mind and so much in my check book. It is of man to make plans and of God to make the plan work out as planned in the best way. I have been trying to accomplish my goals but been having challenges. Unexpected for me though. Health challenges I had last month, affected some of my goals and probably caused a delay. But I keep thriving despite that. Today am good and on. How far I have gone bothers me the most.

This new month, I hope to double my achievement and catch up with time so that it will not be sudden for me. My draft is set and I pray this time that as I give in my best, let me have the best and I wish everyone this as well. This is the third out of twelve, there are much time I believe to make things happen for better.

I remember one week I drafted all my plans, funny enough, it was on a Saturday. I had it that the following day, I would start my schedules for the new week but unfortunately for me, I was helped to wake up on the Sunday morning and hospitalized through the week. What an omen for me. This opened my eyes more and thought me a lesson of my life. I pray it never happens this way again.

Health indeed is wealth. The man who is alive is whom the victory belongs to. I believe it never late to start what matter most is how well. Two is down and ten is all the way qeued up.
